Chapters
You hear a lot of feedback from engineers, what they love, what frustrates them. What kind of things that kind of come up quite regularly? So we're quite fortunate with Anton, simply for the fact is we have a lot of involvement with our inventor, our lead scientist, Paul Basham. If I go back to Paul with feedback from the engineers and he genuinely thinks that that's a fantastic idea, he will implement that and he will put that into production, not just for that one person, but for absolutely everybody. Because if it's a genuine improvement that we haven't thought of, at the end of the day, you guys are using them every single day. You guys know what works, you know what don't work, you know what's going to make your life easy, you know what's making your life difficult. If you can tell us and it's a genuinely good idea, we'll put it into— we'll put that into practice and we'll get it sorted.
