Hello and welcome to Gas Engineer Software. My name is Aaron, and I'm today going to be taking you through a tutorial on how to edit and turn off your automatic reminders. We will go through turning off reminders for individual customers, changing the service due date, and turning off reminders completely. All of these changes have to be done via our web portal. Once logged in, you can click on the Customers tab and select the customer you wish to edit. As you can see here, there is a dropdown box next to Automatic Reminders. This you can set to yes or no. Once saved, this is how you change the automatic reminders for an individual customer. If for any reason you need to change the date of the service that's due, you can go to the job addresses find the address you need to change and change the service date. Lastly, in the Settings tab, under Service Reminders and Email Templates section, click on Annual Service Reminders, and here you'll be able to edit the template email itself. By switching to No on the schedule email to be sent automatically, this will stop all automatic reminder emails being sent. You can choose the number of days before the service due date that the reminder will go out. And you can also set this to send a copy of the reminder to yourself.
