Hello everyone, it's Oliver here from Gas Engineer Software, here to walk you through the steps you'll need to take in order to add your logo to the records and invoices you send through the software. You can only do this through the web portal, so that's where you want to start, and you want to navigate to the settings menu in the top right-hand corner. From there, you want to go to the company settings menu and click Manage. Scroll down and you'll see that the Gas Safe logo is there by default. You want to click the Upload Your Logo button underneath that and find your logo on your computer's local files and select it. Your logo will be resized to 600 by 150 pixels automatically. You can upload either JPEG or PNG files, and if you would like to upload anything else like a PDF image, or you're having any other issues at all, please email your logo directly to us at support@gasengineersoftware.co.uk, and we'll format it and send it back to you. When you're happy, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen, and that will take you back to the Settings menu. At that point, if you would like to check that your logo has saved correctly, please visit the company settings menu again by clicking Manage, scroll down, and you'll be able to see your new logo there. As always, if you're having any other difficulties, please feel free to reach out to us directly. You can email us, as I've mentioned, on support@gasengineersoftware.co.uk. You can message us through the in-app chat from the home screen of the software by clicking the little speech bubble in the bottom right-hand corner, or you can phone us on 0207 129 7058, and we will do our best to help. Thank you very much for watching.
