I'm your host, Samantha Daly, entrepreneur, life coach, and your no BS bestie, here to bring you all things mindset, manifestation, and personal development. This podcast is designed to help you expand your mind and uplevel your life. So turn the volume up and roll the windows down if you're coming along for the ride.
Let's go make shit happen. So why are you here, right? You're here, I'm guessing, because you're excited to share your story or your mission and help others heal, grow, and evolve, right? In some way, shape, or form. But Building a business on your own is freaking hard. It is, right? So who can relate to that? Drop something in the chat. Drop me a hell yeah, or just raise your hand. Building a business on your own is freaking hard. Okay, so that's why we're here. Maybe you've read some of these books, The 4-Hour Workweek, Atomic Habits, Big Magic, Think and Grow Rich, You Are a Badass. Maybe you've tried building a course or a program on your own, or you just had the idea to do that, and then you're like, I don't even know how the fuck to do that. Or maybe you've been in this cycle of working really late or working on weekends, trying to build your business, consuming all the money mindset things, all the podcasts, the books, all the things. You're like, I need to get my money mindset right, clearly, because I'm not generating income in my business yet. Spending hours on social media, trying to grow, tracking trends, all that stuff, or just getting lost in reels. Because once social media becomes part of your life as a person who wants to grow a business, Um, it can be really hard to draw that line between consuming and creating. So maybe you've tried all of these things, right? And you want to build an empire, right? I think we can all relate to that. Like, that's the goal, right? Woo! Want to build an empire, but you're overwhelmed with the logistics of it all because it is, it can be tricky and it's complicated. And what, in the beginning when you're creating your business, you have to wear all of the hats, right? All of the roles that are required, the marketing, the promoting, the actual providing of the service, the admin. Like you are the person for everything. You have a million roles, right? So it can be tricky with the logistics of it all. You want to sell confidently, but maybe you feel like you're being annoying or you're being salesy or something or other like that when you are promoting yourself. You probably want financial freedom of some sort, right? Let's drop in the chat if financial freedom of some sort, whatever that means to you, because we're all gonna have a different definition of that. If that's something that you're seeking, hoping for in this journey, go ahead and drop that in the chat. Financial freedom, you can drop like an FF. That'll be our code word for financial freedom. Amazing. Yeah, but your bank account maybe isn't changing so much yet. I can relate. Okay, so I want to remind you that there's an easier way. Okay, all this stuff can feel tricky and can feel complicated. It can feel overwhelming, but there is an easier way. Okay? It doesn't have to be so hard. Doesn't have to be so hard. If you feel overwhelmed, if it feels complicated, if it feels challenging, if it feels confusing, if it feels impossible, if it feels really far away, I want today, this session, this class, any of the conversations that we have together on Instagram to just be the reminder to you, like, it doesn't have to be so hard. Sometimes we make it harder on ourselves than we need it to be. So let's just take a quick second to see to believe, right? If you follow me, you know that I love manifestation and I'm a huge proponent of it. So I think it's important to offer, like, some examples of how— how can we see to believe this, right? These are expanders. When you find an expander in the world, it's someone who has something that you're desiring. They've created a result that you would like to achieve. And once you can see it you believe it more deeply, right? This is a way to kind of hack manifestation because oftentimes we're thinking, oh, I just need to believe in the vision, believe, believe, believe, and then I will see it to be true in my reality, which is a way to go about things. But sometimes it can be helpful and more powerful if we can see it in reality first, because the retina is actually the first point of access into the subconscious mind. So when you see something, that's why we love proof, we love evidence, we love to actually see things, because when you see something, it allows you to believe it much more firmly. So So let's go ahead and just see to believe for a second. This is my client Maggie, and she says, "I launched my spiritual coaching offers and signed someone to my highest price package. I was terrified of giving up the money from my part-time job, and instead, I'm given more by doing something that fills me up. I just wanna cry happy tears. I can't believe this is my life." My other client, Madison, who's a total rockstar, says that she felt so much more in control of her business after working with Sam. "We worked on money mindset, fear of failure and success." A lot of us can probably relate to that. "After each call, I felt so alive and capable. It was truly amazing. She helped me work through my own bullshit and become a stronger, more impactful, more confident version of myself." Okay? So creating confidence in your business, creating results, signing clients to high-priced packages, all of that is possible. That's the goal that I just want you to be aware of. I want you to see to believe that. This is a quote from Jim Rohn that I really love, and it says, "If you're not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary," which is just a reminder that in order to achieve any of these results that we're going to talk about today, you have to be willing to risk something. If you're not willing to risk something, unfortunately, you're going to have to settle, right? That's what this quote tells us. You're going to have to settle. And so if you're not ready to risk, that's something that you have to just think about and you, and maybe that's where you're at and that's okay, but you have to at least have the self-awareness to know where you're at and how you may be blocking yourself in some ways. Yeah. Okay. So I want to start off by giving you guys 3 little mindset shifts for growing your business. So on the left we have these beliefs that I see a lot. With early entrepreneurs and online business owners. And then on the right we have this transition that we're going to make to shift these mindsets. So the first one is I need to learn or study more or get more certifications. This is the one that makes me cringe the most because I can't tell you the amount of people that are sabotaging themselves. They're holding themselves back, they're sabotaging their own success. By believing that they are not enough yet, that they don't know enough, that they need to take another course, another program, get another certification. They need to be certified in nutrition and in fitness and in this and in that, and they need to be, have a life coaching certification. I mean, the real truth of this is that you don't actually need any certification to start because all, depending on what you're doing, obviously if you're giving medical advice, please, get certified. Um, but if, if all that you're doing is sharing your journey, sharing something that you discovered, sharing what worked for you, and passing that along to someone who's a few steps behind you and needs that guidance and needs that knowledge and needs that information, you don't need to have a million certifications to be able to do that, right? There's someone that needs the information that you have at the level that you're able to offer it. And they need you to be that door for them. They need you to be that entry point. There's someone who doesn't know anything about the stuff that you're really passionate about or you're really excited about or that you've learned in your lifetime and they need you to be an entry point for them because they're not following all the same people as you. They don't have the same Instagram feed as you. They're not seeing all the same content. You know, you might think, oh, they already know this already. No, they don't., and they need you to be the person that teaches them that, right? You are an access point for someone who's a few steps behind you. So we're going to shift this belief from, I need to learn and study more and get more certifications, to I know enough and I am enough right now as I am, because that's the truth. Someone needs you right now, the way that you are, with what you can offer them. The next one is, I should be making more money before I invest in my business. And I want to challenge this belief because I think a lot of times what happens is, you know, we're not always ready to invest in our businesses. But what I see a lot is people who probably could be investing in their business, but they're still just pushing that deadline out and out and out and believing that they need to be further and further and further. And I need to be, you know, having this many followers or I need to make this much money or I need to have these many courses or products or eBooks already made before I invest in my business. And what ultimately happens is that they just burn themselves out trying to do this all on their own without any help or assistance or guidance, and they get lost or they give up. And so I want to shift this belief to, I trust myself to start before I'm ready and fast-track my growth, because I think there are a lot of early entrepreneurs that need deep self-trust in