Gas Safe inspectors will ask detailed LPG questions even if you haven't used that qualification in years. Bring the relevant technical handbook to your inspection so you can look up answers and show you still know the material.
You got the qualification a long time ago, never done it. That's when people start to panic. Now, if you turn around and go, I've never done LPG, I've got the qualification, but I've never touched it, you still have to be asked questions on LPG because it's one of your qualifications. So I say to them, well, you've got the qualification, so have you got your book here? Have you got a book with all your information in it? Whatever brand book that people carry around, I say, have you got it? Because I say, you bring that, you're told to bring that to the inspection. I want to see that if I ask you a question, if you cannot answer it, I want to see you find Give me the answer.
