Hi, I'm Shervin from the customer support team, and my favourite feature on the app is the calendar. So the reason I say this is because it's really easy to navigate, and it also helps you organise your own day. So at the beginning of the day, I could look into the app, I could have a look, you know, I've got 5 jobs to do today, and then, you know, I can go through them throughout the day as well. As it's on the phone, it's really easy to use as well and helpful because I can edit the jobs, I can mark them as complete, or if you know, things were needed like parts. And as well, I can swap jobs if I wanted to with another engineer. So it's really useful there if, you know, you need to help each other out, things like that.
