How To View Existing Records On The Gas Engineer Software App

In this quick video, I'm going to show you how to find your existing records and drafts on the Gas Engineer Software app. Start by opening up the app, and from the home screen, click on Existing Records and Drafts towards the bottom down here. On the next screen, simply tap the type of record that you're looking for. For this video, I'm going to look for a typical gas safety certificate, so I'm going to tap on Domestic at the top and then Gas Safety Records. On this screen is a list of all the draft and issued records of that particular type. You can toggle at the top for all, issued, and drafts, and you can also use the search bar over here to quickly find the one that you're looking for, either by searching for a customer name or the job address. If it's an issued record, tapping on it will allow you to edit the certificate or resend it. If it's a draft, then you can open it up to continue editing it where you left off. And that's it.
