DCAC Live is inviting 50 veterans to its August 24-26 conference in Austin, all expenses paid. Last year's 30 veterans all got job offers. The goal is to connect them with data center industry leaders who will be hiring for the next decade.
We have partnered with DCAC Live. It's the Data Center Anti-Conference. First, I wanna be very clear, this is not a career fair. DCAC is the most influential gathering of operators, developers, builders, infrastructure leaders in the industry, 11 years running. There's no pay-to-play speakers. Every partner's been hand-selected. It is the room to be in. This August in Austin, we're going to bring in 50 veterans into that room, all expenses paid— travel, hotel, conference access. The mission is simple: we're not handing you a job, but we're putting you inside the network that hires for the next decade of the industry, and we're giving you the platform to network your way into the right seat. Last year, 30 veterans came into this program. All 30 received offers. Again, all 30. That's not a hiring fair statistic at all. That's what happens when you put veterans in the right room with the right preparation.
