What to Expect After Placing a Listing Concierge Order / Quick Tip

After placing a Listing Concierge order, follow TCPA rules: you can call if they just gave you their number, but check Do-Not-Call lists if contact is old or you lack permission. Never use automated calls, texts, or pre-recorded messages. You're personally liable for violations.

If you logged out of Listing Concierge after placing an order, log into mycbdesk.com and click on the Listing Concierge tile to access the main dashboard. Otherwise, if you're still within Listing Concierge immediately after placing your order, you can simply click the blue Manage Order button to access the Order Management window directly from the main dashboard of Listing Concierge. You'll find your recently placed order listed among your other orders. The address will be shown and if photos haven't been loaded yet, a placeholder image may appear. Additionally, each order will be labeled with its respective package. To easily handle your order, just click on the Manage Order button, which will direct you to the Order Management screen specifically for that listing. Let's start by examining the left navigation bar beginning from the bottom. If you have any inquiries, feedback, or issues regarding your order, please contact your Listing Concierge Coordinator, whose contact details are provided in the bottom left corner. Please note that it may take a day or two to be assigned a coordina. Once assigned, they will typically email you an introduction along with details about what to expect regarding your package and any necessary steps or approvals. Your photographer will directly upload the photos from their session to your listing concierge portal. You can always locate these photos in the Photos and Multimedia section. You can view all the products included with your order in the Products and Services section. Crafting the property description is crucial after placing your order, as many of the subsequent tasks and materials depend on its completion. The Property property description will consist of a headline and body text. The body text can be copied directly from the multiple listing service description for the property. You can edit it later, but ensure changes are finalized before approving printed materials, as updates won't automatically appear in previously generated proofs. Your Listing Concierge Coordinator will check the text for fair housing compliance and correct any spelling typos or grammatical errors. Listing details are editable, including information provided during order placement. If there are changes such as a price adjustment or you need to add a Multiple Listing Service id, you can make those adjustments here as well. Please be sure to add the Multiple Listing Service ID as soon as possible, as many of the package offerings rely on it. The Recent Activity tab displays all updates made by you or your coordinator, along with the date and time of each update. Lastly, we return to Order Management, your primary overview and starting point for managing your order. This is where you can get a snapshot of your order details and property description. The most valuable aspect is the product tracking, which allows you to see the status of each product in your order. This is also where you can click to ensure you're accessing approvals or download any assets if needed. Remember that with your Listing Concierge Order, you can check the notification bell for any updates on your order or its status. Be sure to monitor your email for messages from Listing Concierge or your designated Listing Concierge Coordinator for important updates.
