We're going to unpack all of it, and I'm gonna share some of the lessons with you. We're gonna talk about numerology. We're gonna get into these different seasons of business that as it relates to growth, building, maintenance, and kind of the different stages that I've found myself in over the past few years in business and what that means and kind of how I utilize them to continue to grow regardless of what season I'm in. So if you're down, stick around for this episode and let's dive in. Welcome to the Makeshift Happen podcast. This podcast is designed to help you expand your mind and uplevel your life. So turn the volume up and roll the windows down if you're coming along for the ride. Let's go make shit happen. I think we all say this every single year, but I actually can't believe we are coming to the end of yet another year and that we find ourselves in December once again. But 2025 truly was a whirlwind, and we're going to unpack a lot of what happened this year for me in business. Personally, I'm going to go over some of the numerology stuff and give you guys a really inside look on just what I've been spending my time on, and a full kind of like peek behind the curtain of what I've been building and doing and where my focus has been for 2025, just to show you some of that behind the scenes stuff. So the first thing, when I was kind of reflecting on this year as we're coming to the end, I was thinking about how a lot of times Well, life in general kind of functions for us in seasons, right? And if you guys have followed the podcast for a while, you know that every year I kind of like to claim my era for that year. I like to name it or have a word for the year. The past few years I've been calling them eras and kind of giving them names. So we've had like the Soft CEO era, the It Girl era this year, and that's just kind of a fun way for me to really embody the season that I feel like I'm stepping into. And so I was thinking about, you know, this past season 2025 and, and what that really looked like, especially as it relates to business and entrepreneurship and growth and all these things. And I realized that there's kind of been these pretty steady variations of 3 seasons that we almost cycle through in business and entrepreneurship. And so when I looked at that, I was like, well, you have your explosive growth seasons, you have your building seasons, and you have your maintenance seasons. And maybe there's more, like maybe I'll add to this. This was just like something that came to my mind super quickly and then I was like, hang on. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. And I was reflecting and I was like, okay, well my explosive growth year was in 2023. Like that was such a major year in my business. The momentum was absolutely insane. We had a million downloads on the podcast, a million dollars in revenue in the business. So many like milestones. I think that was the year. Yeah, my first over $100,000 month, $120K launch. I mean, just like really wild big things were happening for me that year, so I I would say 2023 was definitely an explosive growth year. And then following on from your explosive growth seasons, you have these kind of maintenance seasons where it's like, wow, I've really just like stretched and grown so much. So now I have to kind of like stabilize. And there's lots of momentum that's almost like carrying me on this wave, and I'm just riding the wave and I'm trusting what I've built and, you know, continuing to pour into that and just like doing what I know how to do. And so those are like your maintenance seasons. And that really was 2024 for me, which I also coined Soft CEO era because I've moved into that year really craving a lot more spaciousness, I guess you could say. If you listen to the podcast, you'll remember at the start— I think I didn't talk about it until the start of 2024, but I did a couple of episodes about some of the personal things that happened in my life at the end of 2023. You know, just the stealing that happened where we lost a bunch of money and how that affected both me and my partner mentally, emotionally, spiritually and some psychic attacks and, you know, like physical kind of symptoms and things that were happening for me. And yeah, just having felt like 2023, because it was such an explosive growth year and I was holding so much— I ran two big retreats at the very end of that year, back-to-back, November and December, and then we got stolen from in December as well. And so it was all just like this culmination of such a big year, but then a lot of heavy things and unholding a lot and a lot of intensity, like right at the end of the year. And so I felt like at the end of 2023, I really it into like home base that year, just being like kind of exhausted, low-key. And that was what inspired the soft CEO era, was not to step back or do less, but just to really get creative and try to figure out for myself, like, how am I going to create more spaciousness? Let's get creative. What could happen in my life and my business if I was willing to take Fridays off for the rest of the year? If I hired an extra team member so that I could delegate more, right? Like getting creative about the ways that I was launching things instead of doing live masterclasses in these big public pushes for everything that I sold, I challenged myself, what if I could do it a different way? What if there was a new method that worked just as well, if not better? And if it doesn't work as well, I also don't give a fuck because I just want space. I want peace. And so that was my maintenance year in 2024. And I did all of that and I talked about that at length. And, you know, I think the reason that my soft CEO era was successful was because I wasn't secretly hoping that it was going to be an explosive growth year. I think if you really want to create a sense of peace within your life or your business, and you're saying, oh, I'm willing to do less, I'm willing to accept less. But then underneath that you have this like secret desire, but ooh, maybe this will actually grow me more and maybe I'll make more money, then I don't think it's going to work. Like I was really going into 2024 like, I'm not trying to top myself this year. I'm not trying to make more money. I literally do not care. What I'm trying to do is build something super sustainable that I love, hone in my launch process, hire more, delegate more, take Fridays off, get creative with how I sell things. Like, that was truly my goal, and I was fully willing, ready, and expecting to make less money, and I ended up making more. And so again, it's kind of this conundrum a lot of times where you're like, well, if I don't want anything, then I get everything that I want. But can you actually allow yourself to truly not want it? And I think I needed all of the kind of like intensity of the explosive growth season of 2023 to build up and lead me to a place Yes, I actually genuinely did not care if I was going to make more money in 2024 or grow my following or be bigger or be more relevant or, or whatever it is. I actually did not care about achieving that in 2024, which is why I also had a really great year even though it was my soft CEO season. And that again, that didn't mean that I wasn't doing things like I was still launching, selling, running programs, masterminds, serving clients. I still ran my Top Tier Immersion. Yeah, like it was still an amazing year. What else did we do that year that was crazy? I mean, we like upgraded the podcast a bunch. I did some bucket list trips in 2024. I went to Egypt and did that whole pilgrimage, which was insane, right? And I still had mentorship. And so, you know, what I've kind of been learning as I reflect on these different seasons of business is that whether it's explosive growth or it's a maintenance season or it's a building season, which is the third one, which I've kind of been in in 2025, and we'll talk about that a lot in this episode of what that's