And we're going to talk about really fun things to do today and throughout this week. And I got a great app I want to talk about. And some homes that you may not know about because they're not listed yet. So they're a secret.

Oh yeah, U of A's playing tonight in downtown. Darren's going to talk more about the fun stuff to do in just a little bit. Um, we have some cool houses. We have one I want to show you right now.

Let's check this out. James will tell us when you can see it well. And this is a really cool contemporary house. The surroundings are amazing. The views are unsurpassed. I mean, seriously, mountain views You've got mountains and city lights like crazy. Isn't that beautiful? So this is the front living room that overlooks everything. It's just stunning. And check out this. This is like a, that's from the front living room. Isn't that amazing? So this house just went on the market yesterday. Please call us if you want to see it or have any questions. It's just one of a kind architecture and you can't get a lot like this. It's just, the views, I can't even explain to you how beautiful this is. And where is it? It's near Mount Lemmon. So it's up the Catalina Highway up there, and it's just the views. You could stand in those windows for all day and just stare. It's so beautiful. That just came on the market yesterday. We have that for you. And then we have a couple secrets. There's a new condo coming in. We're going to have that next week, probably ready to go. That's under $150,000 in downtown, in downtown Tucson, right? So light rail, all the new restaurants. And by the way, we're going to have to have a show on all the new stuff that's coming. There's so much coming into downtown. Delicious. It's delicious. Restaurant delicious. And so we've got a great condo coming under $150K, and I've got another great condo at the Ice House that will be coming up soon. And that is a beautiful, highly upgraded, like $70,000 in upgrades. This loft is to die for. And that's in the under $375K range. And it's just about— how long does it take to walk from the Ice House to downtown? Was it— took us 6 or 7 minutes. If you can't stop easy, slow, if you stop at Barrio Brewery on the way, then it's going to take you longer. But really, it takes 6 or 7 minutes to walk from the Ice House condos. Um, those lofts are beautiful. Of course, we talk about those a lot.

But, um, and of course, you get to walk right through Armory Park, which is beautiful. Nice architecture, beautiful sidewalks, wide boulevards. It's a great neighborhood.

Yeah, it's really fun. There's a cool phone booth to stop in and take your picture.

It's got purple lights.

I'm not telling you where. It's going to be like this scavenger hunt thing. You have to find the purple phone booth. That's a fun phone book. Um, also there's another loft. So we just sold, uh, the loft with the guest house. That one's under contract. We have the studio baby loft, just went under contract. Uh, thank you very much for everybody on the Rosewood house. That was up for a couple days and it's under contract. Um, so we have, um, another one a friend of ours has. It's beautiful. That's, uh, $275,000 and that's about 1,215 square feet, somewhere around there. Don't quote me, but that's a beautiful loft, high-end designer fulfilling, and it's got great views of the mountain and the storms and stuff. So you want to see that, one of us will take you to see.

You like— Absolutely.

We both have been there. It's a great loft. So we've got one loft available right now for $275,000 that you can see and is available if you want to write an offer right now.

Okay. So that's cool houses. Why are we talking about houses that aren't coming, that aren't on the market yet? Here's the thing. We get these houses in advance and we know that they're coming., and we share them with, of course, anybody that's on our list, and because that's who we know to call. And a lot of times we sell them to folks, right, that get the chance— did they get to have them before anybody else because we call them because we know they're coming, right?

Exactly.

So, uh, if you want to be on that list, of course, let us know that too. Um, all right, let's talk about fun things to do, right?

Fun thing is— yes.

Yeah, what's happening today?

Tonight is Second Saturday Downtown Tucson. Uh, it should be a great evening. It's going to be around in the 80s. ¡Eso es!

That's right.

And, you know, if you're not familiar with Second Saturdays Downtown, there's usually events, there's bands, there are vendors, there's a lot of folks that like to come down and just walk around, try out some of the restaurants or the food trucks. There's just a really lot going on, and they've got some of the streets kind of blocked off. So parking in the downtown area might be a little bit difficult. So park down in Mercado, take the light rail, Uber in. Um, but come down for a really fun time.

That's a key. That's a key to success right there, buddy. Uber or light rail from Mercado. You have plenty of parking.

