12 Jun 2024 · 69 min
In this episode of the Makeshift Happen podcast, host Samantha Daly interviews Sarah, a 23‑year‑old immigrant‑raised entrepreneur known online as Hot High Priestess. Sarah shares her journey from a low‑income Brooklyn upbringing to a seven‑figure digital business built on viral TikTok and Instagram content. The conversation covers her shift from a victim mindset to an identity of abundance, concrete manifestation practices (vision boards, scripting, gratitude as currency, the "whisper" method, the "I am simply deciding" affirmation, and the love‑letter exercise), the role of social‑media environments and mastermind groups in expanding belief, challenges of ADHD in entrepreneurship and leadership, and practical business tactics such as premium‑buyer Instagram Stories and the Manifest Magic course. The episode also includes promotional segments for Samantha’s Top Tier Mastermind and a Sold Out Stories Instagram Stories training. Throughout, both speakers emphasize raising standards, embodying a future self, and using delusional confidence as a tool for manifesting wealth, health, and relationships.

What's up, you guys? Welcome back to the podcast. Wow, wow, wow. Are you in for a treat today with this episode? I am joined by one of my former clients, Sarah. She is a 23-year-old 7-figure business owner and she is best known on her social media as Hot High Priestess, which some of you might follow her accounts. She has amassed 2.5 million followers on TikTok and over 600,000 followers on Instagram at the time of recording this. She got her start online from her college dorm room when her Pick a Pile tarot readings started going viral. She then became one of TikTok's it girlies for empowering affirmations, spiritual guidance, and unique manifestation methods that work like magic. Since then, she has moved to Los Angeles, massively scaled her digital course business, started a podcast and a YouTube channel, and traveled all over the world working for herself from Wi-Fi. So Sarah was actually a business client of mine back in 2023. She was inside Top Tier Mastermind, and it was so fun to work with her during that phase of her business because she was really growing and scaling, but she was also meeting new edges of what was required of her in business in terms of like organization and leadership and all these different things. And during our time together, she hit her very first 6-figure month and crossed the 7-figure mark in gross revenue in her business, which was just so fucking fun to like witness and celebrate her on. So she has clearly cracked the code on viral content and making money online. But on a personal level, Sarah is also low-key one of the most intelligent people that you will ever meet, and She's one of those people that are constantly reading books and studying new concepts, and she digests things at lightning speed. I know you guys are going to love this conversation. Today we talk about her background growing up poor in an immigrant family in Brooklyn, how she went from victim consciousness and really resenting rich people to becoming a millionaire herself, manifesting without evidence, how to raise your standards and start expecting miracles, her top tips for adopting an entirely new identity and becoming the creator of your reality, using manifestation to lose weight, the struggles of being an ADHD entrepreneur, and she shares with us 3 of her best methods to manifest literally anything. And I believe this applies not only to life but also to business. As digital entrepreneurs, we do so much of this work alone behind a screen. Which is why Top Tier Mastermind is designed to be a small, tight-knit space where you can actually drop in, feel seen, and make some really incredible badass entrepreneur friends. It's also why we infuse an in-person retreat into the mastermind so that we can actually meet in real life and deepen those connections. I'll invite you into my personal home and take you to some of my favorite places in my beach town here in South Florida. We'll mastermind in person, stay at a gorgeous hotel on the beach, practice yoga in the mornings, do a photo shoot, record content together, and have vibey dinners on the water. Am I piquing your interest yet? Top Tier is a 6-month high-touch business mastermind designed to help online coaches and service providers scale sustainably, build an uncopiable brand, and become a respected voice in the industry. Okay, welcome to the show, Sarah. I'm so excited to have you. I know that my listeners are going to like geek out on this episode. I know that some of them probably already follow you. If you guys don't already follow Sarah, when you go to her accounts, you'll be obsessed. You obviously have a huge community that you've grown on Instagram. You have millions of followers on TikTok. You have a thriving business. You were also in my Top Tier Mastermind last year where you hit your first 6-figure month, officially crossed 7 figures in your business, like so many milestones. But I also know that this was not always your story and you definitely have like a come up. So for the people that maybe, you know, they see you online, they see you with this business, with your viral videos, like all the manifestation stuff that you share, but they don't know the before story. I'd love if we can like go back a little bit and kind of dig into your upbringing, how you got started. Like, I know that you, you talk about like growing up in poverty and I'm sure we'll get more into like the mindsets behind, you know, adopting the identity of someone who is wealthy and successful. But yeah, let's just give people like, um, some context and like to show them that contrast of like you can become successful no matter where you start from.
Yeah, first of all, I love your nails and thank you for that intro. Um, yeah, I really want to talk on this because honestly I feel like where I am today was like never written in the stars for me, you know. Um, but I feel like I like, I don't know, I just have always believed that our destiny is truly created by our own minds. And so I never, you know, never looked at my current circumstances and thought, okay, this is the end, and the— my destiny is written out for me. Um, but yeah, I immigrated to America with my family when I was really young, and my family didn't speak English. My mom was going to college to become a teacher, and, you know, it was really hard because, like, not speaking English, having, um, now 4 other kids in the family. It was really hard growing up in the country with like barely any family here. And like, you know, my grand— my family grew up in the Soviet Union as well, and it was just a really difficult transition. And so growing up, like, I was low-key poor, and I feel like I was constantly surrounded by lack mindset. And, you know, I just never even knew honestly that wealth existed. Like, because all I knew growing up in South Brooklyn and like just like as an immigrant was like struggle is just the norm, and if you're not struggling, you're not doing it right. Like, that was literally it. It was like, if you're struggling, you're doing it right and you're on the path to success, even though the people that struggled weren't even happy, you know? Like, so I was kind of like Okay, this is interesting. And I first saw wealth when I was like dating a long-distance boyfriend in Texas, and he was, um, from like a middle-class family. Like, they had a dishwasher, and I was like, oh my God, a dishwasher, a backyard! Like, this is so crazy. Like, people can have this? And your school has a debate team coach? Like, it's not ran by the students? Like, I just started assuming like middle class and all this stuff was like so wealthy. And I was like, wait, if they could do it, I could do it too. And Um, I— it honestly did start off very like angry. Like, I was very angry why he didn't have to, you know, like going way like back to high school, like I had to pay for my AP tests, I had to pay for the SAT, for my SAT textbooks. And I remember his parents would like pay for that, like pay for his exams. And I was like, wow, like you don't have to like tutor kids to like save up to take the exams. Like, this is a crazy concept. And I just like realized that there were different sides of the world that I hadn't even had, like, that I didn't even know existed. And when you become aware with what is out there, your body can react in a million different ways. And it did start with anger, and it did start with confusion, but eventually I realized that was digging me into a lot of sadness and a lot of, um, negativity. And there came a point when I was in college where I like flipped the whole script, and I was like, I just refused to be a victim, and I refused to see my circumstances as something that leads me to a particular destiny. Like, I can have anything. Like, this universe is infinite. It's not like people who grow up poor didn't end up successful. Like, there's a million people who have, so why not me, you know?