actually looked like and what I've been building, what I've been focusing on, what I've been doing, and what all that means. But regardless of whether it's the explosive growth season, the building season, the maintenance season, whatever, I still, you know, have my foot on the gas in the sense that I love being in mentorship. I love learning. I love having a, a trusted mentor in my back pocket. I love going to events. I love upskilling. I love learning new strategies. And so regardless of, you know, where my head or my heart or my energy has been at in all of these various seasons of business, I've always wanted to have that support. And I think that's made the biggest difference in actually allowing me to, one, hold an explosive growth season like I did in 2023, to not crumble as I was moving into soft CEO season in 2024 and really like step into empowered, like, maintenance and momentum and optimization of everything that I already, already built. And then in 2025, even though I'm like working on a lot of stuff and building and it's a very kind of behind the scenes year in my business, still upskilling the strategy and having these mentors and people in my corner to help me as I'm focusing on redoing my entire product suite and reinventing what I want my business to look like and doing all this like nitty-gritty kind of building work where I'm just putting my head down and focusing not so much on like being the loudest or biggest or most relevant person forward-facing on social media, but really working on what am I doing for my clients? How is this going to be sustainable? Can I build the best programs that exist and still having mentorship through that whole process so that I can hold everything that I'm doing and that I'm getting expert advice all along the way? And so as I reflect, I just find it so interesting how I'll notice like a lot of people in my orbit, whether it's like friends, clients, peers, whoever, we're depending on what season they're in, in their business. Again, I'm calling them explosive growth, maintenance, and building seasons, but like call them whatever you want. But whatever of those seasons they're in, they often tend to like go all in and then like unplug all the way out. And you see people be really hot and cold like this, even just with things like posting and content or building new programs or, you know, having really great, effective, strategized launches. And so they're just really like on and off with these things. I've noticed with a lot of people, and maybe like consistency is just one of my superpowers. But when I think about like what has allowed the business to grow so much and continue to grow year over year and do better revenue every single year, regardless of what season I'm in, again, wherever my headspace is at, my energy is at, whether I'm like depleted and needing spaciousness like I was in 2024, or I'm like hungry and ready to build like I was in 2025, or I'm like skyrocketing to the moon and everything's going so well in 2023, regardless of where I've been in any of those seasons, I've not really unplugged from my own motivation. I've not unplugged from my own momentum. I've not unplugged from mentorship, from investing in myself, from upskilling. And I think that's the reason why, regardless of the season, I've been able to grow year over year over year over year. And that's just something that I've realized now in 2025. Of being like, wow, all of these years have served such different purposes and my focus has been so different in all of these years, but how and why have we been able to keep growing no matter what? And I think that's such a big, big piece of it. And so to get into some of the details about, you know, 2025 being like this building year for me, one thing that I'm really proud of as I talk about, you know, growth year over year is is the fact that we've— we're still doing better revenue-wise at this point in 2025 than we were in 2024, even though this year I completely cut an entire 6-figure revenue stream from the business, which is absolutely wild. So I haven't taken any one-on-one clients. That was a well over 6-figure revenue stream in my business for this entire year. I haven't done any of that. And so the fact that we're still doing better than we were last year after cutting a over six-figure revenue stream to me is just like, wow, wow, wow, wow. That I'm actually like really personally proud of that. I think that's really incredible. And the reason why I cut that revenue stream from my business is because I knew that this year was going to be a building year and I needed to create the space to be able to work on, on things and to actually be able to do the sort of like construction to my, my product suite in the behind the scenes of my business. And I wasn't going to be able to do that if I was trying to support these high-level clients in on a one-on-one level all throughout the year. And so I knew that that had to go and that was really scary. And also moving into 2026, I'm going to cut another 6-figure revenue stream from the business because I'm no longer doing my program that I've been doing for— Okay, so I have something I think you're really going to love and your business is going to love it even more. Do you want to steal the strategy I've been using to seduce premium buyers and sell out my offers on Instagram stories? Chances are you're already posting, you're already making sales. But if your Instagram stories aren't working as hard as you are, you're leaving money on the table. Sold Out Stories is going to teach you exactly how to change that so that you can sell out any offer at any price point. And even high-caliber coaches miss this because selling on stories isn't about how much you post or how frequently you show up face to camera. It's about psychological sequencing and the way you're posting right now might be giving the premium buyers in your audience the ick. Documenting your day and hoping it builds trust, posting look-at-me content and calling it authority, sharing client wins as soon as they drop in instead of strategically weaving them into a story selling sequence designed to drive demand and convert sales. We both know that you're not here to learn how to show up more. You're here because you know your content could be converting faster and more effectively. Sold Out Stories is going to give you 5 high-converting story selling frameworks built specifically for premium buyer psychology. Inside, you'll get over 6 hours of deep dive video trainings, real IG story breakdowns, and live walkthroughs that show you exactly how to elevate your slides from authority building all the way to offer flow in less than 10 slides. My clients have already been using these frameworks to pull 5-figure sales days while posting less. One client generated 14 premium leads from a single story sequence. Another sold out her event in under 6 hours with just 8 strategic story slides. No sales calls, no paid ads, just the right frameworks. You'll walk away knowing how to sequence for desire, transition into your seamlessly and sell daily without ever feeling salesy. You already know your offer's incredible, so now it's just time for your stories to sell it like it is. Grab Sold Out Stories today and turn 10 slides or less into your highest converting content. Let's make your next story your most profitable one yet. Click the link in the show notes below and I'll see you inside. 