You can run ads yourself or through our Listing Marketing program. Listing Concierge in today's demonstration we will be showing you an overview of the Boost Tile will review how to create an ad for a property and all the different types of property ads you can run. How to create a personal promotion ad which can be customized to advertise wherever you want and finally, Landing Pages. We'll show you how to use Boost's automated landing page as well as how you can add your own. Now let's get started with the demo. The first step is to log in to desk@mycbdesk.com Once you're logged in, you will click on your profile picture in the top right corner and click on My Profile. Once you're in your profile, you will look for the section Lead Settings. Here are a few things you will want to confirm. First, you will want to check that the business phone is a personal number that you have access to. Then you will want to select how you would like to be notified, either by a phone call, a text message, or both. Choose whatever you prefer. For the email address section, you will want to confirm that the email address displayed is one that you check regularly. In the next section under Preferred CRM you will see a few options. Option one is none. This means that any lead you receive will not be routed into a CRM, but you will still receive a notification to your phone and email address. Option two is Market Leader Email only. You will get an email directly to your inbox, but it will not feed over to your CRM. You will still receive a notification on your phone. Option three is MoxiWorks. For those of you using Moxie Engage, you will get the lead automatically added to your Engage account as well as a notification to your phone and an email. Once you confirm or make any changes, you will want to scroll down and click on Save Changes. Now let's navigate to CBDesk by clicking on the CB logo at the top left corner of the screen. Once you've logged into Desk, search for the Boost tile To to locate the tile, you may search Boost at the search bar at the top of your screen. Or you may click on Find an App and type in the word Boost there. The exact tile name is Boost Parentheses Homespotter, so you may hear this referred to as Boost or Homespotter or Homespot or Boost. All of these names refer to the same tile. The first and most important thing to do is go into your profile picture at the top right corner and click on Account Settings. Afterwards, click on the Boost notification preferences and make sure that your preferred notifications are all turned on. Additionally, you may also connect to your Facebook business page. This will allow your ad to be displayed from your business account, not the Coldwell Banker Realty account. Once all settings are updated, you can click on the Coldwell Banker logo in the top left corner to navigate back to the home screen. At the top you will see all your current active and recently sold listings. All these listings will have ads you can edit and run. Below those listings you will see any ads that you are currently running and any campaigns that have ended in the last 30 days. The stats at the top of the section will show your overall performance and each ad will have individual stats too. Engaged Is anyone who has unlocked the address or photos of your listing or liked, commented or shared on social media clicks Is anyone who has clicked one of your ads and ad views Is anyone who has scrolled past your ad on social media or seen it on a webpage. You can also change the filters so you only see the exact ads that you are looking for. Finally, you will see Agent Promotion campaigns below your current ads. The Agent promotional campaign will be $99 a month, but you may cancel it at any time. The expected monthly views average between 8,000 to 12,000 views per month. Some of the sites your ad will be seen on are Facebook, Instagram and over 1,000 different websites such as MSN, CNN, Business Insider, the Weather Channel and more. Now let's review the various listing ads that are available to you. To view the options, we're going to click on Create Listing Ad which will lead you to a new screen displaying the different ads for your listing. Now let's take a brief look at our choices under the Ad Type section. First we have New listing, then Virtual Tour, Upcoming Open House Price Improvement and Active listing not new Below the ad type you will see Ad Creative. This is where you can customize your photo and the property photo. How many ad Views? This is where you will be able to decide how many views your ad will receive. How fast should we be getting those views? This is how long you would like to run the ad for. For the section this ad will be seen on. Here you will see what websites your ad will be displayed on. This may also extend your reach in the neighborhood with an additional ad placement on Nextdoor for an additional cost. Who will see this ad? This allows you to choose up to five geographic areas to target plus the ability to target a custom list of people. Where should ad clicks go? For this section you will want to click on the green Edit button which will take you to a new page where you can decide where your audience is directed to after they click on the ad. In this section you can add a virtual tour video. Or you can upload a video you created. If you would like to learn how to create a video for your Boost ad, we suggest you take the custom video workshop on cbu. The last thing in this section is your landing page. Boost already comes with a landing page where they will help you with the deliver leads instantly to your inbox through Any leads that come with an email address can also be added to future custom audience spreadsheets for retargeting. The page will give you a report of your engagement in your dashboard so you may quickly see how many people have engaged with your landing page or your ad on social media. As mentioned before, your engagement consists of people clicking on your ad to unlock more photos, the address and the map. We will review engagement and analytics in more detail later in this class. The mobile friendly page is optimized for lead capture. The last option in this section is for those users who would like to use their own custom landing page. This can connect to a landing page on your website, a form, or any other source you would like to use. Please note that if you do opt out of using the Boost landing page, you're not going to see who engaged directly from the Boost dashboard, but rather from the landing page of your choice. Next we're going to move on and look at the Agent Promotion campaign. To access this section, click the Coldwell Banker logo in the top left to go back to the home screen. Scroll down until you see Agent Promotion campaigns and click Set up your campaign. This is a fully customizable ad that doesn't have to be listing specific. However, you'll notice many of the editing sections are similar to the Property ad we just reviewed. Here are the sections you can edit by clicking the Edit button next to each section. Add Creative Use this section to customize the background photo and your profile or upload your own custom design. You also have the option to upgrade to video, change your captions and change the Facebook page you want your ad to display from billing information. Under Ad Creative you will see a section to add or update your billing information. If you are a new user and you are purchasing an ad directly from Boost, use the promo code boost101 for 10% off. The next section is where should ad clicks go? This is where you can decide where your audience is directed to after they click on your ad. Boost comes with the Home Valuation landing page where they will deliver leads instantly to your inbox and give you or give you a report of your engagement and your dashboard. This works similarly to the Listing Promotion Ad landing page. The last option in this section is for those users who would like to use their own custom landing page. Finally, the last section is who will see this ad. This is the same as the Property ad. You can target up to five geographic areas at once and you also have the ability to upload and target a custom list of people. Once your ad starts running it will take about 24 hours for your analytics to start appearing. When they become available, you will see them on the homepage in the your ad campaign section we reviewed earlier. Let's look now to review. We can see some basic stats, engaged clicks and ads. However if we click on the View Edit button we can see even more information. We can get a refresher on of what our ad and text looks like both on Facebook and the 1000 plus websites the ad could run on. Over on the right hand side you will see a small box with a light bulb in it. Click the button here and add your seller's information. That way the ad will be sure to start targeting your seller. I always tell agents they shouldn't even tell their client that they targeted them. Just let the ad pop up on your client's screen and hopefully they will call you and tell you how excited they are to see their house online. Below that you will see how long your campaign has been running and below that the geographic areas you are targeting. Now in the top right corner you'll see a tab that says Engaged. This is where you can see people who have contacted you through the ad, given their name and sometimes email or phone number to unlock more photos of your listing. Just for reference, when someone unlocks the ad. This means they have provided their contact information to access the ad. On the right is a blue button that says Export Leads. If you'd like a spreadsheet of your leads information. If you have Moxiework selected as your preferred CRM in CV's profile manager like we showed at the beginning, your leads will automatically import into your Moxie Engage Tax available appointment service where you can book a 20 minute solution oriented virtual appointment with one of our 100 plus marketers in as little as two business hours. You can book these appointments for support on our core marketing tools atnext available appointment.com.