So yeah, why not me? I think that's one of the best questions we can ask ourselves when we're, when we're, you know, trying to set really big goals for ourselves, or even just like see ourselves in the possibility of a future that's different from the reality that we're currently living in? Like, why not me? And I don't know if you— if this was helpful for you, but obviously, you know, the power of it now, of like having expanders around you, like people that show you like this is possible. And like something that you also talk about often is, you know, creating like the normalcy around it of like not only is it possible, but it's also not that rare and it's not that crazy. And it's actually pretty normal, and there's a lot of people that have this. So can you kind of talk about some of the beliefs that you've adopted or had to adopt to put yourself in situations where, uh, you know, what is thought of from the outside, from a regular person's perspective, as like crazy, unlikely, whatever, now is like, no, that's actually just normal?
Yes. Oh my God. And this is the power of like joining masterminds, being on social media, like seeing what else is out there is so critical. Like, I don't know if I would be where I am today if it wasn't for social media. I mean, for the fact that like my career is on social media, but also because I think like environment does play a large role in, you know, what we believe to be attainable. And growing up, like, I would watch YouTube vlogs, I would go on TikTok and be like, oh my God, like this person did this and that person did that. And I think just like making yourself very, um, nor— like, normalizing all of these experiences and making it all that you're consuming is really important. Because like, your environment in a lot of ways, I think people don't realize, is like dictated by your choices and the things you choose to consume— the music you're listening to, the podcast you're listening to, the communities you choose to surround yourself in. Um, and so for me, it was really important, like seeing what else was out there and understanding, like, this person was probably at some point where I am today, or at the very least, like, had— has had a lot of the same fears or, you know, doubts, anxieties, like, and yet they still persisted and they still made it happen. And so I feel like it's really important to see people who are winning and to embody their identity and their mindset and normalize winning in, in your, like, mindset constantly.
What can people do to— right, because we're— what we're talking about really is, like, kind of shifting your identity, raising your standards, expecting good things to happen, expecting miracles. How do we start doing that from a manifestation lens, or from things that you've practiced in your life, or things that you've read? Like, what are your favorite, like, tools or things to, like, advise someone? Like, raise your standards, believe that, like, cool shit is possible for you too.
Yes.
Well, honestly, I think it really starts with a change in identity. I was just talking to my OBM actually, and we were talking about how, um, like I was sending an email to a brand deal and I was throwing out huge numbers. Like I was like, let's do this for $30,000, let's do that for $20,000. And she's like, Sarah, like do you ever like stop and think about how insane this is? Like you're just throwing out these numbers saying like one TikTok is worth $30,000. And I'm like when I first started, yes, this was so crazy to me. Like, I was like, there's no way my value could be this number. My 60 seconds of my time could be worth this. But then I was like, but someone's doing it. Someone is on TikTok right now saying that their 60 seconds is worth $30,000. And what is different from them to me? Like, at the end of the day, I think it's just about recognizing Like, and anyone listening to this is insanely smart, insanely talented, like, already to begin with. The fact that you're listening to Samantha's podcast, like, you're someone very extraordinary. So just recognizing that someone with half the talent as you is already seeing so much value in themselves, more value than maybe you see in your own self. And it's because they assume this inherent value that people are starting to think they are valued that and a lot of it is pure delusion. Like, you have to believe in something that isn't tangibly right in front of you, and there's so many ways you can do that, whether it's vision boarding— scripting was really big in my journey, um, and I also think it's just recognizing where you're at and why this desire found you in the first place. Like, if you're seeing people live out a certain kind of life and you want it, instead of turning that into jealousy, recognizing I have this— like, everyone has desires. Some people desire to be baseball players. I don't have that desire because a future version of me is not a baseball player. There's a future version of me who is a 7-figure business owner, 8-figure business owner, you know, TED Talk speaker, whatever. And I had that desire because there is a future version of me in the timeline of the universe that already has this. And the only difference is she thinks differently, she walks differently, and she sees that value in herself. So when you recognize that that desire found you because you were meant to pursue it, that's when everything clicks. That's when everything shifts. And it is normalizing the experience. It is thinking, well, that version of me already exists. Like, I am right now a 7-figure business owner, but I was thinking this way when I was making like nothing, you know? And so how can you close the gap energetically and mentally is the question you want to ask yourself.
Yeah, I think— well, I mean, I believe this so deeply too. Like, your desires are on purpose, right? Exactly what you were saying. Like, they're for a reason. You don't desire stuff just because it's completely fucking random. You desire it for a reason. And whether you believe in, like, the timeline theory of, like, there's a version of you on another timeline that already has it, which is why you desire it, or you believe in something else spiritually, like God put it on your heart for a reason because it was meant to come true— like, either way, like, the desires that you are experiencing are for a reason and they're unique to you for a reason. Absolutely. But I think a lot of people struggle with, you know, the delusion aspect of it is like, how much delusion is the right amount and how much is too much? Does that even exist? Like, I think people get really caught up in like, well, I'm now I'm just like lying to myself. You know, there's a whole conversation when it comes to like affirmations of like if the affirmation is too big of a jump, and you don't believe it, your mind is going to call bullshit. And then you're almost like reinforcing the exact pattern that you don't want, which is being like, oh my gosh, I'm trying to say like I'm a millionaire, but like, I so feel like that I'm lying to myself that I'm now having extra thoughts of like, I'm not a millionaire. What if it's not true? I'm just kidding myself. Like, this is so stupid. Like, and so how do you, how do you guide like your students, your clients through the, you know, delulu is the salulu sort of thing, but like in an embodied way, because you were talking about the embodiment and having to be that future version of yourself. Talk about that. Like, how do we, how do we use delusion to our advantage without getting caught up in the nuances of like, oh, but like, am I lying to myself?