4, 5 years at this point, Abundant and Ambitious, and that is a multi-six-figure revenue stream in the business currently. It's actually probably the biggest revenue stream that we have in the entire business, and I'm cutting it. And you're only able to do those things when you really fully trust yourself and when you back yourself and when you know what the vision of your business is and when you are well supported, when you have your team, your mentors, and you're not scared because you know what the vision is and you've seen how you've been able to double down and grow no matter what season of business you're in and you trust your own evolution more than you fear losing out on revenue or money. And that's just a way that I always have led myself. And I think that's a, you know, another really big piece of it is like the self-leadership. Regardless of what of these seasons you're in, can you still lead yourself? Can you be the most powerful leader to you and say, nope, we gotta go for it. Let's cut it. Let's take it away. Let's get rid of it. Let's add this. Let's build this. All right, this is gonna be a building season. It's gonna be tough. You're going to redo all of this, you're going to cut these things out, you got to make these new programs, you're going to launch, sell, blah, blah, blah. Like, you've got to be able to guide yourself and have the people in your corner that are going to help you with the strategy and keeping you mentally fucking sane while you're doing all of this stuff. But that is how you grow. And so, you know, for me, the growth of this year and the past several years is in large part because, one, like I said, I work hard and I never fucking unplug from my mission. I never unplug from my own motivation. I am consistent. Number 2 is that I have upskilled in a ton of different ways, just in terms of understanding what strategically works to scale a business. And so because I have high-level knowledge of what that is going to take and require, I'm not scared to actually do those things and take those action steps, even if it involves cutting multi-six-figure revenue streams from the business. So 4 big things that really allowed me to grow this past year in 2025 were, one, as I've been kind of talking to you about, I honed my strategic customer journey. So I was really working on optimizing my product suite for upsells, cross-sells, and lifetime value of the client. Number 2, I was in a HighLevel mastermind with 7 to 9 figure earners and being in rooms where people are having bigger goals than you, bigger visions than you. They have the life that you're wanting to live, you're inspired by the mentor. Like that always just sets a higher bar for me. And this is what, um, Alex Hormozi calls deprivation. The more deprivation you have, the hungrier you are, right? And there's that quote about like hungry dogs run faster. So you can put yourself in rooms and spaces where you're like, damn, I better get going, is kind of the energy. You actually will get going faster and harder and you'll have better results because of that. So I think that was a big influence this year. Number 3 was I stayed plugged in with my private business mentor as I always do. This is a longtime mentor that I've worked with for well over 5 years, someone who knows my business inside and out, who knows me, my intentions, everything that I've launched, sold, built, all of my challenges, my best clients. Like, this person knows me and my business so well. And so in the same way that I wouldn't want to be switching between therapists every 3 to 6 to 12 months, I also don't like switching mentors that quickly. And so I have my, like, long-term people that I stick with. And yes, I'll dabble in other things, you know, here and there. But that was just a really important part to keep me stabilized during this building season was having my private mentor that I've always had. Number 4 was going to Acquisition.com headquarters twice this year. That was a huge part of like my strategic uplevel. If you guys watched the vlog that I did on YouTube about spending $40,000 for a day at Acquisition headquarters, that's kind of a fun one. I take you behind the scenes of that. Experience and what that was like going out to Vegas. So I went early in the year in January, I think, and then I went again in July and I will be going back again for a third time in the next couple of months. So I'll keep you guys updated on what that's all about. But yeah, I focused on learning from giants and when I went to Acquisition, I was one of the only women in a room full of bro marketers and I didn't really mind because it was worth it because I, I was like, I will be the girl to sit here in a room full of a bunch of sales bros and, you know, learn the, the boy strategies and the hardcore business shit because then I get to take it back to my girls. Like I get to take it back to my clients and the women in my industry who also love and want to hone in on their strategy. And they're not just here for like the mindset stuff and the, you know, woo woo things, which we also love. I always say my work is the intersection of where strategy meets spirituality. But what I've found is a lot of like the female mentors in this space are lacking that like hardcore strategy aspect. And that is something that I actually froth on. Like, I love learning it. I find it so interesting. And so I loved going out there. I loved being one of the only women in the room. I just felt like I was sharpening my sword in a way that other people won't. Also because it was ridiculously, you know, expensive for an investment, but it was an experience that I wanted to have and I'm glad that I did it. And like I said, I'm going back again, so it couldn't have been that bad, right? So worth it because I get to help my clients and also because it helps me, right? So every, every way that I get to invest in learning and upskilling for my business is also things that I then get to pass along to my clients and let them know what I'm learning and, and help us all grow and get better in that way. And I really this year wanted to double down on mastering, like I said, real strategy that has scaled businesses to like hundreds of millions of dollars, right? And you can only get that from like very few places just because it's a very rare thing. That was something that I really wanted to do. And so I set my mind to it and I did it. I really wanted to double down on that, like, real hardcore strategy from people who have built businesses to hundreds of millions, because I'm also just not the type of person that's really here for some of like the weird, like, circusy shit that is happening in the coaching industry, especially in like the business coaching sector of it, where people are really just selling you motivation and like like building a movement and like getting you high on this like storytelling and emotions and vibes. And you get all sold into it and you're like kind of frothing on it and loving it until you lift your head out of the sand and you kind of realize that you didn't really learn anything of much substance. And I have, again, so many friends and peers and people who have invested in those types of things and gone through those experiences. And to me, I'm just like, okay, I don't want to be that. I don't want to— I don't want that to be be how I run my business. I don't want that to be who I'm learning from, and I don't want to be that type of mentor. I want to make sure that I'm giving my clients actually something of real pure substance. I want the strategy there, I want the implementation, I want the action, and we can infuse it with the deeper work, with the mindset, with the spirituality, but that's not just where it stops. Like, I have a close friend and she was in this mentorship program for for a year and it was really high level. It was, you know, pretty expensive. And it was with someone who's, you know, considered the top of the business coaching industry. And I was asking her, cuz we talk about business stuff all the time. We're both entrepreneurs, we're both coaches. Like, okay, so tell me how it was. Like, what's your review? Once she came to the end, I'm like, how did you love it? Are you gonna do it again? You know, there were things about it that she definitely liked and enjoyed and benefited from. But when I was asking her more questions, like, okay, so what, what was the best kind of strategy that she helped you with? With? And she was like, there wasn't really any strategy. And I