Hello, today I'm going to show you 5655 East Rosewood. This is a centrally located home near Broadway and Craycroft, which is one of my favorite locations. I'm standing— it's summertime and I'm standing in the shade of a beautiful mature evergreen. Speaking of green, I want to talk to you today about Pathway to Purchase. This home, due to the location, is eligible for Pathway to Purchase program. That program gives you up to $20,000 to use towards down payment and/or closing costs to buy a home. There's a little bit of restrictions and you have to qualify obviously for the loan, but you can call me and I'll give you all of that information or go to our website which will be at the end of this video. This is a program like none I've ever seen in the last 25 years. This is the best one I have ever experienced. I want to show you a couple doors here. This is door number 1 which leads to a private guest suite on this house which can be closed off from the rest of the home inside. Yeah, this is a great entertaining space. This is the ultimate in entertaining kitchens. It has beautiful granite countertops, all of the high-end cabinets are soft soft-close cabinets and drawers. Fantastic drawer space, cabinet space, lighting. And the entertaining area over on here for serving, you have the two sinks, overhead pendant lighting, bib sink in the front, prep sink on this side. You have the brighter color, the lighter cabinets up in the top so that it's just not so dark in the entire kitchen. I have a 5-burner gas stove over here a nice big refrigerator and additional pantry space even on the other side. So Tony, why don't we take a look at the bedrooms?
Okay. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms right down here, both remodeled, both beautiful. The master bath is really nice. It's got double showerheads that are rain showers, so they're really cool. In addition to these 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, there's the suite I talked to you from the— at the beginning about, which is on the other side of the house. So why don't we go over there and check that out?
So here we are in the den where we have these high vaulted ceilings, all wood, nice neutral palette, great place to hang out and watch TV. And right in front of me is that guest suite that Tony Ray Baker was telling us about. Why don't we go see it?
This is a great guest suite. There's a couple reasons. There's a door there that's a private door, so it can be locked from the rest of the house. It does have a closet for clothing. But one of my favorite things is this could be a really great studio or an office space because it has this private entrance. And right outside the private entrance, of course, is 2 to 4 parking spaces right off the road there, which is great in any central neighborhood.
So here we are in the dining area where we have these great overhead lights, the track lighting, and the high ceilings. Again, outside we have a nice flagstone patio and—

Come check it out. So we have this great patio with flagstone pavers and this beautiful covered area here. Lots of seating space. And of course, Tony told you about the studio garage behind us. Now, this has a great block wall that goes around the entire property for privacy, and you can access the garage from the street.
An awesome outside area. It's really low maintenance, which is what I love about this, and great for entertaining because of all the flagstone.