Yes. Okay, this is such a good question, and this is so real because people deal with this. Everyone asks themselves like, am I lying to myself? Like, and I totally get it. Um, the— so I would say the way that you believe in the delusion or whatever it is, which it really isn't that delusional if you really think about it in the grand scheme of things. Like, miracles happen every day. Like, people somehow— bodies, you know, babies are born from like the most— like, it's just like, if you think about like the crazy stuff that happens in the universe, you becoming a millionaire is not really that far off, to be honest, you know. But, um, I think it really begins with building up self-confidence in the fact that like you, when you set your mind to something, it always happens, both because you take action and also because the universe has always led you the right way. And I think like for me, the reason when I say affirmations like I, you know, know that I'm going to lose weight, or I know I'm going to become a millionaire, or XYZ, the reason I believe it when I say it is because one, I choose an affirmation that seems attainable. So, you know, I'm not thinking like I'm going to become a gazillionaire yet. Like, we'll get there when we get there, but I work my way up to it. Um, and I, I have belief in the universe because I've seen it work. Like, it's obvious to me because I'm like, every time I've trusted in the universe, it has worked out. And I, I actively practice— this is something I teach in my workshop, which is the power of gratitude as a currency. So I believe that in order to manifest the next thing in life, you have to be grateful for what already exists, and you use gratitude as a currency to buy the next thing you want to manifest. And so for me, I'm like, well, I already lost 10 pounds, I can lose another 10. Thank you, Universe, that I lost 10 pounds. Let's do it again, you know. And so actively seeing how has the universe already blessed you in this life, how has blind faith in the universe already worked for you, um, build that confidence. You have to— in order to believe something, you have to have proof, right? And so how can you prove to yourself that this has worked out. It does work out by gratitude, expressing gratitude, being very present, power of now. Like, this is my reality because I called it in. Like, I think we forget that we're walking through the doors that we were wishing upon at one point. And so when you're very aware of the fact that there was once a time where I was saying, I am this, you know, I am a 7-figure business owner in the mirror, and now I am one, that's when it clicks. And I think it becomes a lot easier too when you're surrounding yourself with people who have done it, you know, who were also in the exact same shoes as you. So a big part of my journey was expanders, which is why I'm so glad— I remember in one of your previous episodes you talked about this, and I was like, yes, like, I'm so glad someone's talking about the importance of having expanders, because I would not be where I am today if I didn't see other people on TikTok and YouTube talking about Okay, I made this amount and it's crazy. I, you know, but I literally made a teacher salary in a month and I'm like, can that even be possible? But now I'm questioning it. Now my curiosity leads me to think, wait, how can this be possible? Instead of, you know, instead of saying statements, asking questions. And that was a big turning point.
Yeah, so, so good. Oh my God, we could go on a million, million tangents about that, but it's like Exactly as you said, like when you get in the right rooms and you talk to the right people, it's almost like the delusion is not even delusion anymore because it's just, it's just real. It's normal. It's attainable. So I love that.
Okay.
Speaking of kind of on the same vein, I want to talk about manifesting without evidence because this is another kind of like version of what we're talking about is like, how do I get there when I don't know if it's possible yet? When I think I might be lying to myself, like I'm trying to adopt the delusion, I'm I'm working on embodying it. How do people manifest without evidence? I know you have an awesome episode about this on your podcast, but like, how can we reframe the circumstances even when it's not working? Like, I want you to preach to me. Like, how do I get out of the desperation? How do I get out of the forceful energy? How do I stop feeling like a victim of what I can— or limited by what I can currently see and manifest without evidence.
Okay, so I have something I think you're really gonna love, and your business is gonna love it even more. Do you want to steal the strategy I've been using to seduce premium buyers and sell out my offers on Instagram Stories? Chances are you're already posting, you're already making sales, but if your Instagram Stories aren't working as hard as you are, you're leaving money on the table. Sold Out Stories is going to teach you exactly how to change that so that you can sell out any offer at any price point. And even high-caliber coaches miss this because selling on stories isn't about how much you post or how frequently you show up face to camera. It's about psychological sequencing, and the way you're posting right now might be giving the premium buyers in your audience the ick. Documenting your day and hoping it builds trust, posting look-at-me content and calling it authority, sharing client wins as soon as they drop in instead of strategically weaving them into a story-selling sequence designed to drive demand and convert sales. We both know that you're not here to learn how to show up more. You're here because you know your content could be converting faster and more effectively. Sold Out Stories is gonna give you 5 high-converting story selling frameworks built specifically for premium buyer psychology. Inside, you'll get over 6 hours of deep dive video trainings, real IG story breakdowns, and live walkthroughs that show you exactly how to elevate your slides from authority building all the way to offer flow in less than 10 slides. My clients have already been using these frameworks to pull 5-figure sales days while posting less. One client generated 14 premium leads from a single story sequence. Another sold out her event in under 6 hours with just 8 strategic story slides. No sales calls, no paid ads, just the right frameworks. You'll walk away knowing how to sequence for desire, transition into your offer seamlessly, and sell daily without ever feeling salesy. You already know your offer is incredible, so now it's just time for your stories to sell it like it is. Grab Sold Out Stories today and turn 10 slides or less into your highest converting content. Let's make your next story your most profitable one yet. Click the link in the show notes below and I'll see you inside.
