How to Find Boiler Manuals & Use Boiler AI Assist in GES

By the end of this video, you'll know how to find any boiler manual and use the Boiler AI Assistant in the Gas Engineer Software app. On the home screen, tap on "Tools Manuals." Here you'll find both options to find the manual you're looking for. The manual library is available on all plans, whilst the assistant is available on the Pro plan. Tapping on "Boiler Manuals" takes you to a list of all the major manufacturers. You can type the manufacturer's name in the search bar or scroll through until you find the brand, then the exact make or model of the boiler. Once found, simply tap it to open the full PDF and navigate to the section you need. To use the Boiler AI Assistant, you can simply tap 'Boiler AI Assist' under 'Tools Manuals', or you can tap the icon at the bottom right of the homepage. There's also a convenient AI icon on the top right whenever you're filling out a certificate. Once there, let it know the specific boiler model and ask what you need to know. The assistant will locate the correct manual for you and return an answer with the exact page referenced and linked, so you can verify it yourself. That's it! With over 2,300 manuals in your pocket, you have the information you need for practically any job without flicking through physical pages or aimlessly searching online.