order to help them do exactly that— fast-track their growth, speed up this process. The last one is, "I don't know how to do X, Y, or Z. It all seems overwhelming." Let's get a raise of hands if you ever had that thought about either website building or email list building or content creation or sales calls or marketing or any of the things, and you're like, "I don't know how to do it. Ah, it's so hard. It's so overwhelming." So let's go ahead and shift that belief to, I just have to take one step each day and be resourceful. That's the reminder that we truly need. You don't need to know all the things yet, right? You don't need to know how to build a funnel. Like, if you don't have your business off the ground, if you're not generating tons of income yet, why are you getting stressed out that you don't have a funnel or that you don't even know what that means or that you don't know how to do that? Like, there's, there's things that you don't need to know yet. Okay? Like you don't need to know all the steps. You just need to take one step each day and be resourceful. It's like that quote that says, "Focus on the next step, not the whole staircase." That's going to help us stay grounded and keep moving forward instead of looking at the whole big picture and getting super overwhelmed and going into analysis paralysis and just doing nothing, right? How many of you have experienced analysis paralysis before of like, thinking about all the things, trying to get all the logistics together, and because you don't know steps B, C, and D, you're like procrastinating on step A. Yeah. Yes, for sure. Oh my God. Yes. Okay. You guys are currently in one. Let's get you out of that, Eva. Yeah. Okay. You guys are resonating. Love that. All right.
Okay, so I have something I think you're really gonna love, and your business is gonna love it even more. Do you want to steal the strategy I've been using to seduce premium buyers and sell out my offers on Instagram Stories? Chances are you're already posting, you're already making sales, but if your Instagram Stories aren't working as hard as you are, you're leaving money on the table. Sold Out Stories is going to teach you exactly how to change that so that you can sell out any offer at any price point. And even high-caliber coaches miss this because selling on stories isn't about how much you post or how frequently you show up face to camera. It's about psychological sequencing. And the way you're posting right now might be giving the premium buyers in your audience the ick. Documenting your day and hoping it builds trust, posting look at me content and calling it authority, sharing client wins as soon as they drop in instead of strategically weaving them into a story selling sequence designed to drive demand and convert sales. We both know that you're not here to learn how to show up more. You're here because you know your content could be converting faster and more effectively. Sold Out Stories is gonna give you 5 high-converting story selling frameworks built specifically for premium buyer psychology. Inside, you'll get over 6 hours of deep dive video trainings, real IG story breakdowns, and live walkthroughs that show you exactly how to elevate your slides from authority building all the way to offer flow. In less than 10 slides. My clients have already been using these frameworks to pull 5-figure sales days while posting less. One client generated 14 premium leads from a single story sequence. Another sold out her event in under 6 hours with just 8 strategic story slides. No sales calls, no paid ads, just the right frameworks. You'll walk away knowing how to sequence for desire, transition into your offer seamlessly, and sell daily without ever feeling salesy. You already know your offer is incredible, so now it's just time for your stories to sell it like it is. Grab Sold Out Stories today and turn 10 slides or less into your highest converting content. Let's make your next story your most profitable one yet. Click the link in the show notes below and I'll see you inside.
Okay, so I'm going to get into like this timeline because one of the biggest questions that I get in, in my DMs is like, "how did you become a coach?" And if you ever asked me this question and I haven't answered you, I apologize. But it's just, it's like, I read that message and I'm like, this is gonna be an hour of my time, like trying to explain this. And you know, it's such a loaded question. So we're gonna sort it all out here. I'm gonna lay out the entire timeline. I'm gonna show you guys exactly how I got here, right? Because the masterclass is titled How I Built a Six Figure Business in a year. And although I do believe that to be true, because I didn't start officially launching my business, generating income, having an online program until that point, there were a lot of important things that happened before that, that kind of like led up to that, to me actually starting a business. Okay. So I want to give you like the full scope. So I've written up here realistic timeline because I think it's important that we, as business owners, you know, if I'm trying to help you, I want to be transparent with you about exactly what it took for me to get here and all the steps. So this is where we kind of started, right? We're going to take a look at, um, 2017. There's not much in 2017, but basically what happened in 2017 was I started blogging and sharing more on Instagram. I did this like 30 days of yoga challenge and you had to post every single day. A photo of you like doing your yoga for that day and like sharing your heart in the caption, which is how I got started kind of like writing and sharing more on Instagram. And I had a blog, um, I had a blog like even when I was in college when I studied abroad in Spain just to kind of like tell stories about my travels and things like that. But then once I got home, that kind of like went dead. So I revitalized that blog and I started sharing more about like healthy recipes and little mindset shifts and things that I was learning on my personal development journey. So that's 2017. Then we get into 2018 where I started with a network marketing company and I started social selling. Um, and so that really kicked off my journey into understanding the art of sales and selling online and using Instagram. And then in March I started interning unpaid for an influencer brand and I helped them plan retreats and I was kind of working like as a virtual assistant, you could say. And those two things, the network marketing and the interning, were in addition to a full-time teaching job that I had in Spain at the time. So I had three jobs and like no money. So then in May, I went on this retreat, the first retreat that we coordinated for this, this influencer that I was interning for in Greece. In June, I ended up quitting the teaching job that I had at that point because it was just too toxic. I needed to leave. I didn't have any other job or anything. So I was unemployed after that. And so for that summer between July and August, I was just interning unpaid, didn't have any, didn't have any job. And then in September, I got to coordinate a retreat for the company that I was still interning for in Bali and they made me a paid employee. So I wasn't earning much at this point. I was earning around like $1,000 a month. So I was scraping by. I was just kind of surviving, but I knew that that was more aligned with what I wanted to do and who I wanted to be than that toxic job that I left before. Than I ever had before. Then in November, I started my Monday newsletter. So if any of you guys receive my Monday emails, my Monday Motivation, that started all the way back in November of 2018, and I don't think I've missed a Monday. So we've got hundreds of newsletters that have gone out since then, which is pretty cool. And at the end of November, a few days before my 25th birthday, I was also fired from that job that I had interning, or I guess working now at this point. For this influencer. So again, I found myself unemployed. Um, and then at the very end of 2018, like I said, I was fired, found myself unemployed again. Um, and I finished my life coaching certification. Yay. Uh, very bittersweet moment. Then we get into 2019. In January, I had to go back to teaching English because like I said, I was out of a job. Um, in March I created my first ebook, which was a free journaling guide that you can still find on my website, or when you sign up to the Monday email, you can get that journaling guide. In July, I did my 200-hour yoga teacher training and got certified with that. And then in September of 2019, I launched the beta round of From Burnout to Badass. So there was no online course, there were no trainings or videos or anything. It was just a little like mindset guide PDF and one-on-one calls with me. So you can see at the bottom of the slide, it says starting to create something of my own. This is where I had in my mind, like, I want to build something. Prior to that, I had, like, I just went back a slide. I had no plan to be a Coach at this time. Then in 2019, I was starting to create something. And then we get into 2020. In January of 2020 was when I invested $5,000 into my first business coach. I actually didn't have $5,000 to invest at the time. Because as I've told you guys, I was, you know, had a couple stints of being unemployed. I wasn't really making a lot of money. So I actually had to borrow that money from a family member and I had to do like a whole pitch to them with like slides of like my vision and my, my business and what I was hoping to create out of it in order to get them to lend me the $5,000 to invest in that business coach. But that was because I knew that I needed to