was like, what do you mean there wasn't any strategy? She's like, well, we just don't really like learn strategy in there. And I'm like, oh, okay. So like, what do you learn? And she's like, well, it's just kind of like the feminine side of it, of, you know, like being the person that can hold it. And, and I'm like, okay, so you mean to tell me that this person who has a literal 9-figure business like, you know, that this person has— of course there's a strategy behind the 9-figure business, more so than just being the person who can hold it, right? So I know that she has the strategy. Why is she not giving it to her clients, especially the ones who are paying her a ton of money? Maybe that's just not something she's interested in teaching. And that would be fine if you weren't marketing yourself as if that was what you offered and then only giving storytelling and hype and vibe. Behind the scenes. And so that has been another like big thing that's just, I think, been opening my eyes and kind of like crumbling for me this year is seeing a lot of the falsities and the big shiny, you know, performative kind of things in this space and realizing it is tough because you want to believe that everybody has the same level of integrity that you do. And you want to trust people and you want to believe in the sustainability of your own industry that you're participating in and the way that it's benefiting people. And 100%, like, I love what we do. There's just some people that don't do it with the same amount of integrity. And I think that's a hard lesson that we learn in business is you always go into— like, it's a hard lesson to learn in relationships and whatever. You always walk through life assuming like, oh, well, they wouldn't do that. And when you think about why do you think that that person wouldn't do something like that, if it's like a bad thing or a negative thing, and you're like, well, because I would never do that. But how many of you have realized in your life at some point that the things in your head where you're like, I would never treat someone like that, I would never say that, I would never do that, I would never, you know, pretend to sell this and then deliver that. You think I would never do that. And so you assume that other people also would never do that. That. And so I think like for myself in the past couple of years, I've just been really maturing and getting over like this naivety that I had going into this industry of really believing that everything was like so pure and integrous, just the way that I would do things. I would just be so fucking embarrassed that I just could never. And so my commitment to deep integrity has actually slowed down my growth in a lot of ways, and it has been one of the challenges for myself is watching what other people are doing and seeing what's working, but choosing to not participate in that show and in that performance and choosing to trust myself and trust my path and trust who I am and trust, you know, the kind of work that I want to do and what I want to create and knowing that that will, will be enough and that will serve me in the long run and not needing to do what everyone else is doing to try to keep up with the Joneses or be like, oh, well, this is working, so I should do to do it in that way, but to really stay on my own path and kind of like pave my own way. I just can't, I can't be a follower of something that I don't 100% like align with and can back. And also I could never, there's things that, that people do to make a lot of money in this space that I just could never get behind and I could never do and I'm not interested in. And so I won't be doing those things. And while I understand that because everything moves on trends, right? And if I'm not doing the thing that's trending that everyone else is doing, that's working, that could bit or slow down some of the growth, I've had to accept that I would rather be who I am and I would rather be authentic to myself and I would rather grow in my own way than try to conform and do what other people are doing, even though I don't agree with it, just to get that kind of like massive spike in visibility or in overnight success. You know what that looks like on the outside? Like I've never really been an overnight success kind of person. Person. Nothing has ever like suddenly popped off for me. Everything has been like work hard, you know, do it consistently, do it for years over and over and over and over and over again. Like even the podcast, the podcast, we've never missed an episode. We've been doing this for over 5 years, every single week. Like there's a lot of things in my life and in my business where it's just like because I do it consistently and I work hard, it works. But it's not like this massive, like, whoa, like quantum leap out of nowhere type energy. Of course, I've had things where I felt like, wow, that was like a quantum leap for me, especially like what I was talking to you guys about with the explosive growth in 2023. But at the same time, like, the explosive growth comes from the building seasons. It comes off the back of a lot of work that you already put in. So even in the moment, if it feels like, wow, that was like a real big uptick in my results or my following or my revenue or my clients or whatever, it's like, yeah, but that was all from the months and weeks and years of actually doing the work. And so I had a mentor tell me once, she was like, consistent, steady growth is way more sustainable than those crazy, like, quantum leaps. And she was like, don't get frustrated, Sam, that you're not like, you know, 20, 50x-ing your revenue or whatever, like the crazy claims are that sometimes you see being thrown around. And that can be absolutely real when people are doing those things. Your journey is not that, and that's also okay. Like, you keep growing at a really reasonable, steady pace because you value integrity and you aren't willing to sell out for a giant cash injection. And this was a couple years ago, and I was like, okay, yes, that's so true. And I know that that's my journey, and I would rather have this kind of sustainable growth than be super destabilized by going from making making $10,000 a month to suddenly making, you know, $500,000 a month, like, or having 20,000 followers to then going to having 2 million followers. Like, when people have those really big jumps, it's super destabilizing because your system within your body, like your nervous system and also the system of your business and operations and how you run things, is not really prepared for that. And so something that's helped me me over the years, again, continue to grow year over year regardless of what season I'm in or what I'm focusing on or what I want my priorities to be, is that sustainability is sexy and building something of substance that can last is really, really important. Like I will sell a program for 10 rounds. I'll sell something for 4 years, 5 years in a row, over and over and over again because of how good it is, because of the results that it gets my clients. Like instead of trying to make the new random shiny thing every single month just to have more and more and more random shit to sell, I'm more the type of person who like pours into something and really tries to make it the best that it can be. And that's why it takes me so long to develop and release new offers because one, I'm a perfectionist and two, I want to build things that actually help people on a deep level that are really comprehensive, that go in, can cover a subject really thoroughly and can be a blueprint that someone can follow, not just for this month or a trend that's happening right now, but for this year and next year and the year after that. And so that is my kind of process. And that's also why this year in 2025, I knew that it was going to be an energetically taxing year for me because it was going to be a building year. And like I said, building things for me takes a lot of time. It