Today we will be presenting Optimizing youg Online Presence a CB Homes Admin Overview.

We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you were thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area region with your broker, branch manager or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages in artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. We'll mention the TCPA a few times throughout this presentation.

Today's demonstration will cover CB Homes Admin. CB Homes Admin is a backend tool that controls your profile on coldwellbankerhomes.com Affiliated agents can update their contact information, web and social links, bios, areas of service, and even manage their listings all from one tool. The two key features within CB Homes Admin are the Online Profile Management which manages your headshot, bio, website, social links and contact information as well as there's the Listing Management tool where you can see your current listings if you wish to place an open house, your past sales, and if you want to add any type of high resolution photography. In today's live demonstration we are going to cover editing your CB Homes profile. We're going to take a look at how to edit your team's profile if you have a team, as well as locating your public profile on Caldwell bankerhomes.com the first step is to log into deskydesk.com the tile will be on there you can click on Find an app, type in CB Homes and up will come the tile that you need to log into. Once logged in, it will go directly to your profile. Now once you're here, the first thing you're going to want to do is make sure that your profile is correct and updated. Your contact info and headshot should be automatically pulled from the Desk Profile Manager. If you want to make any changes, you can click on the Edit button within each section. Now keep in mind not every section is editable, but we're going to review what you can change. If there is information you need change that is not editable, then we Recommend that you see your local staff. Now let's get started on what is editable. You can quickly edit your profile photo. You can click on Edit profile photo, upload a different photo. If this is the one that you want, Then if you go to the right, you can easily edit any of your agent information. Now keep in mind that there's only a couple of areas that are editable within this box. The majority of your information does flow through Trident. You can update your title. You may be an associate, you may be a broker, or you could put Realtor and then always remember to click Save. You may also be a qualified reload agent or a qualified listing leasing agent. Another area that you can easily edit are the displays options. This is where it illustrates where you wish this information to be displayed. The recommendation is that you want everything displayed on the web. The next editable box is Social media. This is where you would add your personal website link and any of your other social media URLs. That would be Facebook X LinkedIn. If you have a YouTube page, blog, Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok. Designations is the next box that is editable. You would check the boxes next to the fields that you wish displayed where you have a certain designation. Areas served is another place that you would want to go in and edit. This is where you would type in all areas that you serve. They may have to be very specific depending on the area. If you speak more than one language, please check the correct box. If you need to add or update your bio, you can do that here on the CB Homes admin. You also can add a personal video. This could be your value proposition that illustrates what you provide to the clients. This would be a video that you create, upload to YouTube and then insert the YouTube URL to add to your bio. Once you have edited all the information, you can click on View Live profile. This will take you to your profile on CBHomes.com and you can verify that everything you have added or deleted is available in your profile. Now let's talk about your listings. You would click on View listings Under your profile shot. You will see your listings that are active, pending closed and expired. Now for your active listings you can add an open house. Now remember if you add an open house through the mls, it will feed to CB Homes. This is just another way to make sure the open house is on the website and you would add the needed information, the date of the open house, the start and end time time and who is actually showing it and if it's in person or virtual. Now let's go to the team's profile. If you are a part of a team, you will see Team profile under your headshot. To edit the team profile, you will edit the fields the same way you're able to edit your individual profile. So next we would click on the team profile which is right here. And again you can edit the headshot and put your team and then edit the team info. This is where you would make sure you put in the team name, your primary office, the email address that you want, any inquiries to go to your mobile phone number. And you would check whether you are a CB Global Luxury Certified Agent. Again you would edit the display options. You would also edit the MLS numbers. You would add the team MLS numbers for the feedback. Member Maintenance is where you would add your teen members. Again you would put in the social media links and your personal website links. If you have any specialty designations. Again you would check the proper boxes. And if your team speaks any languages other than English, you would also check off the proper boxes. Lastly, this is where you would edit the team bio information. Again you would put information and put the bio about the team and you can add a team video. Again this video must be loaded onto YouTube and then you would take the URL for the YouTube video and insert here. Now let's click on View Live Profile. This will take you immediately to the team profile on CBHomes.com and you can review that to make sure the information that you added or deleted is correct. Now let's take a look at the team's listing page. Under the headshot for the team, you would click on View Team Listings. Again, similar to the individual profile page, you're going to see all the sold, active, pending and expired listings. Again, open houses are fed to the CBHomes.com website through your MLS, but you can also add an open house through CB Homes if you so wish. Let's talk about enhancing listings. If you want to enhance your property's online presence on CBHomes.com the CB admin tool is available for you to overwrite the data that is fed from your MLS to the CB Homes property pages. Now remember, if you make changes in the back end of your cbhomes.com property page that will only overwrite the information on cbhomes.com so let's take a look and see how it works. I am going to view a listing on the team's listing and it will be an active listing. As you can see, the listing illustrates 45 pictures that have been directly fed or photography directly fed from the mls. If you so wish you can go in and edit any of the basic info. I do not suggest making any edits to this because it is directly fed from the mls. Again the display options are all automatically checked off by default that you want to keep. The open houses are always fed through the MLS, but again you can add one through CBHomes.com if you wish to have it on just this website. The details page is something where you do not wish to edit. This is everything that is fed via your mls. Also the features page. I do not suggest edits be made here. Where I do suggest edits be made is through the description. Now remember this is only edits. These edits will only be made on CBHomes.com but here you can add a catchy headline. As well as enhance the property description or leave it the same as the way it's fed through the mls. Another enhancement that I recommend you make is adding media. You can add a virtual tour, a video tour, a slideshow, a floor plan, a virtual brochure, the personal property website or a 3D tour. These are all items that will enhance your listing on Caldwell bankerhomes.com if needed, you can also edit and add the school names.
