Hi there, I'm Ben, Product Manager for Gas Engineer Software. I'm joined with Taluk, co-founder. We're going to talk a little bit today about an addition we've made to the software so that when you add a payment to an invoice, you can send your customer a payment receipt.
We've added an option to send a payment received email when adding a payment to an invoice. There's a little pop-up that you can select and you can send out an invoice with the word "paid" on it to your customer. As with all the other emails that we send out, or the software sends out, you can customize this to whatever suits your, your business needs under the email templates. Thank you.
