Streamline Your Workflow: Leverage AI with Listing Concierge / Listing Concierge / Essentials

Hey everybody and welcome to today's educational session and I'm going to be your guide today and walking you through how to streamline your workflow and leverage AI with Listing Concierge. We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you're thinking about adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area or region with your broker, branch manager or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC list regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling and texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages and artificial voices should never be used. Email will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. In this demonstration we will cover how to generate a property description using Listing Concierges AI integration using the following product features, your listing details, key property features already existing property description and favorited 10 photos and photo captions. So let's get into the live demo and jump right into Listing Concierge's AI features. So the first thing we're going to go ahead and do is we're going to head over to mycvdesk.com and we're going to look for the Listing Concierge tile. We can find that here or if you want to just use the Find an app, you can go to Listing Concierge this way and we have it here or you can sort from A to Z. So let's go ahead and jump into an order. All right, so after you've clicked on Listing concierge tile through mycretdesk.com, you'll be presented with this screen here. And this is going to be all of your different orders that you've had in the past. So let's start off by going in and adding some key property features to a brand new order. The first thing we're going to want to do is we're going to want to head over to add a new order and go ahead and type in your property address information and hit Continue from here. Go ahead and select the package that you're going to work with. And here in the listing details is where we can add in those key property features. So this is going to be a very important step in helping AI create that listing description for you. When we come down to key property features, these details are going to be very important in helping you craft that listing description using Listing Concierge as AI. Please don't leave any detail out in this process. But don't worry, you can come back to this later and I'll show you how to do that in a few moments. But for now, let's go ahead and put in some key property features that you know of the property. A pool, a patio, three car, garage, outdoor barbecue. And you can continue to add different key property features. Again, the more information that we can provide to AI, the better the results are going to be. But this is going to be one area that we can be need the AI information to craft that listing description. And in this video, we won't be going through the entire order process. But I wanted you guys to note that during the order process itself, you will be able to add in key property features that will help Listing Concierge's AI craft that listing description for you. All right, so let's go ahead and jump into an order that already exists. You can go ahead and do this if you have past orders to practice before you have a live order. So let's go ahead and head over to the listing details section. Now we can go ahead and add in some key property features. And remember that AI is going to use these key property features to help you craft that property description. So you definitely want to add in every feature of the property so we can have a nice listing description made for us. So let's go ahead and just put some in here. I have some bullet points off screen that I can go ahead and copy and paste, and I'm going to put some in here just for the time being. So I'm putting these in. You can also type some stuff in as well and you just hit enter. So that way these will stay in Here. So I'm going to go ahead and add in three items here and again, I'm pasting this in from another document. So that way it kind of speeds up the process in this video. And once you have some key property features in here, you can go ahead and hit save and it's going to lead you back over to the order management page of listing concierge. Now, we can also achieve this same thing by going into the Manage Description section and we're going to have these key priority features right next to where AI is going to generate that property description. So as you can see here, we have something already written by the agent. So let's go ahead and generate some and see how this generates a property description. So let's go ahead and hit generate and it created a property description for us. The really cool thing about this too is up here in the headline section we can click on regenerate a headline and we can go through some different headlines based on the property description that we have here. Now you can always go back and add some key property features here. So let's go ahead and add a little more details in just so that way we can have a little bit more in that property description. So again, I'm taking these from an document just to save us some time during this video. You can also already have these bullet points made for you as well, coming into helping you craft this property description. So it looks like we have a few more here that I'm happy with. From here I can go ahead and regenerate and it's going to incorporate these new key property features into this property description. So as you can see here, we've got a little bit shorter property description. I might not necessarily like this, so I can go ahead and click on Generate to keep on generating any new property descriptions. Now, if you'd like to edit one of the regenerations that AI has outputted, you can simply go through and just delete what you don't like and add in any new information into the property description by typing anything here. You can also copy right out of this box and bring this into something like Word or Notepad. So that