Hello everyone, this is the last video of 2022. I am Aaron, the Customer Success Manager, and in this video I'm going to discuss 4 new features that we have coming to the software in 2023. Let's dive in. We will be bringing a new open banking service to the software. Meaning customers can pay for their invoices via a link or a QR code, making getting paid faster and easier. We will be integrating with Xero, which means Xero users can connect their Gas Engineer Software account and send invoices automatically to Xero. We will be introducing a customer hub, meaning your customers can book or request work from you on an online portal. Meaning you're opening another line of communication up with your customers. Appointment reminders and confirmations, push notifications to your engineers when there's been an update, and recurring events— these are just some of the features we'll be adding to our new and improved scheduling. There will be a lot more improvements and features added in the new year, but we just wanted to give you a small taste.