get my foot in the door. I knew that I had something special and I needed, I needed support. I needed help. I needed somebody to help me grow it and expand it. And again, fast track my growth. So in February, once I started working with that business coach is when I kind of took that beta round of From Burnout to Badass and I actually made it into a whole online program and I built and launched the platform for From Burnt Out to Badass and really properly began running that program. And then in March, as we know, you know, the pandemic hit, quarantine happened, I got sent home from work, hustle mode was engaged, we were on. I was like, let's fucking do this. Now that I'm like at home, 100% here, ready to work on my business, that's when I hit 10,000 followers on Instagram. I was posting a ton. Like I was Content was just flying out the doors. And then in June, I left my teaching position. We were still in quarantine, but that's kind of when the school year ends here in Spain. So I left that position and became fully self-employed for myself. In July, I launched the podcast. If you guys are listeners of podcast, That's when that happened, July 1st, 2020. In August, I launched my second course or program, Cosmic Cash. Maybe some of you have taken that. It's a whole money mindset thing. And then this year, 2021, a lot of shit happened, right? So I've ran from Burnt Out to Badass, my signature program, 3.0 through 7.0 at this point. So I've run that program quite a few times. Did an entire rebrand of the company, invested $20,000 into a business mastermind, which was a huge quantum leap and uplevel for me. I built a new website. I hit my first $30,000 month. I earned $100,000 in revenue officially in the business. I hired a private business mentor for $15,000. Again, another huge quantum leap uplevel for me. That helped me so much. And we had $100,000 downloads on the podcast and ranked in some of the top charts in the US, UK, and Australia. So as you guys can see, this is kind of the scope of like what we're talking about here between like the 1-year timeline from, you know, 2020 to the start of 2021. Um, but I wanted to show you all the shit that happened before that because I think it's, uh, I think it's important. I think it's relevant. Um, So someone asked, what life coaching certification did you do? I shared that at the very beginning, babe. So if we go back—

Certified by International Alliance of Holistic Therapists. There you go. Okay, so now we've got the timeline. Now I want to get into these mistakes and lessons learned and the growth hacks and all of that. 5 mistakes. Let's talk about this first. Let's go with the bad news first. The first mistake that I made was I underpriced, which we all do when we start, and I overcommitted, which again, I think most of us do when we start. So I was basically one-on-one coaching for the price of a course. Now, if you're in the coaching industry specifically, you'll know that like one-on-one coaching, private coaching is always the highest priced offer. It's the most intimate experience that you can offer your client. And so it should be the highest priced thing that you offer. It's the highest ticket. Um, but when I first started, I was offering one-on-one for literally the price of a course. Um, and at one point I had 90 one-on-one calls in 90 days. Which led me to this sort of burnout, right? So I was running from Burnt Out to Badass with a like one-on-one call sort of section. And this one launch that I did, like so many people signed up as VIPs and paid in full so that they could get these one-on-one coaching calls. And so I ended up having in my calendar about 90 calls in 90 days. And it's just unsustainable to run a business like that and it will lead you into burnout. So That was me underpricing and overcommitting for sure. The second mistake is flimsy boundaries. So I was available 24/7 for my clients. I literally would say that to them. I would tell them, "Message me anytime. I'm available 24/7. Anything that you need, like, just text me." Like they had my phone number. Like there was no boundaries, and I think this comes from the place of people pleasing and really wanting to make sure that you're giving enough value to the client so that they feel like it's worth it for them to pay you. But when we really break that down and look at it, it's a misunderstanding of our own worth and what we're offering. And so when we don't value our time and our knowledge and our ability to guide and help, we overextend ourselves. And we give way more than what is required of us or what is sustainable for us because we feel afraid that somebody is going to not think that it's enough and they're not going to be happy paying this amount of price for what they're actually getting. So this is a really, really big mistake that I think a lot of people can relate to and have experienced in their business, or you might, you know, be starting to experience this, but boundaries. Like, you have to get really good at setting boundaries when you're in business, especially if you work with clients. Yeah, Sophie says 100% relate. People also stole from me. Like, I had people sign up for programs on a payment plan, and then they— after the first payment that they made, their next monthly payment failed and failed again and failed again, and then they just cancelled their credit card or whatever and just never paid even though they had access to the digital product. So even though I could technically remove them from that program, they could have already seen and utilized and downloaded a lot of the stuff that I provided for them. So because I didn't have good boundaries in place and policies in place to protect me, people stole from me. Um, and I didn't enforce my cancellation policy. So, you know, clients, if you don't have good boundaries in place, clients will last minute be like, oh my gosh, so sorry. Like this came up. Um, can we reschedule? And they'll just expect you to reschedule calls at the last minute or, you know, do things on their timeline or just be really, uh, I mean like Yeah, we want to be flexible, but when you have a lot of clients and they're all sort of thinking that they can just like reschedule last second or, you know, fit into your calendar whenever, it becomes really overwhelming and exhausting and hard to know what you're doing with your life and with your day. If at the last second people can just cancel and not show up and there's no, you know, there's no consequence to that. So I had a cancellation policy, but then people, because they had my phone number, they would text me and be like, oh my God, so sorry, babe. I'm running late. Or like, can you do it another day? And then I'd be like, "Sure, totally," because I didn't have good boundaries. So we got to set boundaries as business owners or else you'll burn yourself out and you'll get resentful of the people that you work with/for. Okay, the third mistake is that I didn't track my numbers. And I want you to drop like a "me" in the chat if you are like not a numbers person. And you're just like, I'm here to be creative, to be the teacher, to be the guide, to share. But like, fuck numbers, fuck math. I don't do metrics. I don't do spreadsheets. I don't know what that life is. Like, don't try to tell me anything about Excel. Goodbye. Because that was me and I didn't track my numbers. So I didn't know, like in the beginning, when I was doing more like outreach to get in contact with potential clients, I wasn't really tracking that. I didn't know what the number of sales calls per month I needed in order to hit my revenue goals. A lot of times I didn't even have a fucking revenue goal. I was just like, I hope I make money this month. And I didn't know what my exact income was because when people paid me, I was just excited that they paid me and that we got to work together and that I got to provide my service. But I wasn't actually like tracking and being intimate with my money. So if that's you, like, I was there too, and we can fix that. We can fix that because I can attest, I was not a numbers person, and I've become a lot better at being intimate with my numbers and my money and my income and knowing what the fuck is actually going on in my business. Because if you don't know, it ain't gonna grow. There's a quote for you. If you don't know, it ain't gonna grow. Okay. Numbers are like Chinese to me. I feel you, girl. That used to be me. I can't scale if I don't know where I am. Yeah, exactly. If you don't know, it ain't gonna grow. That's the mantra that we need to remember. So I'm just gonna make sure someone's in the waiting room, let them in. Okay. The fourth mistake was again, like people pleasing patterns. The way that this showed up specifically is sort of just like a lack of confidence in sales. Um, so things like, you know, on a sales call, uh, when someone is inquiring about your program or service or offer or something, and then you get to the end, obviously you want to tell them what the price is, what the investment is, what it's going to look like, all the details. When we would get to that point, I would do things like try and sugarcoat, let's say the price of the offer by being like, it's this price, but you're going to get this discount. Or like, but you get this, this, and this, like doing like stupid, silly little things to try and like cover up the fact that I was selling them something. But it's like, we both know that I'm selling you something. So why am I acting weird? You know, like, I'm selling you something. So that's what's happening here. Okay. Kira says, that was me. Yeah. So lacking sales confidence a little bit in that sense. I gave discounts where they weren't warranted. Like sometimes people