Yeah, well, first of all, it's hard and I want to admit that like in the very beginning it's, it's so hard because And I was talking to my friend about this too, like when you're first starting to manifest, obviously if you're a seasoned manifester, like you just know it works because you've done it so many times at this point that it's like, okay, it has never failed me. Like I, I have never not manifested the thing. Sometimes it takes a while, sometimes, you know, it takes a different direction, but at the end of the day it's like I'm always here, you know. Um, but when you're first starting out, it's like you have to literally go against like nature and like what's right in front of you and your circumstances, and you have to manifest without evidence. And like when, when you do that, it's like the hardest thing, and then you see it work and you're like, oh my God. And that high is what carries you through forever. Like just that high of like, I am so powerful, like I am God, like this is so crazy. But to get you through that beginning stage, um, honestly for me it was a lot of, like you said, like being in the rooms, the right rooms. Like, I think we don't talk about enough how powerful, like, the people you surround yourself with are. Because, um, like, genuinely, the thing that you are saying out loud right now to your mom, she might be not supportive, she might be like, are you actually crazy? But then you talk to your best friend and it's like, you can do it. Like, and that, like, that switch is so important. Um, and there's certain people you talk to have accomplished such astronomical things that what you're wishing upon is like like it's obvious it's gonna happen, like it's not even a question. Um, so I think there's a lot of merit in being around people who can support your delusions. Like honestly, for me, I had my best friend Emily and I, and we would go on like manifestation walks and we would just recite to each other like, period, you're already like, you know, you whatever, you're gonna get the scholarship, like I just know it's gonna happen. And like just being around those people is so, um, important in my opinion. But manifesting without evidence, I think at its core comes down to what do you give power to? Because if you're giving power to your current circumstances, then you will always be defined by them. And I think it comes down to recognizing your internal power. Um, I am a big fan of Neville Goddard, who he is like was an icon, and he explains that like essentially we were made in God's image. And not to get super woo-woo, but like you have the same creative power. Like, if you can create life, you can create so many things. And I think you just have to— like, it really just comes down to like recognizing, look at what you've already done. Like, let's just take a step back. Like, you are in— the fact that you've already created all of this is already so powerful. Um, so I think in, in large part it is just recognizing your power and not giving power to your current circumstances. Um, because they do define you. Um, I think like something that hit me recently was I was like, okay, if I— I never play the lottery because I know I'm gonna lose, right? Like, I mean, the chances of me winning are like none, but if I don't play, I never stand a chance at winning. But if someone told me the next lottery ticket you get is for sure going to be the one, like, I somehow I know whatever, I'm gonna play the lottery. When you know with certainty that something is going to happen, then you take the necessary actions to get there, you know. And so it's not so much about, um, what do you have to do to get there, how are you going to get there, you know, uh, what are your current circumstances. It's just like, do you believe in the vision enough to withstand all of that?
And who do you need to be?
How bad do you want it?
Yeah, yeah. Like, not like, what do you need to do how, what are the steps, roadmap. It's like, who do you need to be is where you start. Yeah, I feel like that, like, you have to— it's the, you know, the be, do, have. Um, like, first you need to be it, you need to embody it, you need to adopt like the energetic frequency of the type of person that would have the life, the accomplishments, the money, the fame, the success, the family, the love, whatever it is you are striving for. Like, who do you need to be to have it? How do you adopt that like new identity? So yeah, let's talk about identity because obviously going from someone who was an immigrant living in a new country, used to, you know, poverty, struggle, everyone around you is experiencing it, that's the normal. How do you start to then, you go to college and you were studying to be a teacher, right?
Yeah.
Okay. So you're studying to become a teacher. How do you start to like change your entire identity from, oh, this is my path, this is what I'm going to do with my life, this is what's possible for me, you know, this is a, a good job that's going to make me feel good, but I'm probably not going to earn a lot of money, but that's okay because that doesn't matter. Like, but like, ever so much had to change, you know? Like, how did you start to like shift your identity?
Yeah, oh my God, everything shifted. Um, I think like, to be honest, for me, um, it was this concept, concept of like, uh, killing off your past self that was really important to me. Um, Neville Goddard teaches it. He's like, in order to become a new self, you have to in a way kill off your past self, you know, like your old identity. And there was once a day where I remember I was like going on one of those manifestation walks with my friend, and I was just like, I I want nothing to do with my past. Like, I actually just—
it—
like, speaking of like not letting your circumstances define you, I just, I just decided like that is not me. Like, I have empathy for her and I, I see her and she's like a sister to me, but she is not me because I'm now a new self. Like, I have a new identity and I in a way felt that the more I made an identity out of my past, and the more attached I was to that, the more it would anchor me down, um, you know. So I chose to, in a sense, kill off that past self, like show her a lot of love, um, and, and move on from it, um. And I think what really helped me was like seeing other— like seeing how other people on like social media and stuff were like, like blowing up and, um seeing how their lives were changing. And I was like, I want this too. Like, I think this would be really cool. And, um, I, I think it— like, one day I just like realized, I was like, life can be so much more than what it is today. It can really be everything I want it to be and more. And what would that look like? And how would she look at the world? And starting to think like her, act like her. Post like her, you know. Um, I think the biggest identity shift was like just going from like a really weak mindset around money to a really strong abundance mindset, and that was really, really hard to do. Um, but instantly I saw the rewards, so that helped. Like, I saw immediate rewards to my shift in mindset, so that made it easier.
Um, but yeah, do you remember like reflecting back? It's so interesting to like go back to like our early days when we first started to intentionally try to change our perspective of the world, because it's almost like hard to like remember now like how we thought about things, because you've just— you're so like in the new identity and in the new like the worldview that like it's hard to remember. But I remember when I first started really trying to intentionally shift my beliefs and relationship with money like one of my favorite things to do was like anytime that I bought something or paid for something, I would start saying like, every dollar I spend comes back to me multiplied. And that was one of my like favorite fucking things. I felt so good when I would say it. It felt so fun to like think of it like this, like energetically game of like, ooh, like when I spend money now, I don't need to feel like super guilty or bad or like it's gone and it's never gonna come back. It's like, no, it's just in the circulation. And en route, en route on its way back to me, it's actually going to like meet up with more money and then it's going to be delivered back to me in a larger sum. So do you remember like any of those like initial things that first really like sparked a difference for you?

Yes. Okay, first of all, my favorite affirmation, like, every penny I spend is returned to me tenfold. Like, so good. Um, for me, I remember my friend and I, we were like really struggling to pay tuition, and, um, I remember I was like so— not desperate for money, but I was like so— like, I I would love money right now. Like, it would just make the world of a difference. And my friend and I said this one affirmation. I think it was like, with good to all and harm to none, $5,000 is on its way to me right now. And the next day, some COVID relief fund, $5,000 on the dot, was sent to my bank account. And I— that was the first time I'd ever manifested money. And I was like, holy fuck, like, this cannot be real. Like, this is like I was kind of joking, but like it actually worked, you know. Um, but yeah, like I think after that I started recognizing that if I saw money as like an exponential growth, you know, rather than something that, like you said, like you use it and it's gone, um, immediately I started manifesting more money. So yeah, I think it's, it's, yeah, it's that first time when you manifest like a big sum of money is like like, oh my God, like, this is actually real. Like, this is crazy. And money is so tangible too.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's a really tangible manifestation, which makes you— like, what I love about that is anytime with any manifestation, but like especially with money, it like anchors in the belief that you are the creator of your reality so fucking hard, where you're just like, oh my God. It's like that stacking of the proof that we were talking about. The more proof that you get the easier it becomes to just like keep believing. Like, well, duh, of course it's gonna happen. Like, I know that this works. So that's like one really fun element of like manifesting anything is like once it happens, you now know without a shadow of a doubt that it's possible. So it's like, well, what else could I create? And I know you like joked earlier about like I am God, but like it, it makes you feel like, yeah, you're the creator of your reality. Like, I— it feels like you are holding like the puppeteer strings of the world and your life and future and opportunities of like, wait, like, I can— like, I have control of this. Like, there's agency in what happens to me in life and what happens for me and the opportunities that come my way and like the life that I get to live and create. Like, whoa. And when you first experience that and you feel it in your soul and you like get the goosebumps, like, there's no stopping you from there. It just kind of like unravels. It's like this domino effect where you're like Well, what if I could adopt a more positive view about this thing and about that thing and about relationships, about love and about weight loss and about all these other things? And then you start literally changing your whole fucking life one thing at a time just by changing the way that you think, changing the way that you see things, changing what you believe is possible for you. Like, that's what I love so much about manifestation is it doesn't matter, you know, what you believe spiritually, religiously, like I always say it doesn't matter what you believe, it just matters that you believe. Like having something that you can believe in and that you put trust in and that you feel like there's some sort of like divine order, that you're not alone, there's someone looking out for you, there's guidance here for you. Like when you crack that, that's like the beginning of your like next quantum up level.