takes a lot of intention, very detail-oriented. And so I'm not like a fast creator. And so in addition to having all this mentorship, upskilling, going to acquisition, doing all these things, I was also building a lot at the same time. And that took up a ton of my energy. Like programs I built this year, I built Your Year of More, I built Sold Out Stories, I built Million Dollar Messaging, I built The Room, I upgraded the entire top-tier immersion experience. I mean, I, when I say this was a building year, I was I was building. Call me Bob the Builder. I was fucking over here. We'll announce the next winner at the end of the month and slide into your DMs if it's you, so keep an eye out and good luck. Love you guys, and thanks for supporting Makeshift Happen. Fixing shit up, doing the most, like, and I'm really, really proud of that. And especially proud of the fact that because of all these things that I've been talking to you about, even though I was busy pouring in and building these programs and courses and mentorship spaces, I was still able, and cutting a 6-figure revenue stream, I was still able to grow and do really well. This year. So the point of me telling you all this is like, whatever season of business you're in this year, it doesn't matter. Just remember that what does matter is who you surround yourself with and the energy that you are exposing yourself to. My advice is to always choose integrity and sustainability over anything that feels like it's a get-rich-quick thing or some sort of like quantum deep thing and surround yourself with the types of people that are going to expand you, that are going to put you into a little bit of that like deprivation of like, oh, I should work a little bit harder, I should— I better get to work, I want this more now because I'm surrounded by these people that are, you know, doing more than me. And you're like, damn, like I better step it up. Like that is so motivating. The rooms and the circles that you are in will have the biggest impact on your success in 2026. So that is my biggest takeaway as I reflect the last couple of seasons of life and business and what it's meant for me and the reason why I think I've been able to grow sustainably year over year, regardless of where my energy or priorities have been in those different seasons. So because we're coming to the end of the year and it's also my birthday week, I'm in major reflection mode, as you can tell based on this episode. But I thought I would give you the full peek behind the curtain of what I was really up to this year, just reflecting on my 31st year of life and business and what was going on. This was kind of fun to sit down and realize all of the shit that was actually happening on the scenes and behind the scenes. So let's start, of course, in January of 2025. In January, I decided that it was going to be my It Girl era. As you guys will have saw, I launched Your Year of More, which is the probably the class with the most amount of like humor fire and personality that I've ever put out there. And it's all about how to make this the year that you scale. So if you've never taken the Your Year of More class, you should definitely go and grab that. This is an amazing time of year to get your hands on that. It's such a good one and it's super, super cheap. We'll leave the link for it below in the show notes if you want it. And then I also did my first trip to Vegas in January to acquisition.com, and that was to go out there for a scaling workshop. In February, I took a trip to Costa Rica with Jaime and I got engaged. So that was a really big month and kind of changed some of the priorities and trajectory of the rest of the year. Because then in March and April, I really had to start planning my full-on wedding because once we booked the venue, we were like, oh my gosh, everything is filling up. We gotta get all of our vendors and all the things sorted. And so I just went into like massive, like wedding planning in the spring, which I was not expecting. And that took up a lot of time in my calendar. But as we moved into March, I had a massive launch for ANA. And I also got my dream car. I got my Porsche in March, which was so exciting. April, I celebrated $2 million in revenue. I booked all the major wedding vendors. So we were basically set up with most like big things for the wedding by that point. I was building Sold Out Stories behind the scenes feverishly because I really wanted to launch that in February, but I got engaged and then, you know, like I said, priorities changed. And so that timeline completely shifted. And also building Sold Out Stories took so much longer than I expected. I was like, this is going to be so easy. It's like a couple of videos. I'm going to teach them exactly how to do this, that, and the other thing with their Instagram stories. And oh my God, like I said, you guys, I'm so detail-oriented. I'm obsessed with being thorough. I cannot do something short. I cannot do something that's just like a trend and is going to go out of style. So I went balls to the walls on Sold Out Stories, and that's why it took me months, fucking months to build it. But also because I was wedding planning the entire time behind the scenes while I was doing that. Also in April, I went to a business conference and I went to one single wedding dress try-on fitting thing, and I found my dress and I said yes to the dress. So I got my wedding dress. Then in May, I started off the month by doing the podcast tour in Austin, which was so fun. You guys loved those episodes this year of filming in person with some really incredible guests while I was out in Austin. And that was like actually a lot of work and a lot of like planning and preparation. And it was, you know, kind of like a really big production. And I'm tired just thinking about doing that. So that was actually a really big deal. Then also in May, we, I don't know if you guys remember this, but we had a huge leak in our guest bathroom in our house coming from one of the units above us. And so they had to rip the wall of the bathroom open. Just 4 days before we were meant to leave for Peru. I'm like worried about mold, there's like water everywhere, like they're completely destroying my bathroom, ripping the wall open. And then we left for our trip to Peru, and this was like a bucket list trip that Jaime and I wanted to do. Well, it was mainly his dream, he always wanted to go to Peru. So we did Machu Picchu, like all the things, and that was a really like energetically intensive trip as well, because if you've done the Peru trip, you know it's a lot of like moving around and it's a lot of like hiking and like outdoorsy things and just like trains and cars and so much travel. And everything is so fucking far apart. We spent like, I think, 16 hours or 18 hours or something on a bus. Like, oh my God. So it was a bucket list trip. Glad we did it. But it was also a lot of work. And at the same time, while I was in Peru, I was also starting the first week of a content creator course that I had joined. And was committed to posting every single day. There was 10 calls a week in this course for like 4 weeks, and it was fucking insane. I don't know why I agreed to do it, but all my friends were doing it. We're like, yeah, let's pop off with content creation. So I added that to my stack of things that I had in terms of like mentorship and investing in myself this year. And that was a wild journey for the next 4 weeks. So then we get into June, I launched and sold Sold Out Stories, finally released it to you guys. Hundreds of people bought it. So many of you have gotten like such amazing results from that simple low-ticket offer. If you haven't taken Sold Out Stories by now, you guys, you should get it. It is so, so good. You're going to love it, I promise. Also in June, I started lifting weights consistently again, so I asked my friend Annelie if she wanted to work out with me and get fit. So we went on a little fitness journey