Hey, this is Tim Pratt Jr. and I want to welcome you to the podcast Living Life. I pray this will be something that will add value, shape, develop, and cultivate your faith in order to be the person that God desires you to be, as well as the application to see it through. Enjoy. What's up everybody? So this is just a trailer. I'm gonna try to make this quick as possible, but I just want to kind of give you an update on what I'm doing and what's coming down the pipe. So this is primarily a solo podcast, and that's why I try to keep it around 15 minutes, give or take. You know, sometimes it's less, sometimes it's a little bit more where it goes around 20, 21. I had intentions to start interviewing this season, but I didn't, you know, and we're in the midst of COVID-19 because I had a unique way that I wanted to try it that changed. So I just kind of took a break and stopped everything at the Kingdom Stewardship Series. But I'm going to extend this probably another 5 episodes, maybe a little bit more, but right now it's 5. And I just want to kind of speak to some things that the Lord has had on my heart. Uh, I don't really do things the traditional way, although I have structure. So that being said, if you've listened to any of the content, you know, I know— just bear with me if you listen to season 1 and season 2, and even this one, it's growing pains. Like I say, this is teaching me a lot of just about how I communicate. But like I say, we are in the midst of this COVID-19 stuff, you know, just got people— please stay safe, you know, stay connected to God most importantly, and just keep doing whatever it takes to protect you and your family. And because we don't know how long this is gonna continue to go on, but I will say this, you know, I know it's COVID-19, you can get into conspiracy theories, you can get into hard evidence and things like that, because I see a lot of people that's all across the board with this, you know, even when you look at our leadership. But the thing is, I will say that I believe it's something spiritual going on. It's just like when a, you know, a preacher is preaching, you know, he really doesn't have any ability to speak to all the different people, all the different things that people are struggling or identifying with in the midst of that service. But it's the Holy Spirit that goes out and searches and uses and basically conforms that word to deal specifically with those people. And I believe that's what God is doing with this COVID-19. You know, it could be one thing in your spirit and another thing in someone else's spirit, and that's cool. But I believe that it's all to glorify God and bring out what he wants. You know, whether it be repentance, whether it be more time with him, whether it be stopping certain things. I don't praise the depths, you know, but at the end of the day, I can't speak to exactly what God is using this for, but I do believe it's something. And I always say hindsight is 20/20. So it will make sense eventually if it doesn't make sense now. Kind of going to the point, uh, like I say, season 4, I do plan to transition and make this more, you know, interview more people. It still primarily be a solo podcast, but I do want to start bringing people on and just growing as myself, you know, getting to know people and see things through their lens and the content of their speaking So I'm transitioning to that, but at the same time, you know, doing it the way God told me. And so, because I know you probably get tired of just always hearing my voice every episode, and it's cool, but I have some great content that I believe God has placed on my heart. I'm not going to share because it could change, but I will say, you know, get ready probably within— not this coming up Monday when this trailer dropped, but the next one. And I'm not looking at a calendar right now Let's see, so I want to shoot for the 27th to drop the first, you know, not first episode of season 3, but the extended, extended season 3. So basically episode 11 within season 3. And I feel like you're going to be blessed. I think you're going to see a lot more transparency from me, uh, just learning how to communicate better. And convey things. Because one of the things that I had to take a break, and I just want to share this real quick and I promise you I'll be done, is that with me sometimes, like I say, being a creator, you know, you can just always be studying and searching for content. And from a spiritual perspective, you know, just recently, in addition to working as a senior, you know, technical PM, I just took an— I'm still in the process of my license, and I just took like a, you know, like a, um, an associate pastor role, as well as like, you know, trying to help serve my father-in-law's ministry and by volunteering as well. But I just took an associate pastor role with— under the leadership of my dad, you know, Pastor Timothy Pratt Sr. And I'm learning things, you know, just in more and more talks with them and just actually doing it. And so when it comes to that you know, those leadership efforts and things that I have on my plate, sometimes I can find myself, you know, trying to do this, trying to do that, trying to do this, and I'm just always in this thing of like, what content can I put— what, what content can I put out? And I don't allow the content to work on me. And so now I just become a vessel, you know. But at the same time, I need that same thing that I'm communicating to do the work on me and in me and through me. And so that's just something that I'm trying to be more sensitive of, and I just want to do things right and just do things truly to make sure I'm glorifying God before anybody else. So that being said, I really think that you're going to enjoy this extended season. Uh, I'm working on some deep content that I believe is going to be rich by the power of God. It's all God working through me. And if you know anybody, like I say, you know, as you'll kind of hear in the outro, start sharing this now. Send them this trailer, uh, send them previous episodes that you might like. Like I say, you know, season 1 and 2, it was growth. I wanted to put something out there. And even season 3, I'm growing, but the goal is to get better, a progressive state. So you're growing, we're growing with each other. So I pray to God that you enjoy this extended season. I pray that you're getting ready, you know, that you'll be tuned in for season 4. And just keep praying, man. Keep staying faithful to God no matter what. You know, I just want to leave with this one last thing. Faith, you know, it's a declaration, it's a statement saying I have faith in something. But so I can say, for example, I have faith in my wife. And I just made a statement, a declaration. But if I remain faithful to my wife, I'm making a commitment. So what I'm basically trying to communicate is that keep the faith and stay faithful to what you have faith in, because you have to have a radical obedience with your faith. You know, yes, wisdom— I'm not even gonna go there, we're gonna say that— but yes, wisdom is very important in the midst of that, because you just don't want to be out here But we'll get into some of those things too. But just keep the faith, man, and keep staying faithful to whatever God has called you to do. Because when you there and you know you're being faithful to him, just like Abraham, it's going to come to pass. It is going to come to pass. So be blessed. Share this season. The extended part of season 3, the extended episodes of season 3 will be dropping. The first one will be dropping July the 27th.
God bless.