weren't on the waitlist in order to get the waitlist discount. But then when I was on the phone, I like choked And I was like, "And you get the discount, you know." But it's like, no, dude, you didn't sign up to the waitlist. So you don't get a fucking waitlist discount. That's just like how it works. But I, again, people pleasing. So I was doing that. And I just had like weak follow-up because following up with people obviously in sales is really important. And that's where the money is. Like the money is in the follow-up. But that can trigger a lot of these people-pleasing patterns. Or if you feel like you're being annoying or sleazy or salesy when it's time for you to sell, you won't show up for those follow-ups. You'll be like, I already told them everything. You know, if they want it, they'll buy it. And I don't want to bother them. And I don't want them to like think that, you know, like I'm pressuring them or that I need them to buy it. Um, but following up is a really important process in sales and my follow-up was weak. Like I was pretty good at following up once, but I probably wouldn't follow up twice. Um, and so that probably lost me a lot of money. Uh, the fifth mistake is that I didn't prioritize embodiment. And what I mean by this was that I was in a lot of ways stuck in my hyper-masculine energy of like go, go, go, hustle, hustle, hustle, create, push, do, control, working all the time, working really long hours like because I loved what I did and I was excited about what I was creating but I didn't actually like have time for joy or fun or exercise or play. Pleasure in my life anymore. And I know that sometimes this is an experience that we move through when we're beginning to build businesses and we're in the early entrepreneurship stage. And I do think that there is, you know, a time and place for us being really deeply invested in our businesses and allowing ourselves to put certain things on the back burner so that we can be successful in our business. Um, but Yeah, I just, I wasn't in an embodiment of what I was selling. I guess I wasn't really living my message because everything that I was teaching about, you know, mindfulness and self-care and taking time for yourself and living your best life and all of that, I didn't feel like I was doing that anymore. Like those were things that I knew to be true because I had experienced that before, which is why I was teaching that. But then, during the teaching of it, I was also building a business around it. So that all kind of went out the window and I was no longer an embodiment of the message that I was sharing and selling. And when you're not embodied in what you offer and what you're selling, you will see that reflected in your sales. Because if you know me, you know that I'm all about the energetics and energy is just super freaking real. So those are the 5 mistakes. I'd love for you guys to let me know if you relate to any of them. 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. Like, what— which ones kind of like stood out to you, you feel like you connect with or can resonate with? Relate to all of them. Yes, boundaries for sure. Okay, cool. Literally all of them. 5, which is the embodiment piece. They're all so powerful. 3 and 5. Okay, cool. I thought someone asked a question in here. I'm just trying to find it. Yeah, Michelle said, how do you follow up? By mail or WhatsApp. So it changes as your business changes. But when I was first building my business, like I said, everybody had my number. So I was following up by WhatsApp. Yeah. Christy, I feel I need to change everything immediately. Okay, don't panic. One step, right? One step, not the whole staircase. Don't freak out yet. We're going to help you. So, okay, now let's get into the 5 things that skyrocketed business growth, right? So we did the, the bad news first. Let's get into the good news. Are we ready? Yes. Okay. So these are the 5 things that helped me. The first one that I think is so important and relevant to mention is the podcast. So if you are a podcast listener of Makeshift Happen, of my podcast, not podcasts in general, I want you to drop in the chat, podcast, because this is what's so powerful. Look at podcast, podcast, podcast, podcast, podcast, podcast, like so many of you guys. Okay, so this is what's powerful. Damn, this is what's powerful about— we're blowing up the chat. About the podcast. The podcast has helped me grow so much like know and trust with my audience. It— I can share so much more of my knowledge, my heart, my personality, all of that when I have this piece of long-form content where I'm able to share more. Okay? You look at somebody's Instagram and you get a snapshot of who they are, but you rarely really feel like you know them or that you know stuff about their life or that you're really connected to them. And so the podcast has created so much more intimacy with me and my audience, which is how people ultimately feel connected enough and trust me enough to want to work with me. So starting the podcast was hands down like the best thing that I did for my business. This is not to say that you need to start a podcast. Like I don't want to make anybody like, panic right now and feel like that's another thing they have to add on their plate. It's another platform that they have to be consistent with. It's like, it's okay. You don't need to start a podcast yet or ever. It's not always the right move and not everybody is the right personality type for a podcast. Okay? That's also very true. But for me, the podcast helped me grow so much because I would venture to say the majority of my clients, people who purchase my programs or work with me one-on-one, are podcast listeners and they probably got to a place of liking, knowing, and trusting me enough to buy from me from tuning into the podcast every single week. Okay? Number 2 is hiring a business coach early on. Like I shared with you guys earlier in the timeline, right? I didn't have money to invest in that coach, so I actually had to pitch myself to my family member and borrow that money. So that I could bet on myself and agree to eventually pay it back because I just, I needed to get my foot in the door. I needed next level guidance. I needed someone to show me the steps and to help me evolve my business quicker than I was gonna be able to do it myself. And hiring that first Business Coach early on is one of the things that helped me so much. So at that time, I had generated in total probably like I think it was around $1,200 or $1,500, so less than $2,000 I had earned in my business because I had only done that one beta round. If you remember from the timeline, I'd only done that one beta round of From Burnout to Badass. So I wasn't really generating a lot of money in my business yet. Um, and by the time that I finished those 3 months with that first coach, I earned $15,000 in my business. So I was starting to make around $5,000 a month. So I went from like virtually almost nothing, right? Less than $2,000 ever generated to $15,000 in 3 months because I got that guidance and advice and steps from someone who had been there and knew how to do what they were doing. So I definitely would attribute that to be one of the things that helped me grow a lot. The third one is like messy action, right? Starting before I was ready, being willing to take risks. Like we talked about before, if you're not willing to risk the unusual, you're going to have to settle for the ordinary. Just winging it as I went. I didn't know, I didn't have all the answers. I didn't know all the things. I didn't have a pretty website. Like my logo was crusty. I made it in Canva with like one of those like scripty fonts that like literally everybody uses and everybody can find. Like, I just, I just did shit, you know. I was using MailChimp for my email list because it was free. Like, you just have to frickin' start, you know. Like, you don't need to have a beautiful website. You don't need to have professional graphics. You don't need to have this like $700 logo. You don't need to have this $200 microphone to start your podcast. Like, you can just start. That is 100% a growth hack, is starting before you're ready, taking messy action and winging it as you go, learning as you go. Okay? Don't let perfectionism get in the way of you starting things and moving forward. The fourth thing is mindset work. If you guys, you already know, like microphone, or I just read in the chat microphone. Um, Mindset work is like the cornerstone of what I do and what I teach. So obviously this was like a huge important piece to developing and growing my business. I had to be doing this mindset work, getting my belief systems in check to support my big goals. Okay. Because the thing is, if you don't, if you don't believe that you can be successful, if you don't believe that you can earn $100,000, if you don't believe that you can sign 3 to 5 clients a month, you won't. You won't. If you don't believe that it's possible for you, that it's available for you, you're going to have a really hard time making it happen. Because I teach all the time about the power of the subconscious mind and how it impacts our actions, patterns, and behaviors. And if your subconscious mind, if your belief systems are not on board, you will sabotage your goals. You will not show up as consistently as you want to. You will avoid following up with people, not get on sales calls, not do reach out. You will avoid those things. You will sabotage your own goals because you don't believe that you can. You don't believe that you're capable. You don't believe that you have the personality for it, whatever it is that you don't believe. Okay? So you gotta get your mindset in check if you want