It has scored concrete floors as well as a travertine hearth. The dining room is well-appointed, beautiful lighting, again following through with the scored concrete floors, and the kitchen has the travertine countertops with beautiful cabinetry which is accented in ebony and ceramic.

Hello, I'm Tim Rarman with Tierra Antigua Realty, and, uh, I'm going to show you this space here. I really like this. This is a flex space, great for an office or an artist studio. You have the washer dryer right here, which is real convenient. We're going to see the master in a little bit. And then another closet here. Storage is always a big deal in a home. But what I like most about this space is the opportunity for a yoga studio. Um, I'm 6'1", I could do any kind of yoga movement that I can think of in here.
