Hi, thanks for joining us. I'm Darren Jones with Tierra Antigua Realty, and today we're visiting Loft 122 at the Ice House Lofts. Now this is the largest of all of the lofts. This was actually originally designed to be two, which were all built into one loft. It's over 4,000 square feet, absolutely amazing. Now this is the private courtyard, and we are videoing in 360, so you can move your camera around and/or use your mouse and/or your touchpad and just move around and see everything around us. You can see how amazing this courtyard really is. It has the concrete pads that create this entire floating pad illusion with lots of space around, private walls. I have a tall wall over to my left and the actual entrance over on my right, which again has this beautiful antique brick. Now things grow here really, really well. As you can see, all of the plantings here have really taken off.— but the really amazing part is inside. So let's check that out. So as you can see, this is a great space. It's absolutely beautifully laid out. It has twin staircases with a huge living space upstairs in the loft area. Upstairs there are also 2 additional bedrooms, 2 additional baths, in addition to the loft living area. Down here we have the main living area on the first floor with the kitchen across the back. And again, we have all the great brick, the urban industrial feel with all of the steel, the concrete floors, the brick walls, the concrete, and it's just coming together beautifully here. This is one of the finest examples, and this is the largest loft in the Ice House complex. So moving into the kitchen area, you can see this has a great long counter space here, lots of seating room. And again, you have the bent steel, uh, breakfast bar area. This one has butcher block cabinets, again concrete floors, stainless steel appliances, and lots and lots of storage and cabinet space. Has a pantry at the other end. And I am at the first of the two bedrooms downstairs. Downstairs also has two bedrooms, two baths. Okay, so we've moved into the upstairs loft space, and you can see this is huge. It's absolutely a beautiful view. And as you spin your camera around and look out, I want you to see the views out into the courtyard and the garden here. This is just a spectacular place. It feels like you're indoors outside. And so with the bamboo floors up here, it makes a great entertaining space, a little bit of a more of a private space for family, or just some place to get away from the living area downstairs. There's a closet on both sides behind me, and beyond that we have 2 additional bedrooms, 2 additional baths. This place is amazing. So here we are in the master bedroom, and again, one more of the beautiful rooms in this huge loft.