together. Over the last like 6 months, we've been lifting weights consistently multiple times a week at the gym, never missed. Like, we've been on it and that's been so, so good. And I'm really proud of myself for that. In June, we also took a trip to Chicago for one of my friend's weddings and had some fun out there. And then in July, I was building, launching, and selling Million Dollar Messaging. I ran that live for 3 weeks initially. I created all the trainings, built all of the slides, slides, did all of the stuff for it, ran it. And then after that, kind of behind the scenes, we were like, all right, let's make this its own course, its own program. And then we had to build out the branding for it and the landing page and all the other things, like way later. I didn't do that until November, but I initially built, launched, and sold Million Dollar Messaging for the first time as its own offer in July, which was another huge feat because like I me building things takes a long time. It feels really mentally taxing. Doing the slides for my trainings is one of the worst things that I could ever imagine doing. I really hate doing it, but they always turn out so, so good. But it's like the thing that I always procrastinate the most. So that was a big project in July. We also celebrated 5 years of the podcast in July, which is insane. If you've been here for all 5 years, please leave a comment below this episode. I fucking love you. What the heck? We also took a trip to Colombia in July, so just another casual trip to South America. This is when Storm started getting sick. If you guys followed that saga for a couple months in the summertime, he had to get an ultrasound. A lot of stuff was happening with that. I booked the villa for our kind of like rehearsal dinner party before the wedding in July, which was a super exciting thing that month. And then I also, for the last 2 days of the month, went out to Vegas for my second trip to acquisition.com headquarters, which is when I vlogged the whole experience. And that's on my YouTube if you want to check it out. In August, I hosted a massive Lionsgate portal workshop. If you came to that workshop, hey, hi, let me know how you're going with your manifestations and everything that you were setting intentions for back in August. There was like around 1,000 people that signed up for that, which was so, so fun. And then we had this huge Get Rich sale off the back of it, and that was another unexpected did 6-figure month in the business this year. I also hired a functional health practitioner, and I started my kind of like get healthy before the wedding and babies protocol. So that's something I've been doing and working on optimizing a ton this year, is having my own personal health coach working on a lot of things from hormones to stress to sleep to my fitness routine, like all the things, just really trying to optimize. In August, I also shot the campaign for The Room, which which was so exciting. I flew out my friend Alyssa, who you guys might know. She's Inspired Media Co on Instagram and TikTok. Flew her out from LA. We shot the full campaign for the room, which was like 3 different scenes and sets and just like a lot of video and photo content. And it was a whole, it was a whole event. There's also a behind the scenes vlog of that whole shoot on my YouTube if you wanna watch that. Super fun to kind of see the process of that and the building of it. And also in August was when Jaime was gone in 2 weeks. Week, for 2 weeks in Spain because he was having an operation. So I was left to be a single mom at home taking care of my sick dog, shooting the campaign for The Room. I got that horrible migraine that I told you guys about. Storm was sick again. I had to do a cancer test. I mean, that month in and of itself, even just looking at it, I'm like, wow, holy shit, everything that I was holding in August, patting myself on the back, you go girl. Then we get to September. I mailed my wedding invites, which was so exciting. I went to a David Guillaume event in Miami, which was really, really fun., and, uh, we posted an episode on the podcast with some of my main kind of like lessons and takeaways from that event that I had originally sent to my clients in Top Tier. And then we kind of put it on the podcast because they loved it so much. So if you listen to that episode, that was inspired by the David Geim event in Miami. And then I started selling my Art of Black Friday sales training because, you know, as we get to the end of the year, that's when that training comes alive. And that is another epic training that helps helped my clients make tens of thousands of dollars in quarter 4. Not joking, not exaggerating, just so incredible. Then we go into October and I had my trip to Mallorca where we did a lot of like the wedding planning stuff. I have a vlog coming for you guys. I filmed a bunch of the stuff. I, we just have to put it together. It's coming soon. Okay. So stay tuned on my YouTube. There will be a whole behind the scenes of the Mallorca trip, all of the food tastings, the the wedding cake, the wedding cake tasting. I'm laughing because of the drama. If you know, you know. Also, what else do we do? Oh, we did the whole tour of the venue and meeting our wedding planner and, and all of that. So I filmed all that and that will be coming in a vlog very soon. I started reformer Pilates in October, which I've done Pilates since I was young, but only like mat Pilates. So I was excited to try out reformer Pilates, and I've been doing that since October. I also launched the last ever round of Abundant and Ambitious. Like I said, I'm cutting that entire revenue stream from the business in 2026. So we sold it for the very last time in October. And let me tell you, there are over 40 people right now inside of Abundant and Ambitious, and this is one of the most like alive and buzzing cohorts we've ever had. The wins are already insane. We're only like a month or so in, and I'm just so, so grateful and so glad that I decided to do it for one last time. And just get to see these women like skyrocket and grow and thrive and challenge themselves and learn a lot. Like being in that stage of business where you're like starting out and trying to break through that, that threshold is one of the hardest phases of business, I think, to be in. And so to get to support women through that process with something like ANA is like something that I've loved doing for the last 4 or 5 years. And yeah, I'm just really happy that we decided to do it for one last time because this this group of women is so— they are so alive and on fire. And I just see them like in our thread, they're just popping off all the time, like always talking, always chatting, supporting each other. Like it's, it's wild. And that actually was a big reminder for me this year of like, wow, this is the community that I've built. These are the types of women and clients that I attract. And I'm so, so grateful for it. So what else did I do in October? Oh, I got Botox for the first time ever. I actually hated it at the beginning. It was like way too— I was like, oh my God, I can't even like, I look weird. I look so weird. But now I think I'm like, I'm settling into it. I don't know if I'll ever do it around my eyes again because I just feel like when you smile and you don't get like eye creases, you look really weird. I know some people love that because they hate the eye creases, but I kind of like the eye creases. Like, if I do a really big smile, like a really big one, and I don't have the eye creases, I feel like it makes me look like a 4-year-old. You know how they smile when you're like, smile, and they like go straight across? Like, I feel like that's kind of how you look with Botox when you don't get like the eye creases. Because like, it's weird. Like the top of your face is not moving, but then you're smiling. It's just bizarre. If you're not watching this on YouTube, you can't see what I'm doing. But if