Hello everyone, I am Aaron, the Customer Success Manager of Gas Engineers Software, and this video is to announce a fantastic new feature that we're bringing to you. We have had lots of requests and questions about uploading your terms and conditions to your email templates. We have now given you this ability by adding a PDF document upload button to these templates. To do this, all you need to do is log in via the web portal and go to your service reminders and email templates. Once on one of your selected templates, you will see a button here that says Choose Files. Click on this and it will bring up your documents drive. Select what file you would like and tap Open. This will put the file into the location here. Once you've done this, click Save. Once saved, you will see a bar appear that says Template Updated. Please be aware that the max size of each PDF document must be 2 megabytes or under, but you have up to 5 megabytes of documents on each template. As said at the start, this feature has been created by your feedback and requests, which is very important to us. If you do have features you would like to see, please drop us a message on our Intercom service, which appears on your app or web portal, email us at support@softwareworksforyou.co.uk, or call us on 0207 129 7058. Please let us know your feedback on our new document upload. Feel free to comment below, and if this feature is useful to you, please use the like button. Until next time, thank you.
