In this guided women’s circle, the facilitator leads a somatic embodiment practice that blends breathwork, womb‑ and heart‑centered movement, vocalization, and gentle self‑touch. Participants are invited to breathe in a 4‑count inhale through the nose and exhale while visualizing the womb opening, then to move the body as if “seducing yourself back into wholeness,” releasing shame and grief. The session includes rhythmic shaking, knee bends, opening the chest, and exploring the skin with the hands as a way to reconnect with the body. Throughout, the facilitator offers affirmations (“I am open,” “I am tired of receiving these hard…”) and encourages participants to write or speak their intentions, to hug themselves, and to step into the circle’s center, fostering a collective sense of empowerment, self‑acceptance, and communal healing among women who identify as warriors, mothers, sisters, and healers.

Can we do it at the same time? Inhale. I am open. And surrender, maybe holding, giving yourself a hug. What do you need to do? Listen to the music and let it Flow. Can you close them and write a new one just now? Just take the pen, just let them come. Just let your body be healthy, be so relaxed, be warm, let your body be Body together. Roll your hands. Find that space around you. This is you. This is your body. Oh, just let it unwind. All that pain in your lower back, middle back, melting away. Inhale and exhale. Out, moving them to the sides, opening space in your chest, your heart. What do you want to release today? Building that soft flow. Now let your hands explore your skin like it's the first time. Place both hands in your face, feeling your skin For the first time in years. Oh fuck, this is me. Just let it go. Yeah, let it go. Now what we're gonna do, each one of us, we're gonna step into the center. Now the loudest one, maybe. What I need is all I have. All I have is what I believe. That embrace me.
