How to Reinvent Yourself: From Broke & Burnt Out to Half a Million Dollars in 3 Years w/ Tanya Jane
7 May 2025 · 67 min
In this Makeshift Happen podcast episode, host Samantha Daly interviews former professional dancer and Success Energetics mentor Tanya Jane. Tanya recounts her journey from moving to Los Angeles at 19 to pursue a decade‑long dance career, working on high‑profile music videos and TV shows, to feeling trapped in a cycle of hustle, sacrifice, and emotional volatility. A pivotal Saturn‑return moment and a shift toward mindset and energetics work sparked a dramatic transformation: she went from struggling to pay rent to building a multi‑six‑figure business that crossed half a million dollars in three years. Tanya explains her Success Energetics framework—upgrading thoughts, beliefs, and self‑image while cultivating energetic stamina—to sustain high‑level success without burnout. She discusses outgrowing her identity as “Tanya the dancer,” integrating past skills into a new entrepreneurial persona, and practical daily practices such as energetic hygiene, expanding timelines, and consciously choosing empowering thoughts. The conversation also includes vivid behind‑the‑scenes stories from working with celebrities, a critique of hustle culture versus intentional work, and actionable advice for listeners on how to shift identity and maintain momentum. The episode closes with promotional mentions (listener‑of‑the‑month giveaway, a sponsor segment on Instagram story selling, and Tanya’s free resources and podcast).

Oh my God, yay! I'm so excited to be here, and like, what an intro! I love that. Yay!
Okay, this is going to be fun. So you guys may have seen Tanya before. We've done some Instagram Lives together. She was in Top Tier Mastermind, um, but I'm excited to kind of go a little bit deeper and share some of Tanya's backstory with you all, because this girl's been around the block, you know. She's, she's had some, she's had some cool life experiences. She grew up in Sydney, Australia, so you'll hear her accent. But she always dreamed of moving to LA to be a professional dancer, which was a dream that she made come true, as she does, because she is one of those people that when she wants something, she goes for it and she just gets it. So at 19, you found yourself living in LA, achieving that dream of being a professional dancer, working on major sets in music videos with artists like Will Smith, Nick Jonas, Cher, Marc Anthony, J Balvin, and more. Um, but that didn't really feel like the most fulfilling version of success for you. It still felt hard. It felt like sacrifice, and it felt like struggle. So can you share a little bit about that season of living in your dream but not totally feeling like it was easy or fulfilling or peaceful?
Yeah, no, totally. I love this. So I think so much of it stemmed from like my experience of the success. Even though I was ticking all these boxes and living all these dreams, in the moment of those, of those moments when I was on stage or when I did book the job, I felt so fulfilled. I felt so good. I felt so happy. I felt so high on life. But I didn't know how to sustain that energy in the in-between. I didn't have what I call energetic stamina, or, and, and emotional intelligence to know how to handle the ups and downs of an industry, um, that has many ups and downs and many gaps. And I made those gaps in between the, in between the jobs, I made that mean I'm failing, I'm not doing good enough. If I, if I'm not booked on a job this week, then that, that's a problem. So my mindset was just absolute trash, to say the least. My mindset was just, um, in the toilet. But I like was such a high achiever. Like, I could outwork anyone. I had no issue grinding, hustling. I'll put in the hours. What do you want me to do? I'll do that, no worries. You want me to do that as well? Like, I got it. Like, I had no issue doing the work. And the reason why my experience, which ended up being a 10-year career, um, as a pro dancer in LA— the reason why my experience was such an emotional roller coaster, which created not a fun quality of life, was because of my own limiting beliefs of what I thought had to go into— what I thought I needed to sacrifice in order to succeed at that level. And a lot of this was kind of conditioning. It was kind of like things I'd picked up along the way. And when I moved to LA at 19, I remember like being told many times like get ready. Like, you're, you're gonna have to go to battle, girl. Like, get ready to fight. Get ready to fight for this job. Like, and I get it too, and I understand that terminology of like, I'm coming to LA, I'm coming where like, this is where all the big dogs are. Like, I'm gonna be in auditions with thousands of girls that look exactly like me, and they need 4 girls. Like, I will fight, I will bring it. But it kind of instilled this, this thought of like, that was who I needed to be 24/7, or else I could not hold that level of success, or I wasn't worthy of the success coming if I wasn't sacrificing and burning myself to the ground. So this just created this pattern that I lived in for so long because honestly, like, I just didn't know any better. I didn't have any other awareness around it, and I just was like, it is what it is, and I'm a bitch who's all in on the dream, so if that's what it is, then so be it. But where things started to change for me is when I was about to turn 30, I got engaged, I was now in a serious relationship, relationship. It was like that pivotal