By the end of this video, you'll know how to generate a Service Reminder report in GAS Engineer software. This report helps you quickly identify customers with upcoming service due dates, along with their contact details, so you can follow up and book the work. To generate the report, log in to the web portal. Click Reports in the top menu. Here you'll see two options: Gas Service Reminders and All Service Reminders. The process is the same for both. In this example, we'll create a Gas Service Reminder report, so click Create. You'll now see a list of all job addresses with a service due date recorded in the system. The report also shows the customer name, phone number, email address, and service due date. At the top, you can adjust the date range filter to narrow down the report for customers whose services are due in March or April, for example. You can also enable "Ignore Year," which shows all services due in those months regardless of the year. To export the report, click "Export Report." A CSV file will download to your computer. You can open this in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, where you'll see all properties in your selected date range along with their contact details and service due dates. If you'd prefer to send reminders by post, you can also click Print All Customer Letters or Print All Tenant Letters to download ready-made letters. These letters are generated using your gas service reminder email template, which can be edited in your settings. To update this template, go to Settings, click Manage under Service Reminders and Email Templates, and select "Edit" under "Annual Guest Service Reminders." That's it! Your Service Reminder Report is ready to help you follow up with customers and keep services up to date.