things to work. To work. The 5th thing is consistency and confidence. So as I mentioned earlier, I didn't have all the confidence to begin with. There were ways that I really could see that I was lacking confidence, like we talked about with the sales calls and the discounts and, you know, following up and things like that. But finding ways to grow my confidence as I built my business was really, really key because again, this kind of plays into the other piece of mindset. It's like if you believe that you deserve it, the universe will serve it. So if you show up with that confident energy, more positive things will unfold for you. If, you know, if I were to come to this masterclass today and be like, okay, um, and then I don't really know, but kind of like, I guess I just want to tell you the things that helped me. Like, I don't know if this is going to work for you, but I think it's just like what just worked for me. So, you know, like, you don't have to do this, but like, who's going to listen to that? Who is going to feel confident being like, this girl knows what she's talking about? Like, sign me up. Like, let's work together. Nobody, right? Your energy impacts the people that you're communicating with, your audience, your followers, whoever it is, your clients, the people that you want to work with, that you want to buy from you. Your energy impacts their ability to see you in your power and trust you and believe in you and want to buy from you. Okay? So developing confidence, in your business is a huge piece, something that helped me a lot. And I would say like the way that I really built more confidence is through the mindset work and also through my mentors, just because they hyped me up. They helped me. They saw what I was doing. They saw what I was offering. They saw my capabilities, the work that I was doing. And they reassured me and told me like, dude, this is like really good. Like you're really powerful. You have so much to offer. Like you can do this. Like let's fucking go. You know, when you have someone like that in your corner, that will build your confidence. Trust me. And you may not have those people in your immediate circle. Your family members or friends or partner may not be that person for you yet or ever. So having mentors or, you know, groups of like-minded people, of business owners, entrepreneurs, like everybody here, we would all be like hype people for each other because we know what it's like. Yeah. And you, I'm a firm believer that like you need people like that in your space in order to build you up instead of having negative opinions or doubt and, you know, fear-infected thoughts from other people kind of like deteriorating your belief in yourself and what you can accomplish. Um, and obviously consistency, like Monday email every single week, never missed one podcast every Wednesday, never missed one. Like if I say I'm going to do something, I'm going to do it because I am committed to showing up and serving and helping the people that invest their time in watching my shit. Like if your eyes are on my Instagram, on my stories, on my emails, on my podcast, I want to be there for you. Because time is money and your time is really valuable. And so I appreciate so much that you invest a piece of your time every single week into me and what I'm saying and what I'm sharing and what I'm offering. So I'm going to show up for you. Like I'm going to be consistent. And that's really important to me. And again, it just builds that sense of trust of knowing that you can rely on someone to have a podcast every single Wednesday at the same time when they say they're going to do it. Right? If you listen to a podcast and there's supposed to be a new episode and you're really excited to listen to it and you go and you refresh and there's no new episode, it's like a little disappointing. It's a little sad. And that's not the energy that I want to give to the people in my circle, in my community, right? So being consistent and showing up with confidence is number 5. Okay, which ones are you guys resonating with? Let's do this again in the chat. Let me know, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. Which one's hitting for you the most. 4, mindset, all of them. 3, messy action. 1 and 5, lots of 3s, messy action, getting out of perfectionism, being able to just go and do it and learn as you go. 5, which is the consistency and confidence piece. Yup, yup, yup, yup. Okay, beautiful. I love that this is resonating for you guys. Okay, let's keep going. So I want to just— this is like a little side note, but these are other important success factors that I think aren't really talked about enough. And this is privilege, obviously. I'm a very privileged individual. Not only for the color of my skin, but also for my education, the fact that I fit into standard beauty ideals, right, that I'm able-bodied. I have a lot of privilege, and obviously that has contributed to this journey and my ability to succeed. You know, another form of privilege that I have is that I have a supportive family, right? Like I mentioned, I borrowed money from a family member to invest in my first business coach. And I know that that's not something that's tangible or available to everybody. You know, my family hasn't always like 100% understood what I'm doing, but they've always been there for me. I also have a healthy relationship. My partner doesn't gaslight me or try to convince me out of running a business or building something of my own or sharing on social media or acting like an influencer or whatever. Like, there's no toxic conversations in our relationship about what I'm doing. It's very much love and support. My personality in general and like my openness and willingness to share my life and expose my home, my experiences, my beliefs, my internal world, like all of that is definitely an advantage. I know some people are a lot more private or reserved and it has definitely served me to be like an open sort of like public wanting to share type of person. Also like resourcefulness, just like I said, like Like being willing to search for the answers. Like someone knows how to do the thing that you're trying to do. So you need to find them. You need to message them. You need to work with them. You need to get resourceful, get the books or the podcasts or whatever it is that's going to help you become a better business owner or develop the results and success that you want. You have to be willing to be resourceful. And the last one is self-trust, which is so freaking important. Like This is sort of part of my natural nature, and I understand and appreciate that it's not everybody's, but I, since the day that I was born, have just really, truly, honestly believed in myself. And I'm so like blessed and grateful to have that. But self-trust is like a huge thing that you're going to need in order to be successful in this journey. So those are just some extra things that contribute to your ability to, or my ability to succeed. Seed rather, that I think are important to mention. Now you don't need to have all of these things. Absolutely not. They're not requirements, they're not prerequisites. This is just me being transparent about what has contributed and allowed me to be successful so that I can give you the full scope and you fully understand like how I got to where I got. Okay. I think transparency is really important, especially when it comes to business. 'Cause there's a lot of people out there that are just sharing numbers and doing things that aren't necessarily conscious, um, or helpful in my mind. Okay. So I want you to screenshot this or grab your journal and let's answer these few questions. Um, because I think these are really important and they're going to help you just kind of like get in the zone of where you're going. So, Grab your journals. So the first prompt is, if I really wanted to achieve my goals and I knew that I was guaranteed to succeed, I would blank. How do you think that you would show up? What would you do if you knew that like you couldn't lose, if you knew that you were guaranteed to to succeed. What would you do? What would you do next? What steps would you take? So maybe just listing out some action steps that you would take, what you would do next, how you would show up if you knew that you were guaranteed to succeed. Oh. And then what failures or consequences are you most scared of when it comes to pursuing your goals? What is the thing, this sort of like imminent fear or potential thing that could go wrong that is holding you back maybe from going all in and really stepping on the gas with these goals? Goals in this business of yours? What are you most scared of? What are you afraid that could happen. Sophie says, "Putting all my love, value, and energy out there and it not coming back." I feel that. And the last one is, if I woke up in September of 2022, so a year from today, and I were in the exact same place as I am right now, mentally, emotionally, physically, financially, how would I feel? And what would my biggest regrets be? If you woke up a year from now and nothing changed, what would you be like? Damn, I should have done that. You know, a lot of times we are so scared of change and the unknown and taking risks because, oh, what could happen? What if I fail? What if this, that, or the other thing? We're so scared of creating change and the steps that are required to do that. But like, shouldn't we be scared of staying the same? Shouldn't we be scared of not doing anything at all and just waking up over and over again in the same circumstances? Shouldn't we be scared of never growing, never pursuing our dreams, never even having never even putting ourselves on the line enough to know if we