you are watching on YouTube, you know I'm doing my smile right now. It's okay. I don't know. Let me know if you guys are in your 30s and you have started getting Botox. Let me know what your thoughts are on it. If you love it, if you hate it, if you like the way you look with it, what— at what point in your like Botox, like 2-week, 4-week, 6-week, 2-month, like what is the point where you love it the most? I need to know because I need to know if I'm going to do this again before my wedding or if I'm just going to say fuck it and not get it again. This was my like trial. So then we have November. Just last month we did the top tier immersion, which I completely upgraded this year. You guys would have seen it if you watched watched the vlog. Wow. I've been vlogging this year. That's something that I forgot to mention, but I have been mentioning every single vlog that I've done, or at least a lot of them. So yeah, we vlogged like the behind the scenes of the Top Tier Immersion. So you guys would have seen if you watched it on YouTube, we did a huge mansion, we did a 76-foot yacht. I had this incredible panel of 7-figure business owners come in and do a 7-Figure Women Tell All panel. Like we upgraded edited so much of that experience. It was so, so fun and also so much work. So another thing that I'm getting tired just thinking about is that because it was so much work. I had, uh, my assistant Lori and my friend Susie who does the breathwork fly in from London. They were staying at my house with me. We were prepping everything. You can see a, a bunch of it in the behind the scenes of the vlog, but it was a lot of work. It was a lot of work, but it was so worth it and it was so much fun. It was definitely hands down the best one yet. And then of course, November is our Black Friday month. So I was helping my top tier clients make $30K, $50K, $85K all in just one week with Black Friday. They were ringing the alarm every single day in the chat with their sales and people jumping in. And it was just so exciting to be part of that together and to share the strategies with them and also be in real time working on it and also doing my own Black Friday sales at the same time, which was so fun seeing you guys jumping into my world for 2026. Like mentorship spots are already almost sold out for 2026. If you have been wanting to work with me, definitely reach out cuz there's limited spots left as we move into the new year, especially in spaces like top tier. So yeah, what else happened in November? Oh, I just took a trip to Aruba with my family and I vlogged some of that. So because I'm a vlogger now, that will also be on YouTube at some point in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned. And then while I was in Aruba, my laptop laptop completely broke, died, just like wouldn't stay turned on for more than 2 minutes during Black Friday week, mind you, while I'm in another country. We love it, we love it, we love the chaos. So as soon as I got home, I had to run to the Apple Store, and instead of getting just one new laptop, I decided why not, let's get 2 computers. So I got myself a brand new beautiful iMac desktop computer, I got myself a new MacBook Pro laptop, up. And yeah, we just like kind of went all out. So like, happy birthday to me, you know, like, why not? And yeah, now it's December, so I'm turning 32. My parents are coming to Florida for a beach Christmas this year, so I, thank goodness, will not be traveling for once this year for Christmas. Normally we're in Spain at some point in this time of the year, but we're not because we were just there in October, and we'll be there a lot next year for the wedding and all that stuff. But another exciting thing is we are about to hit 2 million downloads on the podcast very, very soon. Holy shit. So if you are listening to this, if you're still here, please share the show, whatever episode you've loved this year. Like, take a scroll back through, share the show to your Instagram stories, send it to friends or whatever. Keep listening. Like, listen every week, go back and binge a few episodes like over the holiday season, whatever you can do to help us. I'm really, really excited to hit the 2 million download mark for the podcast. So thank you. You so, so much for continuing to listen. That's gonna be a really fun milestone to celebrate. I think it'll probably happen in early 2026 unless you guys blow it outta the park and we do it before the end of the year. You never know. But yeah, I, I can't believe that I'm getting married in 6 months. That feels absolutely wild to me. This month I'm really just focusing on my health and fitness and, you know, continuing to work on all of that as we go into like wedding season next year. And then also this month is going to be— of course, it's my birthday. So celebrating end of year, you know, reflecting on everything of this past year, everything that I'm proud of, the accomplishments, the challenges, which is in large part why I'm doing this episode. And I recommend that you go through yourself and do some reflections. But I'm also going to be thinking about my business plans for 2026 and having a meeting with my team to really sit down and map out all 12 months of the next year so that I know exactly what I'm launching, selling, doing, and focusing on for every single month of the year in 2026. This is something that I do every single year. I talk about it inside the Your Year of More class and the process that I kind of do at the end of the year or start of the year to like really get set up for the year of— year ahead and how I map out my launches, my sales, and just my calendar for the year. So I'll of course be doing that this month with my team, and it'll be an interesting one to plan because I'm planning to take time off for my wedding next year and I I, I want to ideally take like 3 to 4 weeks completely off, but also I'm going to be launching a few new things in the new year. So the building season is not quite over yet. We have even more to do, and it's just been such a wild year. If you didn't know, 2025 was a Universal Year 9, which means that it was a year of letting go, of tying up loose ends, There was a lot of like finality in the year. Um, it was a year about trusting your intuition, trusting yourself, aligning with your next evolution that is about to begin in 2026. And year 9 energy is kind of like a detox. So if things are fake, they're gonna fall away. If it's misaligned, you are going to feel it and know about it. If something is meant to be over, you really have to let it be over in a year 9. It's like a spiritual deep clean, and you really have to trust the process of it. So that was 2025. It was a year 9. It was also the year of the snake. And those two things really go hand in hand because it's a lot of shedding, right? It's a lot of ending. And there's some lessons in that of like, what is not meant for you will dissolve. The old version of you, it's time to let it go. And you really can't fight the changes that are being asked asked to come about or being almost forced upon your life in a year 9, you have to flow with it or else it's going to feel even harder than it needs to. It's going to feel like whiplash. So a year 9 is not a year to like hold on with a death grip. It's really a year to release and let go. And so if you feel like you haven't fully arrived to that place yet, you have one month left and it's a really, really great time to finally lean into that energy of the year 9 of 2025, of the year of the snake, of being the year of shedding, the year of endings, a year of like wisdom, of seeing what is for you and what is not, and planting the seeds for the new evolution of a whole new version of you and a whole new season, 9-year cycle that is going to start as we go into 2026. Because 2026 will be a year 1, which is where we start over. Over, right? It's a fresh cycle. So 2026 is gonna be a fresh start. It's a Universal Year 1, which means new beginnings, bold decisions, unlimited potential. This is really a time as we go into 2026 to step into that next version of yourself, right? We've been planting the seeds to enter a whole new season, a whole new 9-year cycle. And so in that process, you've got trust your instincts. You've gotta take bold action and really embrace leadership. That is what is happening for us in a year 1, which we are about to move into in 2026. So in addition to like the universal years, you also have your personal years if you guys are familiar with numerology. So the universal year is just like if you take the numbers of the year, like 2025, 2 0 2 5, it equals 9. 