Log into desk@mycbdesk.com Once you've logged into Desk, search for the Prospect Square tile. You can do so by scrolling through Desk or searching Prospect Square. In the Search box at the top of your screen, select Groups from the left navigation bar. On this page, find the blue new button in the top center of the screen. From the pop up, enter in the name of the new group label and click Save and Close. You can edit the group name by clicking on the pencil icon, or you can delete the entire group by clicking on the Trash can icon. If you click on a specific group by clicking on the name, you can see a summary of the group and the contacts who are in it. Next, let's talk about how to move or remove contacts from a group. You'll need to go to your Contacts screen. If your contacts span multiple pages and you would like to select all of them, you'll need to click on the select all box under Contacts. Alternatively, you can undo the select all option and choose Contacts one by one. Click the small box to the left of the contact's name, click on the Action button along the top header bar and select Manage Groups from the drop down menu. You'll need to check or uncheck the boxes next to the group names of where you want these contacts to be added. Once you've selected the group, click on Apply. To see the change reflected in your contacts. You can click on Refresh at the top of the screen. All your chosen contacts should now show the group of your choices. The Group column. Since we're on the Contact screen, let's demonstrate how you can add a new group of contacts. You'll need to select a contact or Contacts. Then in the Action drop down can select Create Group. From here you can type in the name of that new group and click Save and Close. Click ok. Those contacts have now been added to that new group.
