My name is Charlie Robinson. I'm a director of CJ Plumbing and Heating London Limited. We do commercial and domestic plumbing, heating, gas, and drainage. So when I was an apprentice, my boss actually used Gas Engineering software. Because of the experience of seeing it and thinking, okay, it's quite easy and straightforward to use. That's why I just went with Gas Engineer Software. With the admin side of things, it definitely saves you time and money using Gas Engineer Software. Just writing out a cert, a gas safety inspection, as to doing it on the app, time difference probably about maybe 10 minutes, 10-15 minutes I'd say, having to write it out and And then if you put that on a bigger scale where you have a load of them and then you have a load of invoices, a load of job reports, a load of quotes, it does save you a lot of time. So my favourite feature is doing the gas safety inspections, especially when it's returning from one that you've already got logged in the system because you've got the customer's details there already, you've got the appliances their details there already, and then all you have to fill in is just the readings. So personally, for me, that's the best feature on it. How our engineers use the software is purely through the diary. So it's quite good because they don't need to worry about going into detail with anything else. They have their calendar, their jobs on there. They create a job sheet, log in what time that they start, write a job report, log out what time they finish, add photos, to it and then they save it, we'll proofread it and then send it to the customer. So it's quite easy and efficient for the engineers to use it and quick as well. Oh yeah, definitely, it's a no-brainer, to be honest with you, to use Gas Engineering Software. It's very straightforward to use, anyone can use it, any age, even if you're not great with technology, learn how to sign up and then you're ready to go.
