In this 360° YouTube walkthrough, REALTOR® Tony Ray Baker (Speaker A) guides viewers through Ice House Loft 111, a modern loft featuring exposed concrete walls, recycled steel staircase, bamboo flooring, and a mix of private and communal spaces. The narration highlights the loft’s layout—kitchen, bedroom, walk‑in closets, guest bathroom, laundry closet, and a versatile studio/courtyard area—while demonstrating how viewers can swipe, spin, and explore the scene on both mobile and desktop. Playful interactions with on‑site guests (James, Tamara, Sayang) add a personable touch, and the tour concludes with a summary of the loft’s functional zones and an invitation for feedback.

And now we're here at Ice House Loft 111, and you're in a different part of the building than the brownstone, the red brick Ice House Lofts. This one is exposed concrete, which is really cool. And you can see there's lofts above us and all around us now. So we're gonna go in Ice House Loft 111. Check it out. There's recycled stair steel, recycled steel staircase. Say that really fast. And then you can see the kitchen. And I'm moving through here, I'm gonna stop in the middle and then you can swipe and spin it around, okay? And there's Tamara in the courtyard. Sayang. And we're gonna give you a peek this way because there is a guest bathroom back there and a laundry center to the— in the closet area. There's James peeking over there. We saw you, James. Don't think we didn't see you. Okay, so I'm going to take you up the stairs. There's James going to the kitchen. Hey, howdy! And then we're going to go up the stairs. This is going to be really weird looking for you because it's tight. It's fun. Look at this exposed concrete wall. Isn't that beautiful? Bamboo floors. And then walk-in closet right there. And that probably just popped on. Now we're in the bedroom. Kind of see how beautiful this— below is the courtyard. If you're looking at the courtyard, and then you can see probably the next set of doors, which is the window over to the guest house. Okay, I'm gonna take you over here real slow and There's bathroom there. Okay. Again, you can look up or down or right or left if you're on your cell phone, and you can use the computer screen to swipe, which is really fun. Gotta love 360. Now we're chasing James down the hall. There he goes. Run, James! We could play, um, treasure hunt or hide and seek with this camera, right? It's really fun. I found everybody. There's Tamara. Hi Tamara! Okay, we're going into the courtyard, and I'm trying to give you a peek there. It's bright out here, so we're going to put our sunglasses on. There you go. Courtyard. So I'm going to stand right here for you just for a second. You can spin around. Ta-da! That's pretty cool, right? Yeah. And then in here you can see that this is a studio space for artists, but you could have a kitchen You could put a refrigerator there, cabinetry, and a microwave over top of the sink there. There's a 3/4 bath with a walk-in shower. You can see if I can give you a little peek in there. Ta-da! And now I'm backing back out. It's interesting trying to figure out how to use this camera. And there's a walk-in closet there. So the area that I'm standing in right now would be bedroom, and this would be a living space, and then you've got the kitchen. All right, I think that concludes this tour. What do you think, James? That's a sign off. Have a great day.