were capable. I think that should be scary. Standing still should be scary. Staying where you are and not betting on yourself should scare the shit out of you because that result is guaranteed. That result means you get exactly what you have, right? Whereas the other way, if we take the risk, if we do the thing, if we show up, yeah, it's scary, but the result could be fucking amazing. We don't know. Darla says, "All of my regrets relate to doing nothing, taking no action." Wow! I have goosebumps all over. Okay, I'm getting teary now. Yeah, like I— building a business, you guys, is an internal game. You can Google a lot of stuff. You can find a YouTube tutorial on how to do probably half the shit that you're wondering, how do I do it? But if your insides are not on board, that's what's going to make it hard. Building a business is an internal game. It's believing in yourself, trusting yourself, feeling the fear, doing it anyway. So much of it is inside. It's not external to you. It's in here. What if you were the thing that's holding you back? What if it wasn't the email list or the website or the logos or the Instagram followers or any of that shit? What if it was you? What if you were the reason that you're not where you want to be? It kind of sucks to hear, but it's also really good news because you have control over that. You can choose to change that. You can get out of your own freaking way whenever you want to. Whenever you want to, you can step aside and get out of your own way. I just want to empower you to remember that. You can do that. All it is, is a choice. Decide. Just decide. I'm not going to block myself anymore. I'm not going to stop myself from receiving what I deserve. I'm not going to stop myself from taking the actions required. I'm going to get out of my own freaking way. Alright. Beautiful. Are we good with the prompts? Yes? Okay. So in your mind or on paper, whatever you prefer, these questions are all kind of a version of the same thing. So I just want you to ask yourself and just reflect on this and think about this for a second of like, Who do I want to be in this lifetime? What do I want to be known for? How do I want to run my life? What kind of lifestyle do I want to live, right? Maybe you're getting some images in your mind right now, the feeling or the visuals of it is coming to your mind. Who do you want to be in this lifetime? What do you want to be known for? How do you want to run your life? And what kind of lifestyle do you want to live? And the last question is the most important one, which is Am I practicing to be that way right now? Are you practicing to be that person, to show up in that way, to run your life in that manner, to live that lifestyle to the best of your ability? Are you doing that right now? And if not, how could you? Or how could you lean into it more? How could you do it more? How could you do it more powerfully? How could you be 1% or 10% more committed to practicing to be that way right now? Okay, so I want to share with you guys the major pillars of business building that I teach to my clients, my business clients that I work with. Um, these are my major pillars of business building. Okay? If you go somewhere else, somebody else is going to have their own idea of what's important and what they want to work on. But for me, this is the foundation of business building. Mindset, working on confidence, imposter syndrome, fear, doubt, lack mindset, subconscious beliefs, all those things. Content, obviously social media presence, personal branding, captions, copywriting, reels, all of that. Offers. Okay, so how to do free masterclasses, workshops, what your launch strategy is, Having a signature program, content creation, all of that stuff falls under offers. Then we have sales, mastering sales, having confidence in your sales, being able to sell over the phone, in the DMs, knowing how to combat objections, being able to promote yourself with love and confidence in authentic way that's not salesy, whatever the fuck that means, right? Whoever invented that term. Sales are salesy because they're fucking sales. Okay. But we can do it with love and confidence and authenticity and have it not be weird. Okay. Money is another big pillar for me. So I love to work with my clients on money management, tracking your income, how to price, raising your prices, understanding your worthiness behind money and wealth. Again, all of that is really, really important and fundamental. And the last one is energetics. Okay, not every business coach is gonna fuck with energetics, but you know me, that's my jam. So this is understanding the mindset piece, the subconscious beliefs, having boundaries in business, being able to magnetize clients through your energy and your presence and how you show up, doing certain rituals, incorporating manifestation into building the ideal business that you want, balancing your masculine and feminine energies. All of that is really important to me, and it is another major pillar of business building in my world of how I like to do things. Okay? So, I want you to imagine really quickly, I want you to imagine you've just connected with your vision of your ideal business, right? I want you to imagine if you could attract soulmate clients who are excited to work with you, that you don't feel like you have to force them to work with you. And they want to pay you well. What if you could create a signature program and launch it without all the guesswork and stressing out about how the frick do I actually do this? What if you could stop feeling awkward or salesy or sleazy and actually sell with confidence? What if you could create your own schedule, work from anywhere that you wanted, and be your own boss? The good news is you can. You can. Yes, you can. Okay? But I also want to validate for you that I know what it feels like to have so many ideas but have no idea how to execute and be like overwhelmed with all the shit that you want to do and create and be. But not know where to start. I also know how it feels to have this deep desire to help people and teach them what you know, but feel like the right people aren't finding you or they don't know that you exist. So how can you, how can you help them? I know what it feels like to be energetically drained and running on E from working a job and also building a business at the same time. Okay. That shit's hard and it's tiring. I get you. I feel you. I see you. I've been you. I know what it feels like to feel like your dream life and this freedom and this abundance and all the finance and all that is really, really, really far away. I know what it feels like to want to show up as a leader but at the same time be held back by your perfectionism and your procrastination and your people pleasing and your imposter syndrome. Syndrome. Okay, I get you. I see you. I've been you. I get it. Okay, obviously I want to help you guys make your passion your paycheck. That's one of my mantras. It's really important to me. So I want you to think about what would happen if you actually got support in building your business and you had someone to hold your hand and kind of answer your questions and guide you along and speed up the process. What would happen if you were surrounded by people and you had a mentor or multiple coaches or people in your life who believed in your vision and they rooted for you and they hyped you up and they helped build your level of confidence and they showed you the way, they unfolded that path for you? What would happen if you were held accountable by a certain container to do the things that you say you want to do, what the fuck would actually happen? What the fuck would happen? Because I'll tell you right now, it would be magic. That's what it would be. It would be magic. Magic would happen if you actually got support, if you had a hype team, if you had someone to answer your questions, if you had the roadmap to speed all this up, if you were held accountable to actually show the fuck up and do what you say that you want to do. Dude, like that's the thing. That's the thing, right? This is how we get out of our own way, okay? And I wanna show you just some words from some of my clients that have worked with me before about what their experience was like. I'm not gonna read all these out to you, but you can scan the screen and kind of see what some of these women's experience has been, okay? We have Maggie, who we saw earlier, who launched her spiritual coaching offer and signed someone to her highest price package. Package. Laura says, "My life has changed so much over the past year. All the tools I learned, I use to manifest my dream life and business." Working with Sam was like having a long-distance best friend who isn't afraid to point out the truth and inspire you to achieve anything you set out to do. I got a lot out of my other business coaches, but I've had huge shifts just with our few calls about how to run the coaching business. I felt so much more in control of my business. Okay? This is available to you. This is possible to you. I want you to stop blocking yourself and thinking that it's not. And this is a really important piece that I need you to understand as well. What is the reason why you're not investing in your business? What is the real reason? Everybody thinks, "I'm not ready. It's 'cause I'm not ready." That could be part of it. That could be 5% of it, but the real reason why you're not investing in your business yet is you don't trust yourself. You don't trust yourself to go all in. You don't trust yourself to show up. You don't trust yourself to get results. You don't trust yourself to be committed. You don't fucking trust yourself. That's what it is. It's not that you're not ready. So