Open GES on your phone, go to Settings, find Company Details, edit any field you need, and hit Save at the bottom. Your changes sync automatically to the web portal.
By the end of this video, you'll know how to update your company details using the mobile app. Open the app and tap Settings from the home screen. Scroll down to the Company Details section. Here you can tap on any field to update information such as your company name, address, phone number, or email. Once you've made your changes, scroll to the bottom and tap Save. Your updates will automatically sync across both the mobile app and the web portal. That's it! Your company details are now updated and ready to appear on the records you create.
