Hi, this is Aaron at Gas Engineers Software. This video is just to show you about a new feature we're introducing that will make adding appliance details just that little bit easier. We are adding a barcode scanner to the apps, meaning you can go to an appliance, scan the barcode, and this will apply the serial number to the appliance details, meaning you no longer have to enter this manually. When you come to the appliance screen on the serial number line, you will see an icon that looks like a barcode. Once you are ready to scan your appliance barcode, tap the icon. This will take you to your camera. Point the camera at the barcode and it will register and insert the appliance serial number into the text box, as seen here.