you don't trust yourself. That's like the real hard truth of like, maybe I am my biggest block, right? And so I want to remind you, one of my favorite quotes that I say all the time is that ready is not a feeling, it's a choice. You're never gonna feel ready. Everything is always gonna be— it's still gonna be hard. You're gonna wake up 6 months, a year, 2 years, 5 years down the road, and it's still gonna be hard. You're still gonna be busy. It's still gonna be expensive. It's still gonna be scary. Like, shit ain't getting easier. It ain't. You're not gonna be more ready, okay? You're just gonna be more tired of your own bullshit. That's what's gonna happen. But you could decide right now that you're already tired of your bullshit, and you don't want to wait 6 months or a year or 2 years to be even more tired of your own bullshit and holding yourself back. Ready's not a feeling. It's never gonna come. It's never gonna feel right. It's never not gonna feel scary. It's not. You got to choose. You got to jump. You got to risk. You got to be ready to go. Okay, so don't let the fear hold you back. A word from my client Crystal. I left my 9 to 5, no regrets. I soon will be making way more than I did in any job I've had before, even when I was a TV host. I'm finally feeling confident enough to charge what I'm worth and clients are not batting an eyelash. Like, let's get a hands up for like, I'm ready for that. Who is ready for that? Leaving your job, being your boss, making more money than ever, clients not batting an eyelash at your prices. Okay, just another example of seeing to believe. I want you to remember that it's out there. These people are not special. They're not different than you. Like, it is available. Okay? So here we go. This is the thing. This is what's happening. All right? This is the big moment. Drum roll. This is the reveal that I'm actually so fucking excited to tell you about. I can't even contain myself. All these beautiful colors and graphics. Logos, and everything that you've been seeing so far are a part of this brand new epic program, which is called Aligned and Ambitious. And I'm so excited to bring it to you, to all the people that are ready for it. I know it won't be all of us, but if you are ready for it, I can't wait to serve you inside of this program. So Aligned and Ambitious, what is it, right? It's a 16-week or 4-month business coaching program. We're gonna have weekly business training. So every week we're gonna meet, you're gonna be held accountable. Every week we're gonna meet, we're gonna have business trainings, we're gonna have Q&A calls with me where you get to ask, how do I do this? How do I do that? What does this look like? How do you do this? How did you build this podcast? What did you do for emails? How do you respond to clients? What do you, like all your questions, anything you wanna know, we're gonna have Q&A calls so that you can get all your questions answered. And you're gonna get group support and networking. With the other conscious, beautiful, inspiring entrepreneurs for people to do shared live videos with or be on each other's podcasts or just be each other's like hype people and support each other along the way. Okay? So the reason, the way that this is going to be affordable and accessible to you is because it's going to be a group program. Okay? I understand one-on-one business mentorship is inaccessible and very expensive for most people. Okay? You're not going to find one-on-one business mentorship, uh, at least from a qualified, valuable, good source for less than— I think the cheapest I've seen it in the industry right now is around $5,000. That's probably the cheapest for one-on-one. Okay? So how we're going to make this more accessible to someone who wants to get their foot in the door, who wants to get started, who wants to get on track, who wants advice, guidance, accountability, all the things, but is like, yo, I'm not, I'm not ready to fork over $5,000 or what is kind of more the standard price is really $10,000. $5,000 is hard to find for one-on-one. Okay. So if you're not there, if you're not ready or able to invest $5,000 to $10,000, This is why I created this program because it's going to be really, really powerful and super value-packed, but so much more affordable than a private business mentor or coach. Okay? So some things that I just want to clarify about this offer and this program. You don't need to be certified or an expert in your field in any way yet. Um, You don't need to be self-employed, like you may still have a job, some other thing that you're doing for income. You don't need to have a big following on social media. You don't need to be a mindset coach or a coach at all like me. And you don't even need to have like your business fully off the ground yet. Okay? What you do need, what you do need is the intention to build a service-based business online. Okay? Coaches, VAs, teachers, practitioners, Trainers, healers, all the things, right? You're providing a service. Okay. You need a desire to expand your impact and your income. You need to be committed to the wellbeing and success of your clients. You need to be willing to learn and receive guidance and accountability. So you need to be teachable and coachable, and you need to be excited to show up and do the work required to grow. That's what you need. If you check the boxes on those things, then this is for you, babe. Okay, inside look at some of the topics that we're gonna cover and what these trainings are gonna look like. You guys can kind of look through these. So we're gonna do building the foundations of your business. We're gonna talk about the energetics, stepping into the power, stepping into your power, imposter syndrome, all that kind of stuff. We're gonna talk about the secret to selling on social media, owning your brand, and finding your niche. We are going to talk about the conscious creation of your offer, like what are you actually selling, building a signature program, attracting soulmate clients, upleveling your content creation game, how do you provide free value, what is my system and process for masterclasses, challenges, workshops, money mindset and management in business, soulful sales, right? How to promote yourself authentically over the phone, in the DMs, feminine energy in business, how to kind of balance this masculine and feminine energy as we move through business building, since building a business is very masculine. Um, heart-centered coaching. So how do you actually support your clients and really get them to have amazing results? And finally, scaling to 6 figures. We'll talk about how to hire, when to hire, delegating, what to delegate first, systemizing your business, how to train someone else on the things that you need done that you want to eventually hand off. Okay. And I've also thrown in here, I'm planning to do a bonus training all around podcasting since It's a huge part of my business and how I grow my business. So I'm going to teach you guys how to start, launch, and grow a successful top podcast. So who's excited for this? This is just, let me preface for you. I paid $5,000 for my first business coach, right? Borrowed the money, made it happen. We worked together for 3 months and I probably got about 50% of what's in this. Okay. So I'm really committed and really excited to over-delivering on this program and making it a realistic price for what it is. Okay. For the value that's in here. So what is included in the program? What do you get? Okay. You're going to get those 12 business trainings that we talked about, plus, plus the bonus training on podcasting. We're going to do those weekly Q&A coaching calls to get your questions answered. You have 4 months of support with with me and the group. You have the ability to add one-on-one calls with me if you want to for a reduced price. If you want to get some one-on-one action, you have the ability to do that. Um, once you're enrolled, we're going to have some guest expert sessions with other people in this space that are experts in business and sales and all the things that we're learning to teach you. And you get networking and community from being in the group setting. Okay. So Right now, as we speak, Aligned and Ambitious is fully open. It's ready to roll. We're ready to rumble. Like, you can join right freaking now. If you go to my website, you can click on courses, Aligned and Ambitious, sign yourself up. We're open, sis. Doors are open. We're ready to go. And this is what I've been saying this whole time, but really my vision and my idea and my goal for Aligned and Ambitious is for this program to be high-level business coaching for the woman who can't yet afford high-level business coaching. Okay? You're not ready to invest $5,000 to $10,000 for a private business mentor. And so this is just a little bit more accessible, but with a whole lot of freaking value, a whole lot of freaking value. Also, since this is the first time we're running this program, you're going to get the most live time with me and ability to ask questions. Ever for the lowest price that it's ever going to be offered at, because anytime I run a program for the first time, it's always the lowest price that it'll ever be. So you're going to get the most contact time with me and the lowest price that it will ever exist at, ever. So that's pretty cool. When you, when you're an early adopter of a new program, you usually get the most time with the coach and the lowest investment. And this is a mantra that I love that I just want to share with you to empower you, which is that you can afford anything, just not everything. OK? Because a lot of times we keep this belief of, I can't afford it, I can't afford it, I can't afford