We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you are thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area or region with your broker, branch manager, or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person or contacted the lead in a while. You will also want to check the DNC lists anytime you don't have express permission. Automated calling and texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages and artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa.
In this demonstration, we will show you how to send a one off Prospect Square Re Engagement link to a contact using an external source, whether it be email or text. Emails must clearly state it is a solicitation and provide the consumer an opt out. As a reminder, a contact becomes unengaged when an email has been successfully delivered but not opened within 15 days after the last four email sends from Prospect Square. These contacts will not receive further Prospect Square emails and will automatically be sent a Re Engagement email. The contact status will remain as unengaged until the contact opens the Re Engagement email and confirms they would like to continue receiving emails from Prospect Square, at which point the status will change to active. If the contact has not responded to the automated Re Engagement email, we suggest sending them the Re Engagement link externally via a one off email or text message, which we will show you how to do in this demonstration. To get started, log into mycvdesk.com and click on the Prospect Square tile. Go to the Contacts tab on the left navigation bar and select Contacts. To filter your unengaged contacts, select the Find button and then choose Unengaged. From the Status drop down menu, Select the contact you'd like to send the Re Engagement link to on their contact record. Scroll down to the Contact Links section and copy the Re Engagement link. Next, navigate to your preferred email account and start a new message to that contact. If you need their email address, you can find it in their contact record in Prospect Square. We suggest you include a personalized message similar to the following. I wanted to see if you would like to continue receiving my Market Reports monthly newsletter and giveaway opportunities so we can stay in touch. If you do, please click this link to confirm. If not, no problem at all where you say click this link. Hyperlink the Contacts RE engagement link that you copied from Prospect Square. Once you send the message, they will be able to access the link to opt back in to receiving your messages. If you would like to send the link via text, we suggest emailing yourself the RE engagement link to get it on your phone. Then you can send the link via text message as shown here. You may continue using the external email or text message process described earlier for your remaining unengaged contacts. Please note that for each contact, you will need to go into their contact record and retrieve their personalized RE engagement link. You cannot use the same RE engagement link across multiple contacts.
