You want to make more sales as a business owner? Do you want to know what you do? You focus on the customer. You focus on the consumer. One of the biggest mistakes I see big brands making out there, right, is that they are getting in the weeds on political topics that have nothing to do with the consumers. I mean, like Pepsi, all of these companies, right, making these political campaigns and these kind of like racial controversial topic ads. It's not helping their brand at all. So I see similar things like when small businesses are giving their position on the war on Ukraine. Why? No one gives a crap what you're doing. How are you going to serve your customers? Spend less time trying to think about how you're going to navigate the controversial topics in society and focus more on providing value to your customers. That's it. Like, you want to know what Tom Cruise's movies do so well at the box office? Because he doesn't have an agenda. He doesn't give a crap. Now, I'm not saying he doesn't have strong opinions. Of course he does. But the movies he makes, he's out there to make a good movie, a good product, a quality product. And he's not letting himself be swayed one way or the other based on what his opinions or political agenda might be. So you as a business owner, do the exact same thing, dude. Focus on your product. Focus on providing value to your customers. And no one gives a crap where you stand on this or that subject. Focus on bringing a better product to the marketplace. That's what your customers want to see. That's it.