Yes, yes, yes, yes, absolutely.
I love that you mentioned like, okay, I manifested like I losing 10 pounds, why not do another? And I know that was like a— one of your like kind of big sort of manifestation things was around worthiness, um, believing that you deserve the best, but also like being able to manifest your dream body and like feeling comfortable in your skin and like really like loving yourself truly. And, um, I'd love for you to talk about the way that you kind of approached weight loss through the lens of manifestation, because I think it's, you know, obviously the less popular way to approach like weight loss, body image, that sort of thing. But so powerful. So like, so potent. And I think a lot of people aren't willing to believe it for the same reason that we were talking about earlier when it comes to victim consciousness or, you know, feeling limited by what you can see in front of you and the circumstances. Like, how can you manifest a change in your body before the evidence happens? Exactly, you're talking about before. But like, explain to us like your journey with like changing your body through the power of your mind.
Oh my God. And let me tell you, weight loss will challenge every man. Like, it's like the, the boss level of like manifesting. Yeah, because it's so hard. Like, it is one of the hardest things I think to manifest it's so intertwined with you personally, um, and there's so many factors that you feel out of control with, you know. At least with money, it's like kind of external and you usually see the results right away. Um, manifesting weight loss was definitely, I will say, the hardest thing that I manifested, but I did successfully lose like 15 pounds manifesting and It's more so mindset than manifesting, I think. I think it's definitely a combination. But, um, I was actually just on a walk with my friend who— her and I started this weight loss journey together, and we were just talking about how we would have never gone through, uh, what we had to, and, and the mental journey, because it really is like 99% mental. We would not have gone through that if we didn't know with certainty we would get the dream body. I think the hardest thing about losing weight is you have to look at yourself in the mirror and pretend that you— like, you have to lie to yourself that— or not lie to yourself, but you have to believe that at the end of these months and months of, you know, whatever it is, dieting or exercise or whatever, that you will have the dream body. And there's going to be so many days where you step on the scale and the number will not go down. Maybe it'll go up and you have to persist. And this goes into everything in life. Like, there were so many days I posted on TikTok and my videos got no views and I still posted. There were days where I was dating a guy and he was like, do you actually believe in this stuff? Like, this is ridiculous. And he was— he went to Harvard and I felt like I'm the stupidest girl alive. And I'm like, well, you know, but I kept posting and persistence endurance are the two traits you need to accomplish anything, to be successful at losing weight, making money, anything. And when you— going back to the lottery ticket example I said in the beginning— when you know with certainty that something will happen, you're much more likely to withstand anything to get to the end goal. And so when it comes to weight loss, it's a lot more exciting to diet, exercise, be in flow when you know, okay, I trust truly that I will have the dream body. I almost taste it. Like, I can almost feel like I'm already in it because I'm buying bikinis in the size that I want. I'm already planning the outfits I'm going to wear to European summer. I'm already doing all these things. And so it's acting ahead of the evidence of your circumstances that helped me. Um, and Uh, you know, a lot of it was honestly really— it wasn't even that much like diet and exercise. The majority of my weight that I lost was because of a calling I felt last summer to go to Europe. And in Europe, I was walking 30,000 steps a day or whatever, and I naturally lost 10 pounds. Now, I— when I first— so, so much about manifestation is truly just hearing the universe, being super in tune with where the universe is calling you to go and what the universe is calling you to do, and trusting that even if this doesn't make sense, this is a part of the path, right? So I was on this weight loss journey and I was like, you know, I had a couple like feelings like I should go to Europe. I really want to go to Europe, but I was scared because, you know, people in Europe drink and like obviously I'm going to be eating pizza and pasta and all this. But I was like, you know, the universe would not call me to this if this wasn't meant— like, meant for me on my path in some way, shape, or form. I go to Europe, I come back, I weigh myself, I'm 10 pounds lighter. And so it's trusting not in the, like, how— how are you going to lose the weight— but trusting that it will happen. Letting go and having blind faith in the universe that it will guide you to where you want to be is the most important thing. And there are going to be days where you step on the scale, and I want you to tell yourself, like, I do not give this scale the power to determine my destiny and what my body will look like. I determine what my body will look like. And be patient, give yourself the time, and it will happen.
And of course, there's like the everything else that is involved in manifestation mixed into what you said, but like the first ingredient is finding a way to develop the certainty of like, this will happen. Because like you said, when you know that something will happen, you'd be willing to endure anything because you would get to the outcome. Like, that's what I tell people all the time with like business. It's like, if you knew that you would be a 6, 7, 8-figure business owner, then you wouldn't give a shit right now that this launch isn't going the way that you want it to, or that this is feeling hard or that blah blah blah. Like, you would just be like, all right, fuck it, I guess this is part of the path, but like, I'm gonna get there. And so I love that you touched on developing the certainty first, and then comes, you know, the aligned action, listening to the intuitive pings, following that divine guidance, going to Europe if you feel called, because that was obviously part of what was, you know, in the ingredients list for you. But you would have never thought like, how do I lose 10 pounds? Go to Europe, question mark. Like, that doesn't make any sense. But at the same time, like, I'm sure you were like embodying the version of yourself that would have a healthy body, which means you were taking care of yourself. You were probably drinking water. You were, you know, focused on movement. You were nourishing yourself with healthy foods. Like, all of this is, you know, that's like the holistic approach of manifesting anything. But the certainty is is like, that changes the game. And I think that's, like you said, the hardest part for so many people is developing the certainty. And I think it's normal if you like waver in that sometimes, or if certain things come up where you feel like, you know, your certainty is being like questioned, or you're like, man, like, is this really my path? Like, is it going to happen? But it's— it's— so it's not about like never wavering, but it's like always coming back to the truth and finding a way to get your energy back to a place feeling inspired, feeling certain, uh, feeling on track, like feeling like you can do it 100%. What has this looked like for you in, in business? And can you share, because you mentioned like you started kind of like posting, obviously like you went super viral, but like was that your intention? Like how did your business actually take off and were you certain that it was going to work? Like what did that look like?
