This demonstration is infusing your brand into property marketing using Design Concierge and Listing Concierge. We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you're thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area with your broker or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as the tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their number, but remember to check if they're on the Do Not Call list regularly in case you haven't spoken to them for a while. You will also want to check the Do Not Call list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling and texting platforms should never be used and pre recorded messages and artificial voices should also never be used. You will be personally liable for any violation of the tcpa. I'll mention the TCPA maybe a few times throughout the presentation. Here is how you can check the records on the Do Not Call list thoroughly and use the tile on desk to access this program we'll get started today Like I mentioned before, we're going to be using two different programs, Design Concierge and Listing Concierge. Start with Design Concierge which is our in house creative design team and we specialize in real estate branding and marketing. They offer a full service agency experience. They have designers, copywriters, account and project managers and all of these professionals know the Coldwell Banker brand and understand the legal requirements for each state. Design Concierge really does deliver the best possible design solutions without the big agency price. Some key features of Design Concierge are the semi custom design options, the fully custom design options and the bundled packages that have both of these either semi custom or fully custom designs included in them. There's the Essentials Package, Brand Boost and Disruptor. I'll briefly go over Listing Concierge as well. This is our property marketing platform. It provides best in class and comprehensive marketing plans for listings that seems to be pretty seamlessly executed and reaches the consumers across all spectrums. Listing Concierge helps affiliated agents win more listings, prove their value proposition and turn one listing into three. Some key features Here are the three innovative packages Launch, Reach and Lux. There's an impactful lineup of digital offerings and marketing customization options. You can tailor these packages to your needs which is really great for the customized part of your marketing plan. There are lead generation opportunities and a targeted approach opportunity through digital advertising. Our Agenda today we will go over a brief overview of design Concierge products. Demonstration of placing an order in design Concierge and then integrating that finished brand pieces into listing concierge. So I'll start with the live demo here. Let me pull this up. You. I'll start by showing you the semi custom property marketing template product guide. This is available on desk just gives you a brief overview of what these property marketing templates for listing concierge can look like and what the customization options are. So you do get two different options of just listed cards, just sold cards, brochure template sizes and social media templates. So you have horizontal and vertical photos. Just horizontal photos, Just vertical photos. You have some options here on what would work best and what you typically have for your properties. You also get to choose some colors. It doesn't have to be any of these. These are just some suggested colors on here. And then you can see kind of a preview of what they would look like. So this is the brochure here. It would be your logo. The color of the background, the headline font could be different as well. And then it kind of goes through throughout matching that brand in that brochure. And then here are some examples of the just listed and just old postcards. Again this is where those photo orientations come in here. And then the tri fold mailer as well. Here's the book and calendar, full brochures. So the customization is the same on all of these. You can see that background color, your logo and then the fonts can change on any of these. So just to give you a little overview, here are some of the fonts. Do have some options there. I'll dive into now going into the product. So I'm going to go into. Oops. I'll dive in now going into the products. So I'll start with design Concierge. I'm going to go into the demo app just so I can show you the full checkout. But you'll go into the normal design concierge. So we'll click create a new order and from here we'll choose the property marketing templates. You'll see here, they're down here a little bit right here. You'll see there's the a la carte option and then it's also included in the disruptor package. So if you are thinking of getting multiple items from design Concierge I would look at the package offerings. The pricing makes a lot more sense when you do bundle it. But for this class we'll just do the A la carte version. You'll scroll up to the top, it will update the price for whatever it is in your region. And then we'll select the package. We will continue on here. This next part's just going to be the same checkout process as any other package or kind of online checkout that you would be doing. Billing details, we just do first and last name. We'll do 1, 2, 3 Main Street, Jose. And then let's do 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Okay. And let's submit that. Oops. Gotta do a real zip code. Okay, Payment details. I'm gonna put in a fake card number here. And go with this. Then this is just the checkout part. So once this is complete, we will go through here. Now that you have placed your order, you can click Edit design details. And this is where that customization will come in. So you get to choose that color. There are again the options that they recommend here or at the very bottom, you could choose your own color and write that in the notes, what color you wanted. For this sake, I'm just going to click on one and we'll just kind of go through part of this. I'm going to pick a font, but again, there are different options here. So we'll choose one of these and then we'll go with photos. I'm going to say both horizontal and vertical and horizontal. And then we'll click the trifold mailer. That's the only design option for that. We're going to click two property brochures. So I'm going to do a square one. And then I'll also do the panoramic fold down here. So again you choose two of these. So we'll click with this. And then same with this property flyer. We'll choose one of these options. So I'm going to do two sided. You can always do two sided and not print the second side if you did like this layout more or you wanted the option of two sided. So that's just a little recommendation there. So then we'll go to social media template. I'm just going to choose the top one and the bottom one. Again, you choose whatever two you'd like. Here in the notes is where you can add something. If you had a different color option or you had an idea on branding, you could put that in here. For our sake, I'm just going to move forward with this and review changes. So that's the checkout process to purchase a property marketing template. I'm going to go back into desk through listing concierge. And show you what that looks like here inside of a package. Okay, so now that we're in the listing concierge tile, let's say we place this order here. I'm going to show you where you can go get those property marketing templates. So if you've already placed your order, even if nothing else is done, I'll just show you where you can find those. We'll start with the brochure. So I'm going to click on that and you'll see in here they'll say custom template. So in the top your options will be here. Here are the two different custom template brochure options that we chose. So you see there's a number of photos listed here and then the number of sides and then here are all the default template options that are already in listing concierge. So they just get loaded into here. So same thing with the other options. I'll show you a postcard one as well. Again, just the top shows and they say custom template right on them so you can easily find them. You would say select this design. You could go on to change any of the photos. You could change the verbiage just as you would in a normal listing concierge order here.