I'm gonna give you a big one.

Also, right now we have, uh, going on a Sabino, um, the Sabino Canyon night rides. So tell us about those.

That sounds scary, dude.

That's the one I was thinking. Uh, I don't know, uh, the— you get— you got to make a reservation. I think they do it like 3 times a month from up through December, maybe, but don't quote me. Again, you can go to our website for any of this information and just click on, um, the calendar, and there's a search tool. You put Sabino Canyon in the search tool and bring it up for you. Um, but I think it's the— what is the date? Like the 13th or 14th, they start the Sabino Canyon tour. You ride the tram They have a guided tour. You get to see the animals that are out at night.

There's white-tailed deer and javelina.

Okay. So go try it. It's really cool. It's a great fun ride in cool weather. So it's a cool way to look at the desert. Anything else fun and amazing coming up?

Yeah. You can get a group of friends together and do a phone app a guided scavenger hunt, and it has all kinds of interesting things involved with puzzles.

It's downtown, right?

Right, you meet at a restaurant, El Charro's.

El Charro's.

Okay, you meet at El Charro's with your friends, you go live on your smartphones, gives you clues and puzzles, and you got to be kind of smart. Bring your smartest kids. Bring the smart children, bring the kids. And have your lifelines ready. Yeah, then go have fun, and it takes you on a scavenger hunt around downtown. You pick up clues, you get points, and then you try to win, uh, who gets the best points. I haven't played it.

That's all okay.

I'm gonna— I want to do it. Let's get a bunch of friends and go do this.

That's good stuff. Okay, also there is still some, uh, P2P money halfway to be purchased, halfway to purchase.

But this is what it looks like right now. If this was, uh, before, this is after. Only half or less is like the— 48 million is probably down to 20 right now. It's what— it's going fast.

It's like your weekend in Vegas.

It's like taking chunks of money. Oh, that's so sad. So that's bad. So we're running out of that money quickly. They're guesstimating— you're putting that backwards, dude. That's just wrong. Give me the money. He wants to play with that money. So, go real. Yeah, so that money's running out quickly. They're estimating maybe ending October, so you got to get that money.

Yeah, so get pre-qualified, get in, talk to us, and we'll see if we can't get you set up to get a piece of that.

Last but not least, I'm going to give you another key. You can hold that one, Wanda, please. Key to success. Here is how you get to downtown. When you get into downtown, here's what you do. If you're going to use a parking meter, they have a great app if you don't know about it.

Thank you for the key. The app is called Go Tucson, and I'm going to show you what it looks like on your phone, on your smartphone. It's called Go Tucson, and then what you do is you can use that app. You can actually pay for parking or the light rail right off your app. You can buy tickets in advance for light rail, so you just, when you get on, you just hit the button. This also lets you go right up to a meter, you put in the zone and the meter number, and you can hit "I want an hour" and it charges it to your charge card. Now, here's my favorite part. You're having lunch with a friend and you have 1 hour in the meter and lunch runs over and this thing starts honking at you on your phone.

Beep beep.

To let you know your meter's expiring. So all you have to do to hit extend for another hour is hit the app and it'll extend it and you can continue having lunch. You know, like when they're like, you're going crazy and talking and having fun.

Have the two martini lunch.

Right? Double martini lunch.

Love it.

God, wouldn't that be awesome? Okay, Tucson Streetcar is right below this. It's called the Tucson Streetcar app, and if you have this, you should have that. It tells you where all the streetcars are on the line as you're standing there, so you can see how close they are coming up to you. It's— we're getting something in. Just coming in now from Dennis Jensen. Dennis Jensen says, "It's a great app." It's a great app. I've used it many times. Yay! We have some feedback and positive feedback at that. We use it. Darren and I use this thing every week.

Yeah, I use it a lot.

Probably 5 times a week because I'm in downtown Tucson all the time now. So we use this a lot. Cool app, go Tucson.

And where's that streetcar? I've been waiting 14 seconds.

Yeah, and the streetcar, this will show you the track. All right. Have a fantastic time. The weather's cooling down. People are coming out. Downtown's starting to kick it up again, which it always does. In the fall.