Yeah, oh my gosh. So I, I felt— again, I just trust the universe. I really view the, the universe as like my guidance, my— I don't know, like I just feel so led by the universe. I felt a calling to get into tarot, which by the way, I was like super like non— not to say non-spiritual, but I wasn't like, you know, like the most woo-woo girl like at first. And I felt this just really instant calling when I was going through like a breakup to get into tarot to like heal and understand myself. And like, res— you know, I was just like super resonating with tarot at the time. Um, every pick a card reading on YouTube that I watched was like on point, and I was like, okay, there's clearly something here. So I felt super called to like learn the tarot, and like I became obsessed with it. I also have ADHD, so I tend to fall into hyperfixations often. And like, really, like, I learned the entire tarot in like literally a month, which for most people takes like a long, long time. Um, and so I became obsessed with it. It was like everything I did. I went to the dining hall, I was reading people's, uh, cards. And, um, I was like, wait, this is so it. And people started posting— was this like right before COVID I think it was like around COVID time, people were posting, um, tarot videos, and I was like, this is so fun, like, let me post one just for funsies. Like, I didn't think anything of it. I was just like, this is so cool, like, pick a card reading, whichever pile you get is your reading. And, um, yeah, I posted a series of 3. It was like, whichever one you see is the one that's meant for you. And one of them got like a million views, and I like set my phone down. Like, I didn't think anything of this. It was like, I think maybe a Friday night, and we were in the dorm rooms and we were like getting really drunk. And I like set my phone down, I'm like out pre-gaming with people, and then I come back into the room, I check my phone, and it's like at 500,000— or maybe it was like 50,000, I don't know— views. And I was like, guys, what? And in that moment, I knew my life changed forever. Like, you know when you know, like, you just, you know, like in that moment your destiny took a turn. I knew in that moment, like, my life would never be the same. I knew I wouldn't be a teacher. I, like, I just felt like a download coming to me, and it was like, you are meant to do this, and I'm confirming that belief with you right now. And it was crazy because I never thought that I would be, like, a tarot reader or, you know, a mindset coach or anything like that, um, even though it was something very ingrained in me my whole life. But but yeah, so that started.
And so did you just keep posting after that and like kept like going viral? Like, and it just kind of like went from there and then you like built your courses and stuff? Like, we're like on the edge of our seats, we're like, wait, and then what?
Okay, so then, um, when this happened, I— yeah, I was like, yeah, let me keep doing this, let's see what happens. And I like— pretty much every video I posted after that like kept topping the last. So I think the first video I posted got like a million, then a couple videos like did like okay, and then another video got like 4 million and I was like, oh my God, which like at the time I was like, this is crazy. And I remember, um, yes, I just kept posting, kept posting. Some didn't do as well, but some like would pop off completely like 5 million and whatever. And I remember when it hit me that this was so real was when people from like home or like from college would text me and be like, are you this girl like on my FYP right now? And I'm like, wait. And people on campus would be like, oh my God, I saw you on TikTok. And I was like, oh my God, like this is so crazy. Nothing I think will ever beat the high of like the dopamine that hit me the first time I went viral though. Like that was, I do think part of the reason my ADHD is so intense sense today is because I'm constantly chasing that like dopamine high that I felt. Um, but anyway, that's a story for another time. But, um, so kept posting. I started getting DMs from people being like, I want you to read my cards, like I'll pay anything, like can I get a reading? So I did, um, one-on-one readings for a bit, um, super bootleg, like through Instagram DM. Like I don't even know what I was doing. I, I didn't know like anything and I was so scared because I was like, I don't know if this is legal or what I'm doing or like anything. But I— one thing about me is, and I credit this to a lot of my success, is I just— I don't think, I act. And that's an ADHD symptom, but it's benefited me in life. I'm very impulsive. Like, if I think of an idea and I don't act on it immediately, like, it's never gonna happen. So it's now or never, you know. So I like posting that video was an impulsive decision. Um, starting my tarot business was impulsive. Um, and then eventually I teetered more into affirmations because I became obsessed with affirmations. I'd been using them forever. I'd been scripting. Um, and so I started posting affirmation videos, which went even more viral than my TikToks— or sorry, my tarot videos. And I was like, oh my God, And I really resonated more with the mindset stuff, um, manifesting and that whole realm, because it felt a lot more like, uh, you know, autonomous, like you have autonomy over your destiny. And so yeah, and then people started asking me like, I want to manifest this guy, like, do you have tips? I want to manifest money, do you have tips? I want to manifest going viral, do you have tips? And I was like, all right, I keep DMing you guys the thing. Let me just put this all into a course and sell it to you and make this easy. So yeah, um, then I released—
that's how Manifest Magic was born.
Yeah. So I— and by the way, I— the first iteration of Manifest Magic, I filmed in a day. That's it. Like, I just like, okay, let's do it. Filmed it in a day. Um, and essentially that one decision, that one a day. I did refilm it after in a weekend. I refilmed the, like, a much better version of the course. And since then, I just, like, consistently add more content. But literally, that one weekend of filming of just pure, like, Source speaking to me has generated me 7 figures in my business.
Yeah, I know. That's crazy. That, that course was, like, divinely guided for you because it's, like, so— and I'm sure you felt like— I mean, to record an entire thing like that in one day, like, obviously you were channeling, you know? Like, you get in, you get into that state where you're just like, whoa, like, all the words are coming out and you're just like, fuck yeah. Like, and, and that's like the energy I think that you bring. Like, you— I don't know if you like, like, see yourself this way, but like, you definitely are a channel. And like, you channel— I feel like all of your podcast episodes are like channeled messages. Like, you are a channel. And that's why people resonate with your stuff so, so deeply, because it— you can feel the energy of it. Like when you speak, it's impossible not to feel the weight of the words and to actually like have a visceral, like physical reaction in your body. And people love that experience of being so deeply inspired, motivated, pushed into action. Like seeing how deeply you believe in yourself inspires them to believe in themselves. It's like like it's contagious, and it's the best kind of contagion that you could ever bring to the world, which is like my belief, my power, my essence is infecting you with something that makes you feel like you can conquer anything. And like, so you get well compensated for that, you know? It's like a beautiful, beautiful gift that you've been blessed with, for sure. And I think like the 88—
Sam is the best coach, guys.
