How to Place a Listing Concierge Order / Quick Tip

Log into mycbdesk.com and click on the Listing Concierge app before placing your first order. Remember to update your profile. Click your headshot in the upper right hand corner, then select My Profile Profile to complete this step. After making and saving your profile updates, return to the main dashboard by clicking on the logo in the top left hand corner. Click on the blue plus button to start your order. Fill in the details about your listing. The Multiple Listing Service ID is optional to allow for pre market listings. You can choose to market the property as Global Luxury if your listing meets your local market criteria. When complete, click Continue, Compare and choose the package you'd like to purchase. Be aware that the prices displayed here may not be applicable in your area. Please refer to the Listing Concierge Agent Guide for the current package pricing in your region. You may need to click on the left and right arrow buttons to see all the packages. For this demonstration we will be selecting a Reach package. Let's explore what's included in this package and what may be added on. Please note that you can click on the carrot icon to view more details about each package item. As you customize your package. Take note of package options that need to be checked to be included as an add on service. All items marked with an empty circle icon may be opted in for an additional cost. To opt in, simply click the circle icon. Make a note of the original package cost and you will see the price increase as add ons have been selected. For example, the just listed postcard is not included in the Reach package. When you click to add it, the price of the package is increased. All items marked with a checked blue circle icon are included in the package but are optional. These items may be opted out by unchecking the icon. For example, if you are using your own photographer and would like to opt out of photography and receive a credit, uncheck the blue circle icon. You will see that the price of the package is reduced. All the items that are included in the package and are not optional are marked with a blue check mark icon. For example, the flyer, website, social media, banner and video slideshow are all automatically included in the package. Once you have finished customizing your package, continue to the next step of the ordering process by clicking Select. Click Continue to add additional listing details. Add a few more details about the listing and then click Next. Select if you are marketing as a single agent, co listing or a team. Once your order is started, you will not be able to change this. Click Continue to advance to the professional photography section. Select your photographer and Note that photography vendors will vary by local market. Photography add ons will be based on available vendor services. It is important to verify the service is available before selecting the vendor. Then click Next. Available add ons will vary by vendor. Add on photography cost will be displayed next to the service. The price for each will be added to the package total when checking out As a reminder, one complimentary service is included with Lux. Select your requested date and time to have property photos taken. Don't forget to choose your time zone from the drop down menu, then click Next. Add special instructions for your photographer on the comments page. You may want to include alternate dates and times for your shoot. In the event your first choice isn't available, they will confirm your date and time shortly after your order is placed. Click Continue to advance to the Package Options section. Choose the size and finish of your property brochures. If you would like to order additional brochures or mailers, you can do so on the Additional Quantities page. Additional per piece cost will be displayed next to the piece name. All the details of your selected package are noted in the box on the right side of the page. Click Continue to advance to the Checkout section. If you already saved your shipping address in your Agent Profile section, this will auto populate the shipping information page. If not, you will need to add your shipping information. Click Next to continue to the payment page. Enter your credit card information. This information will not be saved for future orders. If you would like to leave a note for your listing concierge coordinator, do so in the Notes box on the right side of the screen. Under Order Summary, scroll down to read and accept the terms and conditions. Click the Pay button to submit your order. The order confirmation screen will share the estimated times needed to deliver each item in your package. Remember that the clock does not start on your order until you have entered your marketing copy and your photos are uploaded onto the listing concierge platform. Photography ordered through the Listing Concierge package are typically available 24 hours after the photo shoot takes place and will be uploaded into the order by the photography vendor. Add on photography delivery will vary for things like matterport Tour and Aerial.
