Hello everyone, this is Aaron from Gas Engineer Software. In this video, we'll be discussing how you or your engineer will use the software on site. This video will solely be based on the mobile app but can be done on the web portal also. Let's dive in. In this instance, we'll be creating a homeowner gas safety record. Tap on new record. And select Domestic Gas Record. Then select Homeowner Gas Safety Record. And then select the job it is for. Or from the event on the calendar, you can scroll down and tap Create a New Record. Once selected, you can now add an appliance. If no appliances are on this job yet, tap the plus symbol. Here you can create the appliance and enter the details of readings and checks. This information of the appliance will be stored under your job address. On a note, we do integrate with Anton and Kane devices. To find out more on which models, please see the article in the description. Once completed, click Next, and this will take you to final checks and comments. Please fill in accordingly. Tap Next, and you'll be on the signature page. This is the customer's or tenant's signature that's required. Also, you'll be able to see the date that the record is issued and next inspection due date. Once approved, this will put the next inspection due date in the job address for you so an automatic reminder can be sent out. You can then approve and email the record. Now on your event on the calendar for this job, you can change the activity outcome to completed and then save. This will mark the event as completed on the calendar. Finally, go to the job by either the Jobs tab or the calendar event. On the job, go to Records, Invoices, and if not sent already, tap and send email. If you'd prefer not to send the invoice on site, you can do this at your earliest convenience. Now this job is complete. The certificate and invoice have now been issued and sent to the customer. The next part of the workflow is to mark this invoice as paid once you've received payment, and we will discuss this in the next and final video in this web series. Series. Until next time, thank you.