Well, and I think the ADHD stuff is like part of your magic, but I know it's obviously also a challenge because, um, when we were working together, I know there were certain times where you're just like, fuck, like, like there's things that I like want to do, or like the organization, or like being on time for things, or like there's certain stuff that is a challenge with that. But there's so many gifts that come with it, and like your, you know, your impulses and your ability to like focus on things and you're so smart and you like learn so quickly and like you just, you know, you absorb knowledge and then like it's like inside of you, it's just part of you. Like you embody like really fast things that you learn. So yeah, there's obviously so many upsides to it, but I'd love if you could speak a little bit to, um, some of the challenges of running a business with ADHD and maybe even like leadership. I know was another challenge that we talked about in Top Tier of— as you were starting to expand your team and navigate training people and trusting people, like, what are some of those challenges that you faced in business?
Wow. Yeah, I feel like this isn't even talked about so often because in a lot of ways ADHD is such a blessing in my life. Like, truly, I've always viewed it as a blessing, um, because again, like, it does— like, that hyperfixation, that, like, all-consuming, like, this is— like, I will either make this happen or die trying, like, mindset is something that I really feel like if you don't have ADHD, you can only ever experience with drugs. Like, it is so intense. Like, I love it, but when you don't have that and you're not in a hyperfixation, it is like such a low, you know. I think, and on like a psychological level, it really is like a spike in dopamine and then a deep, deep decline, and you're always like chasing that high. And in a lot of ways, I think when you're a business owner, you you need some nervous system regulation to operate a business and, you know, be able to make executive decisions. Um, and that's been a struggle for me. I think timeliness, scheduling things, not my strong suit. I like— even this podcast, like, I can only ever really schedule things maybe 2 days in advance, like, and that's just the way I operate. And so any, like, calls or things I have to do, like, I just decide like 2 days before, like, okay, we're gonna do it, you know. And that's difficult because not everyone operates that way, but I've been able to like mold my business to work really well with my ADHD. Like, having passive income is very ADHD supportive because I don't have to be on calls all the time, um, be on all the time. It's like you get the course out when you're in that hyperfixated state, and then you reap the benefits bits for years to come. So I would recommend if any ADHD entrepreneurs are watching, like, you know, consider how you can create offers that are supportive to your ADHD. Otherwise, I just don't, you know, like, I don't even know how I'd be able to operate a business. Um, being a leader is difficult for me because, and I— maybe this is like an empath thing more than it is an ADHD thing— I really struggle with confrontation. And so The truth is, like, you know, you have to learn how to hire slow and fire fast. And when there's a lot of emotions attached to things, that can be really difficult. And I think also coming from, like, the immigrant mindset and, you know, the, the background I come from, like, I, I really— it, it almost feels wrong asking someone to do something for me. Like, that was a mental adjustment I had to make where it's like, oh, you're not my boss, I'm your boss. 'Boss, that's interesting,' you know. Um, and feeling worthy of that position and feeling like it's, you know, mutually— I don't know, it's just a very— like, no one even talks about how hard it is to, like, mentally withstand being a boss, because in a way you have to be very much in your masculine and you have to be very, like, detached from emotions in a lot of ways. And that can be really difficult. Um, but I think like in terms of being an entrepreneur with ADHD, what I've learned is that like you really have to capitalize on the days where you're zoned in. And, um, you have to listen to the callings from the universe because that's going to be the, the guidance that you have. And, um, and if you don't, you know, hop on the train when it's there, you're gonna miss it. So, you know, you have to learn how to adjust to that.
Yeah, like lean on your impulses when you get one of those, like, pings, and it's like, I feel so inspired about this right now, this is exciting me, like, just go with it. Like, do it, put it out there, film the thing. Like, get like, like following that, like, inspiration and taking the action. I love that. And yeah, I think, you know, with leadership, it's like there's the masculine element of being able to make decisions for the business, like apart from, you know, the humans that are operating the business. But there's also like the feminine element that we can bring to that, which is like, man, like this is a really hard decision, or I have to let this person go, or this isn't a good fit for us anymore, or, um, you know, this client relationship isn't working, or we have to cancel this contract, like hard stuff like that where you do have to make those decisions and not make it personal. But you get the opportunity to bring feminine leadership to the table where you can still, you know, treat people as humans, have the conversation with an open heart, approach those things with loving kindness, and also, you know, the firm boundary of like, this is what has to happen in order for my business to stay healthy and be progressing. And it is fucking hard. Like, I think that's one of the hardest parts about, you know, growing in your business journey is developing those skills of, of leadership. So I love that you're like honest about that because I think a lot of people assume, you know, when you get to a certain level of success or, you know, you have people working for you, like, oh, it just must be like so much fun and like it's so easy to just like have these assistants and it's like, no, like not all of us were like made to be bosses or like managers, and it's just a whole other like element of business that is so often like overlooked. And to be honest, at the start of your business, you don't really have to fucking worry about it, so you don't really think about it at all. Yeah, until it's like happening, and then you're like, oh my God, like wait, I didn't even like think that this was like part of like what I needed to do.
Yeah, it's like you you're gonna wear so many hats. Like, on top of being a manager, on top of being, uh, you know, whatever, you have to also do finances and taxes and, you know, client— it's just, it's so many hats to wear that you didn't per se sign up for, but that you discovered down the road. Like, and that really does determine at the end of the day who's going to be a 6-figure entrepreneur versus 7-figure entrepreneur and so on and so forth.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Just like like being— embracing the challenge and being like, okay, well, you know, how do we— how do we navigate this? Like, I guess I'm ready to become the person that would be able to handle this, or that, you know, we're expanding our capacity all the time in business of how much we can hold. You know, how many conversations can we hold? How many people's energy can we hold? How much volume can we hold in our business? How much money can we hold? It— there's a lot about capacity when it comes to growing and expanding your business. Okay, before we end, like, I— we have to talk about some of your, like, top methods for manifesting, because people would kill me if we like did this episode and we like didn't do that. So some of your most viral content is about like manifesting love relationships, getting them to be obsessed with you, like getting him to chase you. So let's talk about like the energetics of operating at this frequency and what are some of your favorite methods. Maybe you can give us like, give, give the listeners like 2, 2 solid methods that they can walk away with like Hot High Priestess signature?
