Um, well, of course it has to be the courtyard. Yeah, the courtyard. The private walled-in compound feel here, the feel of privacy.

Yeah, did you— so these walls are probably 12 feet all the way around this property.

Yeah, so when you come in, everything feels totally private. You have your own little playground Inside-outside living, which is one of the reasons that I love Arizona.

Yeah, we're in the middle of winter and we're sitting outside in this beautiful courtyard in the morning. It's gorgeous. It's fantastic.

And the architecture has to be, again, one of my favorite features of this particular home. The modern lines and the design with all the art niches.

Okay, so right there, I wanna, yeah, the art. So when this house at night is lit up, the art gallery is designed to show through from the courtyard. Artwork inside the art gallery. That was a beautiful touch.