way, if you want to combine multiple outputs from listing concierge AI, you can go ahead and do that and maybe make something that combines elements from all the different property descriptions that you have generated here. Let's say that you want you like most of this, but you want to see what other edits you can make here. First method of doing this is we can go ahead and copy this and maybe paste this into another document. So that way we have this version saved and we can go and say, I like my proper description as is. Please make minimal edits. I'm going to go ahead and click on this and I'm going to click on Regenerate to see what it does at a minimal edit. All right, so we have something that changed slightly. I'm going to go and also regenerate the headline since we have something brand new written in that field. So again we can go and keep regenerating until we get something that we like. And from here I'm pretty happy with this. So let's click on Save Description. So another section in Listing Concierge that you can use to help you generate your property description is the Photos and Multimedia section. In the Photos and Multimedia section, you'll be able to favorite up to 10 photos and click generate here. And AI will create photo captions that will be used to help create your property description. So it's very, very important that you go through each photo and make sure that it's the right photo to help you with that property description. Now, from here, after I've done this, and you can only do this once, so it's very important that you pick the right photos. We're going to click on Generate favorite up to 10 photos for generating a caption the key features to enhance your listing description. This is limited as a one use option for your listing. So again, make sure that you have chosen the pictures for this feature. So we have done that and we're going to go ahead and click on Confirm. From here we're going to have a pop up that says generating captions and the photo caption. The key features have been generated so I can go ahead and click on some of these pictures here and we're going to get some captions as well as some key features. Now you want to make sure that each of these captions and key features captures the true state of this picture. Remember, AI is not always correct and it can have some errors. So it's going to be your responsibility to make sure everything that it's stating is true. All right, so we've got some really great captions here and some awesome key features. Now from here, if everything's correct, then I can go ahead and run with these, but if not and we need to add in any information, we can go ahead and click into any one of these and start typing something. Now, if you see something that's incorrect, you can go ahead and click on the X here and it will remove that from the key features section or this caption section. So I'm going to go and click on Save. And then from here we can jump back over to Property Description. And now you're going to see all of those key features that it generated from those pictures. And now again we can go ahead and regenerate. So I'm going to go ahead and just tick off this to see what it looks like when we have added all of those extra key features. Now, you can do this part first, if you like to as well. Maybe you want to use the pictures to generate the key features and then create the property description. So from here I'm going to go ahead and click on Regenerate. And boom, we've got a new property description here. Now, since we have a new property description, I'm definitely going to want to click on a new headline. So I'm going to regenerate that new headline. And if we're happy with this, let's go ahead and choose it. But let's just see what, what it does if we click one more time. All right, perfect. So let's say that we're happy with this and we want to move forward. So we're going to go ahead and click on Save Description. So I'm going to go ahead and take this, this headline and copy this, because the next thing that we can do is we can go ahead and go into all of our different products in the order management screen and we can actually change the descriptions on those different products, like your flyer, your website, your brochure, any place that your listing description is going to be located. So let's go ahead and demonstrate this by going into flyer. And from here we're going to go ahead and click on Make Edits. Now, I'm probably going to want to use this as my headline, or if you want to come up with a new headline based on the description, you can go ahead and do that. But you can come down here into the property description section and click on Regenerate. This is again going to go ahead and use AI and those key property features to generate a new property description that will fit right into this flyer. And you can go ahead and regenerate multiple times and it will regenerate a new property description for this area within your flyer. If I'm happy with this, I can go ahead and click on Save. And from here, if I'm happy with this, I can then go to done and print this out. So that way I have something in hand to use for marketing my property. Now we can go back over to order management and let's try doing this on our website. So again from here I can click on regenerate and it will regenerate that new property description and I can go ahead and change that headline save and now we have a new headline and property description made from AI for my single property website. So I hope today's information helped you with understanding how AI has been integrated into listing concierge and how you can add in key property features to help you write a listing description. Or you can use the Photos and multimedia section to favorite your 10 photos. Click on Generate and create those captions and key property features that will then be added to your property description to help you generate the listing description based on these key property features and the use of AI. And of course you can always regenerate the headline so that it matches that property description.