Oh yeah, okay. So I would say honestly, for whatever reason, and I just— I don't know why, but the whisper method has always worked for me. I have manifested really crazy scholarships and, and like financial aid with that, um, method. I've manifested texts from guys that I hadn't heard from in like 3 years. Like the whisper method, I don't know if it's because you're like so like into the visualization or Like, I don't know what it is, but I swear it's like connected to the spirit realm or something because it just works. So the whisper method is basically where you close your eyes and you envision a specific person. This could be, you know, your boss or your crush or whoever, um, doing whatever they're doing about their day. And you want to envision yourself walking up to them and whispering in their ear 3 times what it is you want them to do for you.. So whether it's like, you know, send me this amount of money or like text me or call me, whatever, whisper in their ear 3 times, you're going to kiss their forehead and walk away in the vision. And what I like to do is I like to envision them doing the thing as I'm walking away, doing the thing that I want them to do. So when I manifested that scholarship, I like envisioned the like financial aid officer like hitting accept on my name or like whatever, whatever you want to envision. And just like really feel yourself into this scene and accept it as done once you walk away. Like, it's, it's a done deal. It's 100% certain. Remove all doubt and just wait. Just wait. Because if you commit to this method 100%, like, it will work. So also DM me if this works, because I love seeing the DMs.
Uh, wait, question. Okay, question, question from the, from the audience. And when you did this with the scholarship was— did you do it once? Yeah. Did you do it every day? Like, how often were you doing it?
I honestly did it once. I did it once. I remember there was like— I was like talking to my parents or something, and they were like, oh, you're not gonna get the scholarship. And I was like, wait, I can manifest it. And I like, just to prove to them, I was like, let me— I'm gonna do this crazy method. Like, I know you don't believe in it, but whatever. I close my eyes, I do the method, whatever. Um, and it worked. And you really only have to do it once, but I feel like if you— if you want you could do it like multiple times. Once is more than enough.
Cool. Okay, love it. What is your like second top one, or the one that you're like loving like right now?
I would say, um, hmm, I would honestly— I would say my I Am Simply Deciding method has been my favorite recently, where— and it's so easy— you literally just say, I'm simply deciding X is going to happen. And like you set your foot down and you're like, I am simply deciding and I use this honestly in a lot of ways to help me with the weight loss. I was like, I'm simply deciding I'm losing 10 pounds. Done. It's happening. Like, and if I said it, it's happening, and that's just how it is. And so you just keep repeating it to yourself, like, I'm simply deciding this person's gonna text me. I'm simply deciding I'm making $30K this month, $40K this month, whatever. And you just keep repeating it to yourself until you're like, this is gonna happen. Like, this is the, the plan. It's in the itinerary. Like to-do list. Like, we're just simply deciding this is happening, and you're the CEO of your life.
Yeah, I love that. I'm simply deciding. I actually say that a lot now because of you. I love that. Like, I'm simply deciding. Yeah, I, I used to use like— well, I still do, but like affirmations that are like, I love knowing, which is kind of like a similar vibe. It's like, I love knowing that I get to have everything that I want, or I love knowing that, and then insert whatever you know is going to happen. But it's like, again, to go full circle, coming back to like that element of certainty. That's what you're creating with that. It's like, I love knowing, or I've simply decided. It's like, okay, it's, it's done. We're anchoring in the certainty. Okay, and for the girlies that are like manifesting love, can you maybe explain like the love letter? Because I know that's another one that people have like loved and has really worked.
Yes. Oh my God. This, this is such a good method. Um, it's interesting because like now that I'm like low-key cuffed up, like I, I don't use the methods as much anymore. But Love Letter Method is so good. Basically, and this works really well if you have a specific person in mind, right, that you want to manifest. It really uses like law of thought transmission, self-concept. It's so powerful because when you write this letter, like you will feel like you're identity is shifting as you write this. So what it is, is you're gonna pretend that you are like your specific person. So let's say you have a crush, you're gonna pretend that you are that person, and you're gonna pretend you're them writing a love letter to yourself. So like, it would be like, dear Sarah, like, I have not stopped thinking about you since the day we first met. Like, you're the only person on my mind. Like, da da da da da. Like, you're so beautiful, you're so intelligent. Oh my God. Like you, whatever. Um, and you're gonna go in depth, like really pretend that you're them for a minute writing this letter to yourself, and view yourself as you want them to view you. And genuinely, after you do this method, what you're going to do is you're going to fold it, put it under your pillow, sleep with it for a night, reread it to yourself the next day as if you received it from them, and begin living as though you are the person that they— like, that you wrote about. Like, they see you like this. How are you gonna walk now? How are you gonna talk now? Are you gonna be as anxious now, right? So it really changes your emotional state and dynamic in the relationship, and it's so good.
I feel like it's kind of like a self-love hack because people find it hard to love on themselves when it's like me loving me. But if you can like get outside of yourself and put yourself in someone else's shoes and then, you know, be obsessed with you from their perspective. It's like you're like hacking self-love in a way. I feel like that's like partially why that method works, because you're developing the worthiness and the love inside of yourself to have the relationship of your dreams.
Yes. Yes. So it's like self-love, but sometimes it does help to think of it in that way because like exactly like you said, when it's me versus me, it's like we're going to be more critical. Um, and something I really recommend that's kind of related— I— this is one of the methods I added into my Miracle Journal was— and it's not even a method more than it is something that I just feel like is really special to do— is, um, I have you guys like text people that are close to you, like friends, family, whatever, and ask them to say like their favorite things about you and what they love about you. And then you write it down into the journal. And I feel like that is such like a good exercise because like like, yes, we want to love ourselves, but it really— it's a lot easier to do that when you're already feeling that love from everyone else. So I love doing that.
Yeah, I know a lot of people do this as like a birthday ritual where like everyone will like say what they love and what they see about, you know, the birthday person. And I've had that done for me before. It was my birthday on a retreat that I was on once, and everybody went around and like spoke like life into me about like what they loved about me, my personality, and what they saw for my business and what they knew it was possible for me. And like, damn, you like walk away from that and you're like, shit, like, I kind of am this shit. Like, it's such a— it's such a good exercise. I love that. Thank you so much, Sarah, for this conversation. Like, you are so inspiring to so many. I've loved getting to work with you and, you know, see you on your path and just watch you continue to rise in leadership and in business and do things your way that, you know, uniquely work for you.
