Welcome to stand out with Stunning Property Email Blasts A Prospect Square Essentials Workshop.
We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you are thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area region with your broker, branch manager or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list any time you don't have permission. Automated calling texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages in artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. We'll mention the TCPA a few times throughout this presentation.

To create a group, select the Groups from the left hand menu. Select the blue New button here at the top of the screen. Provide a name for the group such as Just Listed, eblasts and click Save and Close. It will let you know that your record has been created and you can click ok. Now that we have our profile and groups the way we want them, let's return to the Home screen and get Creating our Property feedblasts. We can access that portion of the Prospect Square by clicking on Property Emails here on the left hand side, or you have the option of clicking on the homepage to click from the left hand side. We're going to click Create and Since the platform is tied to the mls, creating and sending out an E Blast can be done in just minutes. These eblast typically include detailed information about the property such as photos, descriptions, pricing and contact information. They're designed to reach a wide audience quickly and efficiently, helping to generate interest and potential leads for your property. You may also use one of your office's listings, but you should always check in with the listing agent to get written permission to use their listing. To create an eblast, you'll want to do the following from here you can either search for your listing, pick a listing that is of your own and active on the mls, or create one for an Office listing. Once you select the property that you'd like to create an eblast for, you're going to click on Create Email. The system will then show you the different formats that you can use for your E blasts. You'll notice that you have a choice of a single agent or a CO list and you will know in the title which one it is offering. You also have the choice of Coldwell Banker branded E Blasts and Global Luxury branded eBlasts. I'm going to click this one. Once you select Generate on the first screen, you have the option to hover over each of the images to scroll and change the image. These are the images that are included in the MLS listing. You also have the option of uploading your own image by choosing Choose File. Once you have the images selected that you'd like to display, you're going to click on Edit and Continue. That's going to take you to a new property email screen where you can then add the subject for your email. You can include emojis, You can include a preview text, and a preview text appears in the recipient's inbox after the subject line. They recommend keeping your text between 50 to 90 characters to ensure that the full message can be read. On most devices, If you selected a template that highlights a CO agent, this is where you will select that person. All you need to do is click Browse, Search and search for the CO listed agent, select their name and say ok. This is going to pull their information into your template without you having to enter it all yourself. Moving down the form we're going to send to groups and you're going to select which group you want to send it to. You then have the option of adding a property link. It's going to default to the coldwellbankerhomes.com property link. You can also include your listing concierge video here or any other video you have produced. We're then going to click on Edit and this is where you're going to really dive into the customization of your email. So here, this is where you would title that piece. You then can change what this says here so whatever it is that you're sending you can update this title. Any information that is in brackets will be automatically pulled in based on your profile information, so you do not need to update this information. Moving down, you have the address, the bedroom and bathroom count and then the property website link. This is going to filter in all by itself. You do not need to filter that in or type that in yourself. Moving on down, it is going to pull in the marketing copy from your local MLS should you want to add anything new or change that entirely. You definitely can do that. The next box is going to be your list signature box followed by the appropriate disclaimers. Once you've made all of your changes and you're ready to send, you're going to click ok. You can then send a test to yourself to see if it looks how you want it to look before sending out to everybody else. You have a few different options here. You can click Preview. This is going to give you a preview of what the actual email is going to look like. You can also save as a draft. If you're not quite ready to send this out or you're waiting for more information, you can click Save Draft or you can click Save. If you do click Save Draft to find it. Later, you'll go to Property Emails, click on Drafts and then click on the Edit pencil icon to make any changes and go ahead and send out your email. That concludes the demo portion of the workshop.