time of our lives. That Saturn return was hitting me hard, like nice little spank. Um, and I just was like invited to question a lot of things in my life. And I, for the first time, started to really question, is this the only option? Like, succeeding at that level and achieving dreams is never coming off the table. I want that to always be on the table because it makes me happy. It's what I love. Like, pursuing passion and pursuing my dreams is all I want to do, but there's got to be another way. Like, and I'm willing for the first time ever to really discover what that could look like. And that's what led me to mindset work, energetics. And as soon as I tapped into it, like, the results were just crazy. I went from struggling to pay my $800 rent to driving my brand new Mercedes in 8 weeks. I got booked on TV shows like super fast, making more money than ever before. So I applied everything I teach now and using my business. I was using all of this in my dance career and life just elevated so fast just because I changed my thoughts, just because I upgraded my self-image, just because I changed my belief system. And I was like, I have to tell everyone. Like, I was like, any hijabi, I need you to know. So that's really the journey.
It feels like, you know, how you described, because of the dance industry and acting and, you know, a lot of things like that, it's like you get a really big job and then there's, and then there's quite a lull between, or might be space between jobs. And that mirrors a lot of what people experience in entrepreneurship often, which is like there's really high highs, or like you have a launch and you crush it, and then like you go through this like lull or this dip or this low period where you're not selling as much or you don't have something to launch. And that can be really dysregulating for people, which is why I think, um, you know, the work that you do is so relevant to what we're doing now. And, and, you know, the entrepreneurs in my audience and, and your clients that want to start businesses and kind of do that, because it is such a tool and a skill to be able to hold your power in those in-between moments. And what I was hearing you say is kind of like when you were dancing and you hadn't yet shifted your mindset, it almost felt like you had to be in fighter energy all the time. Like you never— you could never drop your guard. Like, because they told you like you're gonna have to fight for everything, even when you were in those phases of in-between jobs, it was like survival mode. Like, you were not going to be okay if you didn't book the next job or you didn't have the next thing right away. So it was always kind of like waking up and feeling like you were behind or feeling like you're late and like having to like go and rush and push. And that kind of like urgency feeling that I think a lot of people carry through life regardless of what you do, of just feeling like you should be further along or you should be doing more or you should be making more money, um, because they, they don't have that like regulated embodied state, which is what you're speaking about by making these shifts to your mindset and therefore regulating your nervous system around money and, and those lulls. So it makes a lot of sense, honestly. And I love that it like parallels so beautifully. I, when you were talking, I was like, I feel like the dance thing really prepared you to crush in entrepreneurship. Yeah. You know, cuz it's like, not like, yes, like we have those dips in entrepreneurship, but it's, I feel like the dance world is probably even more cutthroat. So you're like, you're, you're perfectly prepared and sculpted and molded to like crush in entrepreneurship, which is amazing. Um, but I wanna go back a little bit to when you were in LA, your dance career. It was also like a, that was your twenties essentially, right? Was like that decade of your life was the decade when you were dancing, which is a really pivotal time in our lives. We're changing so much, we're growing, we're evolving. Um, what did you find was like you learned the most about yourself through that period? Maybe now looking back that you can kind of see yourself from that like bird's eye view of like watching how you used to operate and stuff. What, what did you most learn about yourself?
I learned, and from now looking back, and even what you said of like what that season of life prepared me for in regards to my business, like so much of it was just such like the best training camp that I did not ask for, for entrepreneurship, but received. Um, what I learned from that is like you have to be all in on the vision no matter what. Like doing it for 10 years, like spending it being a decade-long career in LA doing that industry like that, like, there were so many moments that I like was so upset and so heartbroken, so disappointed, and things didn't go my way and all, all the things in between. Like, there were so many moments being homesick, like I had no family here, like hit me with every layer of—
I was gonna say, you all, you also really had to fight for that dream more than other people because you weren't in your country. Like, you had to keep getting renewals on your visa and like spending thousands of dollars to be able to stay. Like, when you're telling me about like needing to be all in on the vision, like you were all in on that vision because it was not convenient or easy at all to even just be in America, right? Let alone continuing to pursue that path.
