If you ever need to download any of your data from Gas Engineer Software, the process is simple and straightforward. For all of your customers, job addresses, and invoice data, this can be done by yourself in a matter of seconds from the web portal. In this quick video, we're going to walk you through the process of doing so. So to start, we're going to begin with customer and job address data. Since a customer can have several job addresses, the option to export this data is underneath the job address page. So we're going to click on job addresses in the top navigation menu. And once on this page, you'll see an Export Data button in the top right-hand corner. Clicking on this button will download a CSV file to your computer. This CSV file is a spreadsheet which can be opened up in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets or any other spreadsheet software and used as you wish. For invoice data, the process is much the same. Click on the Invoices tab in the top menu, and again, you'll see an Export Data in the exact same place in the top right-hand corner of this page. This time, clicking on this button will open up a popup which prompts you to enter in a date range for which you'd like to download that data for. Alternatively, you can click on Download All of Your Invoice Data here. Checking this option will simply download everything related to your Gas Engineer Software account. Click Yes, and a CSV spreadsheet will be downloaded to your computer. For any records and certificates issued through Gas Engineer Software, the best way to find those is to go to your email client. Any certificate issued will be CC'd to the user that issued it, as well as the admin email address, as long as you have that setting saved in your settings. If you would like to download all your records in one bulk, you'll need to get in touch with our support team who can guide you through that process. And that's it.
