Gas Engineer Software now sends push notifications when jobs are added or changed for today or tomorrow. Engineers on Android and iOS get instant alerts instead of waiting for a call, built after users asked for a faster way to hear about schedule changes.
Hello everyone, this is Aaron from Gas Engineer Software bringing you the first video of 2023. We are introducing a new notification service that sends a push notification to your engineers when changes are made to their assigned events on the calendar. These notifications only happen when changes are made to an event that is scheduled for the same or next day. This also works for event creation in the same period. Just make changes where necessary and save, and then within a few minutes your engineer will have the update as a notification on their phone. This comes off the back of feedback and requests of being able to inform your engineers of these changes without needing to text or call them. So with these changes, it will make informing your engineers quick and easy. These changes will be applied to Android and iOS right away. If you have any feedback or questions, please leave in the comment section below or contact us via any of our support channels. Until next time, thank you.