Yeah, no, totally. And honestly, even though it was so hard being on a visa and being in a foreign country, and also the way that the visa is structured for dance and like to work as a pro dancer here, you're not able to work a normal job. So I wasn't able to work at a restaurant, I couldn't bartend. I couldn't do anything literally but dance. So it, it was stressful and a shit ton of pressure, but it like gave me no other option, which I think it was why I succeeded so well, because I just was so tunnel vision on like, there's literally no plan B. Plan B is I move back to Australia. Like, plan B is dreams over and we're done. Like, that's it. It's either I win or I go home. So play big or go home, literally. So that was the mindset and the energy I was in from so young. And what that taught me was, A, I cultivated phenomenal staying power. Like, it will take a lot to take me out. Like, clearly it didn't really even take me out. Like, there was so much challenge and struggle and mind games and even bullshit in regards to like jobs and things that I had to navigate. Um, and even though I'd be so frustrated, I remember like having so many calls with my mom. My poor mom, like I was always so dramatic. I was so dramatic. She was the only one I could be like such a drama queen to. I'd call her and be like, it's over. Like, that's it. And then the next day be like, nevermind, booked a job. Like anyway, like I was such a drama queen. My emotions were crazy to my mom. But I remember she, when it would get like really bad and it, it was going on like Like, not only was I not booking a job in those few weeks or that month, but like, I couldn't pay my rent, and it was just like, you know, so much stress. And she would always be like, 'Do you want to come home? Like, you can come home and live a great life here.' Like, and she wasn't coming at me in a way of like, 'Give up,' but she was just kind of like— I don't think she realized she was doing this, but she was. Every time she would say that, it would put it into perspective, and I got to recommit again. Because every time she'd say that, I'd be like, I'm not fucking coming home. What are you talking about? Like, I'm not leaving. You're not getting me. But in that moment, I was like, no, bitch. Like, no, I'm staying here. So I would have to like keep recommitting, and it cultivated this level of personal power, which I speak a lot in my containers on. Because when things are working and when like you're signing the clients, the sales are rolling in, like your Instagram's popping off, like fucking awesome, great. But who are you when it's not working? And how can you lead yourself through those moments when it's not working? And how do you keep showing up online or showing up for your clients when sales aren't coming. Like, and it cultivated this level of personal power that whether outside of me is skyrocketing or in a challenging season or neutral, I got me, and I will show up and be able to lead myself because I'm— I know where I'm going, and I'm able to decide on that because of the experience and what I learned from the dance industry.
I also feel like with your mom's like saying, you know, you could always come home and like live a great life here, it's reminding you that like there is, even though it's not the safety that you wanted, like there is safety. Like when things feel like life or death, it's almost like you go to the worst case scenario and you're like, and technically I would be fine, but because I know that I could be fine but I don't want that version of fine, then I guess I'll just stay here and like figure it the fuck out, right? And I feel like we have to do that a lot in our lives of recommitting to our dreams, of, you know, we make our brain is wired to make everything out to be the worst case scenario. And to feel like it's like life or death. And then you realize, if I actually take myself to the worst-case scenario, I probably wouldn't even die. I might actually learn something, or I'd figure it out, or I'd still be safe, or I'd still be okay, or I'd have someone that could help me, or I'd be resourceful. And I think that really helps us, like you said, recommit to the vision, because you're like, hey, like, I got my own back, right? To me, that's like the essence of having the self-trust and the self-belief to continue to push forward through when it's hard, is like, even if this were to go to shit, like, I know that I would be essentially okay. I'd be able to figure it out. Like I would, I would know what the next step is. And so then you can go, okay, so I'm, I'm not gonna die, so I can just keep going. Let's recommit, right? And then you kind of light that fire again. Um, but you spoke about, you know, obviously all the times being like super dramatic with your mom over the phone of like when things are going wrong. Can you share with us any crazy stories that you have from Hollywood, working with celebrities, being on set, like anything wild that you experienced during your 10 years in LA?
