Hi, I'm Aaron, the Customer Success Manager of Gas Engineers Software. Have you ever had the problem you can't find the make or model of an appliance on our preset list? Well, today I'm going to show you how you can add these yourself. Let's dive in. Today we are going to be adding a gas appliance via the job address on our app. Once at the gas appliance screen, tap the plus button in the top right-hand corner to add an appliance. If you're unable to find the make you're looking for, type in the make name and tap the green plus button next to the search bar. This will add this as a make. You can add a type, a model, and a location in exactly the same way. Once you have saved the appliance, return to the home screen and sync your app. Once synced, you're able to see the appliance will be listed and searchable within the list of appliances as seen here.
