Tucson Home Buyers, Adam and Marta, Talk About Buying Their Home with Tucson Realtor

So I am Marta Bustamante and he is my husband Adam Henry. Hi! And we are here to talk about Tony Ray Baker. Tony Ray Baker. So we're just new in Arizona and we found our dream home thanks to Tony. We've been here just for 4 months, so I feel very lucky about that. That was one of my dreams since I was a child. I never dreamed with a wedding, I just dreamed with my house.

That's right. We had a small wedding so that we could save money for the house. House.

That was 10 years ago.

But, um, and Tony Ray Baker helped us to find that house. He's a fantastic REALTOR® and we would recommend him to anybody out there who's looking for a home in Tucson. That's true.

This is our— that's right, it's our second home. I mean, we have one previously, so we have experience with REALTORS® and buying homes, and I think that our experience would Tony, it was the best so far.

Was there something different this time that surprised you about this experience with me versus another REALTOR®?

I think it's different. We were in different states, and it's your personality. I mean, I did have a good REALTOR® back then too, but it's just you. I mean, I don't know, I feel like I click with you, and that makes things so easy. So easy. I mean, you were there when I called you. You take me to all the houses, even creepy ones, to go and see them just to make sure that, you know what, that's not our fate. It's just, I mean, I mean, I found a friend. I feel like you are my friend. So with the other REALTOR®, it's just like, you know, business. And she was nice, everything, but it was business, and that's okay. But right now, I just don't found a house. We just don't found a house, we just found a friend.

That's sweet and true. I would also say that Tony— well, you, because I'm talking to you, you're right here behind the camera, even though you can't see him, he's there.

He's there.

You actually help us to think through the pros and cons of different decisions. You know, different possibilities. And that's something that is very different about you. So having worked with other REALTORS®, other REALTORS® aren't nearly as willing to talk about what will it mean down the road if you buy this house.

The truth, to tell you the truth, other REALTORS® don't tell you the truth. They're just like, lovely, buy it, every house.

Yeah, he doesn't butter you up. The way other REALTORS® might do. So he does tell you the truth, but he also helps you think through the consequences of the decision, and that's something that I really appreciate.