Let me get my list. There was many. Let me get my list. Um, okay, so I think what people— obviously I think everyone can understand or kind of gather it's not as glamorous as it looks on TV, and especially on TV shows. Most of the time when you're a dancer on a TV show, whether you're dancing behind an artist or you're like a resident dancer on like a show, so you're doing every episode, there is like no time to do anything. And most of the time you're being thrown up there, filmed on live TV, literally maybe not have even finished the number, don't even know what the end of the track sounds like. And you're just like, you just gotta like wish for the best. Like, TV is fucking crazy. Like, it's like you defy the odds on a daily basis when you're like in that zone because it's just the way that— I don't know why it's like that. It's The timeline to shoot the show is so small, um, so short. So they, everything's so rushed and there's so many departments. So it's like if we're filming a new episode on a Monday, we need to rehearse at least 3 days before and there needs to be wardrobe and we also need the music, but the episode we just did hasn't aired yet, so it's being edited. So everyone's like behind. So we're in rehearsals, but no one's got the music yet and the wardrobe hasn't been done yet. So by the time we're like ready to film, we're like just hearing the music and then we're on stage and we're filming and we're moving on to the next. So I mean, those are situations that you just get used to, honestly. You're just like, yes, just an average Monday. Like, I don't know what I'm doing. And it builds confidence and certainty in yourself like no other. Like you're able to just be like, like, I think that's why I'm able to wing it so many times when I'm doing an IG Live or teaching or a podcast, I'm like, something good's gonna happen. Let's just, let's go with it. Cuz I've like, I'm used to being in that kind of a dynamic. But that is something that used to happen all the time, which is just kind of like a backstory of like the experience that it is. Um, but some fun stories is, uh, I was sharing with you guys at the immersion that one of my favorite celebrities—
you guys, we were like pulling the tea out of Dottie.
We were like, The girls were going, we, we like got deep.
The girls were going around the table like, wait, what about this person? What about this person?
Okay.
So I have something I think you're really going to love and your business is going to love it even more. Do you want to steal the strategy I've been using to seduce premium buyers and sell out my offers on Instagram stories? Sold Out Stories is going to teach you exactly how to change that so that you can sell out any offer at any price point. Sharing client wins as soon as they drop in instead of strategically weaving them into a story selling sequence designed to drive demand and convert sales. I know many of those— no, seriously, that was so fun. Many of those secrets will stay in that boardroom. And then, but some of the ones that I'll share is like, one of my favorite celebrities that I got to work with was Will Smith, and he was just so incredibly kind and so nice and introduced himself to all of us with a handshake, introducing himself with his name. He's like, what's your name? I'm Will. It's like, duh, I know, like, I know who you are. Um, he was just such a great, uh, artist to work for. And then a crazy story that I got to experience was only a few years ago, actually. It was like one of the last big dance jobs I did. Um, before I really just retired, hung up the shoes. Um, and it was, I was flown to Italy for a weekend. To perform at Charlotte Tilbury's 50th birthday with Empire of the Sun. And we were like a surprise for her birthday. And we were literally in like this castle on the side of like Sicily hillside with all these celebrities. And we performed and at her birthday. And it was, I was literally in Italy for 3 days. Like it was a crazy whirlwind, but it was one of those moments of like, how the hell is this my life? Like, why am I, where am I? I'm in this castle. I'm in this gown. I'm like at this thing. And then 48 hours later, I'm back in LA at my house. Like, so just like really crazy wild moments like that would happen quite often. Mm.
So, so good. Oh my gosh. I know we'll have to keep some of the secrets guarded for you guys. We can't, we can't break the NDAs, but it's so fun hearing your stories of, of what feels like a different life, you know? Like, I think dance is still so much a part of who you are. Obviously, it's something that you don't lose. Like, even me, like growing up dancing as a kid, like, I still feel like that's such a big part of like my personality and just, I think it shapes you in a really big way. Um, so I'm sure you feel that, but let's talk about that kind of transition of like, okay, going from professional dancer, all these crazy experiences, working with celebrities, you know, really big jobs, lavish like trips and, and wild things to then, uh, moving into entrepreneurship and really deciding or realizing that you had outgrown that kind of era or that season of your life of being the you know, hustler, like professional dancer. How, how do you know when you've outgrown an era? Just for yourself, maybe your own experience, and also for other people that might be listening, because I know there's so many women— as we, we just evolve so quickly, I think, in this space. Um, the women listening to this podcast, I know, will be able to relate. A lot of times you feel a pivot coming, or you want to transition your business or your career, or even just like your life. Or, you know how I pick like my eras at the beginning of every year? I kind of decide what my era is going to be like. We're evolving so much. And I think that that can be exciting, but it can also be hard and painful and confusing. So I'd love for you to speak to that season of like outgrowing the era and how that was.