9, right? And so that's why it's a universal year 9. 2026, okay, it adds up to 1, so that's why it's a year 1. Well, it's technically 10, but like then you reduce it, so 1 0 is 1, so it's a year 1. So that's an easy way to think of like the universal year. It's just like the literal digits, individual digits of the year added up and then reduced to a single digit. But if you want to calculate your personal year, because I find this super interesting, the way that you do this is you're gonna need your month and day of your birth, and then whatever year we are trying to figure it out for, whether it's 2025, cuz you're like, I don't know what this year was for me and I would love to reflect on it and look back. You would do 2025. And then if you wanna look forward to 2026, you would insert 2026 at that point. So you take your birth month, let's say it's October, so that would be 10. 1 plus 0 is just 1. Then you take the day that you were born. If you were born on the 26th, you would take 2 plus 6 and that equals 8. And then you have the year. If you're doing it for 2025, let's say that would have been a 9. So now we have 1 plus 8 plus 9. That gives us 18. And then you always just reduce it to a single digit. So 18, you're just going to add the 1 to the 8 and that equals 9. So in that example, you would be in a personal year 9. So 2025 for me was a personal year 5, which is a year of change and new experiences that kind of test your relationship to freedom. Some of the themes are change, sensuality, new experiences, relationship to freedom, and it can be kind of like a wild card year in numerology. And so the 5 represents the number of the free spirit and the nomad and the traveler. So the 5 rides a constant wave of change, and the one thing you can count on during a year 5 is to expect the unexpected. So I am not surprised by all the travel that happened this past year for me. I'm not surprised by a lot of the changes in my business and structure and product suite and client journey and all the things that I've been working on. It really kind of fits with the year 5 sort of themes. And then looking ahead to 2026, it is going to be a year 6 for me because it just follows in order then. So if last year was a year 5, next year is going to be a year 6 for me personally. So when I looked at this, I was like, wow, couldn't be more spot on. A personal— I'm gonna read this for you. What a per— what a 6 personal year means. It is a home, family, love, marriage, and responsibility year. Themes often include strengthening or deepening relationships, engagements, weddings, or major commitments, building or beautifying your home, healing family dynamics, becoming a caretaker in some way, prioritizing emotional security, and creating stability before a big expansion year coming in 2027. So the year 6 is actually often called like the marriage or divorce year. So a lot of people will end up getting married or divorced in their personal year 6. So I find it just fascinating that I am actually getting married in my year 6. Of course, why would that not be falling into place and into alignment? Alignment. Some of the themes of a Year 6 are love, relationships, healing, responsibility, home and family. And it says, after your freewheeling Personal Year 5, you will hopefully have gained a fresh perspective on the direction in which you wish to take your life by understanding your own relationship with freedom. The Personal Year 6 now offers you the opposite end of the spectrum— responsibilities. When you enter your Year 6, you may think you know what those responsibilities are, but they will most certainly shift and reveal themselves to you throughout the year. This is your most magnetic year, and luck is on your side, both in your career and personal life. The 6 is the nurturer, and it seeks to build a stable home alongside a successful career path. So while this year will be filled with surprising and exciting career opportunities, it will also be a time to put roots down. This is a time to define what home means to you. This could mean literally where you wish to live, or it could be figurative. Where do you feel most at home in this world? This can be in the arms of another person, surrounded by family, or perhaps this speaks to a specific place which makes you feel safe. So yeah, I'm excited to see what happens next year in my 32nd year of life, in my personal year 6, in this universal year 1, which is a fresh start that we're moving into. I really feel super aligned with the fact that it's just gonna be a whole new cycle, a new chapter of life, especially as I get married. And I don't know, like, will I maybe get pregnant in 2026? That's what the psychic told me last year. And I do feel the itch, but I don't know. I might have one more last year to like figure things out and put the roots down and build even more in the business. But I'm not totally sure. I mean, whatever is going to happen is going to happen, but I definitely feel like the numerology is fully aligning with where I've been and also where I'm going. So I just thought I'd throw, throw that in here to the end of this episode for you guys. If you're interested in it and you want to check out your own, I always like to go to Caitlin Kerhart's page on Instagram. I can link it in the show notes below for you guys because she does really good summaries of the personal years every single year when we get to like the end of the year or the start of the year when everyone's kind of looking at this stuff. Stuff. So if she hasn't posted them yet for this year, you can just scroll down her feed and find them from last year, and there will be information about every single, you know, year from like 1 to 9, and plus, you know, the other special numbers like 11 and 22 and etc. And it's kind of like a fun thing to reflect on when you're getting to the end of the year as you're doing other things like your vision board parties or whatever else you're doing. So thank you guys so much for tuning in and just such a core part of my community and my life and my business. Every year when I turn a year older, I feel so grateful for the people in my life that continue to support me and allow me to be on this journey and share in it with me. And those of you that listen to the show every week are certainly a huge, huge part of that, and I could never thank you enough. So thank you so much for being here. If you would like to give me the best birthday gift you could ever give me, it would be to leave a 5-star rating and review of the show. As always, we do our giveaway every month, so one of you is gonna win cash. But if you just wanna do it from the goodness of your heart, if you wanna give me a little birthday gift, leave a little rating and review of the show. And like I said, share it, listen, binge a couple episodes. We're trying to hit those 2 million. And thank you guys so much for being here. I love you, and we'll talk to you next week. Bye. If you loved this episode, make sure to check out the show notes where I've linked a few similar episodes I know you're also going to love. You'll find them under the similar episodes section in the description down below with direct links so you can dive in and start listening right away or add them to your queue for later. Binge away for even more growth, expansion, abundance, and fire motivation.
