A Gas Engineer scheduling system automates customer calls into calendar entries and engineer assignments, eliminating manual follow-ups. When a customer calls with their details, the system creates the appointment, assigns an engineer, and syncs everything to their diary automatically.

So a customer would call, we would take their— we would send our times and rates, and our times and rates, it would ask for the details that we need to put onto the Gas Engineer system. We would take their details, put them on the system. Once it's on the system, it'll go into the calendar. We would then allocate it to an engineer. We would edit the notes that you have there. We'd then save it into the diary. It will then come up on their calendar, and they can get all the details and go and get the job done.
