Ben and Aaron from Gas Engineer Software announce background updates, a new feature that automatically syncs changes across apps and the web portal without manual refresh. Users always see the latest information.
Hi guys, I'm Ben, the product manager for Gas Engineer Software. I'm joined by Aaron, who leads our customer success team. It's just a quick message to let you know about a new feature we've added to the apps and the web portal, and this is background updates. That means that whenever there's a change on an app or the website, those changes are automatically updated on your device without you having to manually sync. Thank you.
