Importing A Customer's Details From Your Phone Contact List On Gas Engineer Software

Kasa Engineer Software allows you to quickly import a customer's details directly from your phone's contact list. In this video, we'll show you how to do it. To start, open up the app and from the home screen, tap on Customers. Then tap on Add New Customer at the bottom. Here is where you'd enter in all the customer's details, but instead of doing so, we're going to click on the little contact book icon in the top right-hand corner. This will open up your phone's contact list. And you can then search for the customer. I've created an example customer here just to show you how the import works. So if I were to tap on that, it will then import all of the data that is saved in your contact list. At this point, if you wanted to add any extra information, you can go ahead and add that. Otherwise, you can go ahead and click Save at the bottom, and that customer will be added to your list.
