Treat your pitch deck as a toolbox, not a script. Use each slide only when it addresses something the prospect actually needs, and build your meeting around their questions instead of running through every slide.

Each slide in a company pitch deck is just an individual resource for you to leverage as needed. So don't ever go through this whole slide deck with anyone and just go through it just because it's in the slides. Every time you're presenting a slide to someone, you should be able to answer, so what is the point of this slide? And literally, if you go slide by slide through your pitch deck and you ask that question and you can answer in the comments, hey, look, this one highlights our process, this one shows the outcomes that people get, this one highlights some of the trends, it educates the prospect. Cool, that's fine. Doesn't doesn't mean that in every meeting you're going to need to accomplish that. So you can construct your flow of the conversation to only fill the need, right? That's what I teach. Everything we present, everything we demonstrate, or we offer is always focused on filling a specific need that we've uncovered.
