Hello everyone, this is Aaron at Gas Engineers Software, and today we'll be looking at scheduling your job. So you've heard back from the customer, they've accepted your quote, and they want you to book them in. So let's see how we go about it. Let's dive in. Once the quote is accepted, the job would move automatically to a current job, which means it can now be scheduled under your calendar tab. You can see all the time slots you have available. You can also filter these by engineer by checking or unchecking here. When you have agreed a time, then you can now create the event for that job. Click when you would like that job to start, change the activity type to what you see fit. I will be choosing servicing. Find your customer by typing or looking through the list. You can also create a customer, job address, and the job from this new event screen. Fill in this information and change to the engineer that will be carrying out the work. You can also change the time and date if you need to, then click Save. The event will change to the color of the engineer, and the engineer will be able to see this on their calendar. If you wish to schedule a job from the mobile app, you can go to the calendar and click the plus symbol at the top. And fill in the information like before. And this is how you schedule jobs on Gas Engineer Software. Now you or your engineer can look on your calendar and see what you have scheduled in. In the next video, we're going to be seeing what the engineer or yourself will do on site with the software. Till then, thank you.