it. Can you not afford it in addition to a lot of the other stuff that you're choosing to afford? Right? You can afford anything, sort of. But you may just not be able to afford everything all at once. So thinking about what that means for you. And I want you to ask yourself this really important question of, how much is my dream life worth to me? Right? When we did the journaling of where would you be a year from now, how would you feel, what would you regret if nothing changed, if everything was the same, how much are your dreams worth to you? If you knew that you were guaranteed to succeed, like we talked about earlier, what would you pay for that? If you knew that the number that you visualized today could be in your bank account and you could have that life and that freedom and that abundance and you knew that to be true for yourself, what would you pay for that? What would that be worth to you? That's a really serious question that I want you to ask yourself. So this program is valued at $8,000. I'm not gonna charge you $8,000. Okay, but Michelle's like, oh, thank goodness, right? No, we just talked about if you're in a place where $5,000 to $10,000 for a private business mentor is not available to you, this is the program for you. Okay, so, but I'm just being real and being transparent that this program is really valuable and someday it may cost $8,000. $8,000 once I have more social proof and shit behind it, right? But for now, I'm not going to charge you $8,000. Okay? This week is going to be on early bird sale for $2,500. That's the pay in full and there is a monthly payment plan available. Okay? Split out over the 4 months of the program. This early bird sale price is going to be available all week long until October 3rd. So, my loves, there's the sale. There you have it. Signed, sealed, delivered. Are you ready to make your passion your paycheck? That's the question. Are you ready? If you're ready to level up your business, know there's limited spots available. It's gonna be a small intimate group. Lots of value to be provided. We're gonna hang out for 4 months together. We're gonna take a break for Christmas. Don't panic. I'll give you time off. It's fine. Okay. But it's, we're ready to rock. We're ready to go. Okay. Nadia says, what time would the weekly live calls be? Um, so when you sign up to the program, you're going to fill out a survey that lets us know where you are in the world, what your time zone is, and what your availability is like. And we're going to base the schedule for the live calls around where most people are from. And I'm going to do my absolute best to sort them so that, um, nearly everybody can join. Uh, for my program, From Burnout to Badass, some of the girls are in it right now. I actually split them into two groups and I do two calls per week for the Q&As for them because we have a lot of people from Australia and then we have a lot of people from Europe or North America. And so I try to accommodate everybody as best as possible. So I can't give you the exact time yet. I don't know, but we're going to base it around you guys. And where you are and what your availability is. Okay. Um, yes. Do you have a date that this is starting? Yes. So we're going to start the week of October 18th. So the doors to the program officially close October 12th. So October 12th is like the very, very last day for you to slide in. It will no longer be on early bird. It'll be over $3,000 by then. But, um, October 12th is the day that we close the doors and we start the week of October 18th. "Will this cover things like setting up a website and more strategical stuff?" So I'm not going to like walk you through how to build a specific like Squarespace website or Kajabi website just because everybody's going to be using different softwares and things like that. But if you have questions that you want answered about what, like what's a good format for your website, what should the sales page look like or any of those things. I'll definitely be answering more logistical questions like that. I'm procrastinating on branding. We're going to talk about branding. What if I'm too indecisive career-wise? I have a blog but also a student for chemistry. I want both. I think that you get to have both. I think that you get to have whatever you want in this lifetime, right? Whoever's telling you that you have to choose, and that you can't have both, like in any part of your life, I think that's a limited mindset, you know? I'm all about both and, please. If I want to be a coach but I'm still in the beginning of my life coaching program, is that still a fit for good timing? Totally. If it's available to you, Kenzie, like I said, you don't need to be certified in anything yet. You're going to learn so much. So many important foundations and business building tools and skills that you're going to be able to implement. Whether you implement all of them right now or you implement some of them a little bit later down the line, that's up to you. And that'll be based on like your journey and where you're at. But you don't need to be certified to be a good fit for this program. I was able to nail all of my marketing and branding myself and I'm honestly in a great space, but creating digital project— Products that are juicy and that will do well are my concern. Will you help with creating digital products that sell? Yes. We're going to talk about, we're going to talk about course creation, building out a signature program. I'm going to give you my advice and my sort of like outline of how I like to do course or program creation. Also, if you have logistical questions, Keira, about like which platform you should use, like do you need to have Kajabi or is Teachable like good enough or whatever the other things are, like I'm more than happy to share my journey with you and let you know how I built out my courses and programs and give you some insight to that in addition to the actual like framework structure of like here's how you build a course, but platforms and all that kind of stuff. Laying it out. I'll definitely be able to help you with that, love. Cool. Okay, so I just wanted to show you guys one last thing before we tap. I shared this on stories yesterday, but this is my vision board from 2018. So as you can see, like, one of the secondary, like, logos for the program, the tagline for the program is Make Your Passion Your Paycheck, which comes directly off of my 2018 vision board, which we talked about in the timeline of everything. I talked about that retreat that we ran in Mykonos. This is a picture of me on that retreat in 2018. And I made that vision board when I was in a space of a lot of limbo in my life. I was unknowingly about to be unemployed in a couple of months. I was really struggling to make ends meet. I wasn't earning any money at all. I was in a really toxic job. It was really hard. And that's the point where I was at when I made this vision board. And I put this quote on it, "Make your passion your paycheck." And actually, at the end of that retreat, there was a chalk wall there and we had to all like write an affirmation or something that we, a manifestation, something that we wanted to come true on the last day of the retreat before we left. And I also wrote that on the wall. I wrote, "Make your passion your paycheck." And so 2018 is like not that long ago. It's a few years. And I just want to remind you that like a lot can change when you start to choose yourself, when you show up, when you take risks, when you're willing to go all in. A lot can change. And that's why I'm so excited to like have this be a huge part of this program. Like I have goosebumps thinking about the fact that I put this freaking quote on my vision board. And now I've created a multiple 6-figure business, and I get to bring this to other people who are in that place who want this as well. I get to have this quote now not just be on my vision board, but actually be a part of my business and a part of the work that I do and what I offer to people. I get to empower you to make your passion your paycheck. That is like magic to me. To me, that is a freaking miracle, like lights me up. And I want you to know that like it's possible for you too. Like there's nothing special about me. There's nothing different or crazy or special about me. You can do it too. And it doesn't have to take that long. It doesn't have to take as long as you're thinking that it has to take. Alright, you guys. Thank you so much for hanging out with me today, for coming, for staying this entire time. I really, really appreciate your time, energy, and attention. Whether, you know, the program is for you or it's not for you right now, I still want to thank you, and I'm so grateful that you're here, and I love you so much, and I'm sending you so much good energy, and I really, really genuinely, truly from the bottom of my heart wish you the absolute best, and I want to see your dreams come true. And I know that your work matters, your voice matters, what you want to create and do in this world and the help that you can offer people. It really, really does matter. So whatever you choose to do as your next step, I want you to just keep going. Okay? Just keep going. Don't give up on yourself. Don't quit. It's not time to give up yet. It's time to keep pushing, keep growing, keep committing. Showing up for yourself. Okay, I love you so much, and I hope to see some of your beautiful faces very soon inside Aligned and Ambitious. If you guys have any questions, you can always DM me. Okay, you know where to find me on Instagram. I'm open, ready, available to answer anything that maybe we couldn't answer today. And I love you all so very much, and I'll talk to you soon. Bye, guys.
