How to Update Company Details in GES

By the end of this video, you'll know how to update your company details in Gas Engineer Software's web portal. Some basic settings can be edited in the mobile app, but the full set of options is available in the web portal. Any changes you make will automatically sync across both the app and web portal. Log in and click the settings cog in the top right corner next to your name, then click Manage under Company Settings. Here you can edit details such as your company name, address, phone number, website, and admin email address. If your business has a tagline, you can add it here and it will automatically appear on records you create. You can also enable CC all emails to admin email, which sends a copy of every email generated by the software to the admin address. Your company logo will also appear on your records. New accounts include the GasSafe logo by default, but you can upload your own by clicking Upload Logo and selecting your logo file. If you need to update your payment details, open the Settings menu again, then click Manage under Invoice Details and Certificate Numbering. Here you can update your bank details and add payment terms that will appear on your Invoices. That's it! Your company details and invoice settings are now updated and will appear automatically on the records you create.
