We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration.
If you are thinking of adopting any.
Of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area region with your broker, branch manager, or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember the check that DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling Texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages in artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. We'll mention the TCPA a few times throughout this presentation.
Log in to mycvdesk.com and click on the Moxiwork product suite tile. Click on the My Website tab on the top blue navigation bar. You'll be directed to the Agent Website Admin tool where you can manage all the features of your site. To begin, locate, personalize your homepage and click the Go There link under the Common Tasks section. Before we start, keep in mind that having a copy of your site open in another tab can help you visualize your changes. To preview your site, click Visit Site in the upper left corner of the Website Admin tool. This will open your site in a new tab. After each update to your homepage. Scroll down to publish, then reload the tab with your site to see the changes reflected. Start by selecting a title for your homepage. This title will appear on the respective tab within your site. Next, pick a background image. You can either choose from the Image Gallery or upload your own. Make sure to use a high resolution image for which you have the rights.
Decide on the color for the text.
That will appear on top of the image. If you're using a light background, opt for dark text and vice versa. Adjust the shade of the image to ensure legibility based on the contrast between the image and text. Next, input your headline text, which will be displayed at the top of your homepage. You have the option to edit the search bar text as you scroll down. You can choose to edit your headshot and contact details. The welcome text will appear at the top of your homepage. Consider this as an opportunity to introduce yourself and to visitors. We recommend including a brief welcome message along with your bio. You can also enhance it by adding a video through the Insert Media option. Next, select the Featured Properties list to display on your homepage. Choose from the available property lists in the drop down menu. If you prefer to create your own, we recommend first saving your changes by clicking Publish at the bottom of the page. Clicking Create a Property List will prompt you to create and save your custom list. Once done, return to the homepage personalization page to select from your saved property lists. Customize the title and choose the number of properties to display. Afterward, consider adding a custom search module to display properties matching your specific criteria. To do so, it's advisable to first scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Publish to save your current changes. Clicking the Create a Custom Search button will prompt you to create your custom search. After creating and saving it, return to the homepage personalization page to select from your saved custom searches. You can customize the title and choose the number of properties to display. Alternatively, you can choose to hide the widget. If you've authored blog posts, you can feature them on your website. To display posts from a specific category, select that category from the drop down menu. Otherwise, choose all to display all posts. The Links module can showcase useful links and you can customize its title before adding your links by clicking Manage Links. It's advisable to save your changes by clicking Publish at the bottom of the page. Clicking Manage Links enables you to add and arrange your links. Once you've created and saved them, return to the homepage personalization page. Finally, you can opt to include a featured video. To do so, click the Insert Media button. You can add either a YouTube link or the embedded code from YouTube. When you are done making your changes, select Publish.