Yeah, it was brutal. It was a brutal— it was a brutal experience that I'm so grateful happened, and I'm so grateful I'm able to like share my journey with that and help other either dancers or anyone else who's come from like a career or a sport or just a life that was their life, and now they're like, I don't know if I love it anymore. And for the most part, anyone who's navigating that, you're a high achiever, and the passion for that thing, it's like the love of your life. Like, it's just like so much wrapped into your identity. Um, so for me, I was, I was dancing since I was 5. Like, every time someone would refer to me, it was Tanya the dancer. In school, I was Tanya the dancer. And then with my family, my aunt—
your AIM name was probably something to do with dance. Mine was like my Studio.
Oh my God, was it? Do you know what mine was? It's so embarrassing. Flexy sexy legs. And I know I did that when I was like 14 and no one batted an eyelid. No one was like, that's odd. Yeah, although now I'm like, what the heck?
Mine was, um, DDD princess because that was our dance studio, was like David DiMarie Dance, like DDD.
The princess of DDD. Um, no, seriously, like, it's literally your identity. It's how people know you. And also it's, it's that identity felt good for me. Like I loved being her. Like I felt sexy, I felt confident, I felt hot. I knew how to like present myself in a room. Like it was so much deeper than just like, oh, this is like a skill that I do, or this is my job. Like, this is who I am. This is what I represent. So I'm really grateful COVID happened because if I wasn't forced to like sit with myself and my feelings like everyone was, I don't know if I would have stayed still long enough to really realize how unhappy I was because there was no other dream. It was just— and I didn't even allow space for another dream to happen. So if like anyone would ask me like, oh, what's your goal? It was always the same goal. I want to book a tour, I want to do this, I want to be on that show, I want to be on this. And I don't know if I even like felt a heart connection to it anymore. It was just like a robot, robotic response that just would come out because this is all I know. Um, so I wasn't even open for something else. So when I was like forced to slow down, I started to really realize like, why do I feel so calm and so happy in a global pandemic? Like, and also being a foreigner in, in the US in that time, I couldn't get financial aid. Like and I was fine making no money for a whole year, being broke as fuck, not dancing. And I was like, that's questionable, you know? Like, am I okay? What is wrong with me? Like, why am I so happy that I don't have to work, that I don't have to go to class, that I don't have to put myself out there, that I don't have to go to an audition? Like, what is going on? Um, and I think like the jobs and performing, I think that aspect I'll always love, and that's something even now like I always cherish, but I fell out of love with the game that I needed to play to succeed in that industry. Like, I just didn't want to do those things anymore. And I think that's the first sign for anyone who has outgrown a season of life or an industry or a career. It's like the things that you once had no problem doing— like, I used to be so excited to line up for hours to get into an audition to get cut. Like, I was like, I'm just so happy to be here. Like, I can't wait. Like, I'm just so grateful. Like, that was a season. And then, you know, I eventually was like picking and choosing which auditions I wanted to go to. And then I was eventually just not going to them in hope, like being like, no, I want to be direct book. I don't want to do that. Like it eventually started to, I was unwilling less and less and less. And it was almost like anytime I'm, I've, I even with a client is like having a challenging moment or feeling sad or disappointed or frustrated, I'm always like, like you get to check in and be like, is this still worth it for me? Like, is this dream still worth me persevering through those emotions? Because obviously you're gonna have those emotions with your— when you're doing anything next level. And for the longest time it was, yeah, it's still worth it, I still want this. And then when I asked myself that question, it was like, I don't think it is. And the scariest part about that was I was— I didn't know what was next. So it just was like, if I'm not Tanya the dancer anymore, then Who the fuck am I? Like, who am I? What am I gonna do? This is all we do. Um, and I didn't really get the download or the drop-in for business until like I started the business, which was in 2022. So there was like that 2-year period that was just like floating around. Like, and I was still dancing, like I would still book jobs, but I could tell I was entering a new season. I just didn't have all the answers yet and but going through that, it's like when I was ready for that next level, when I was truly open to be like, all right, I'm ready for more, like I actually am ready for more, I've accepted that I'm moving on, that's when like I found the, the mentor. That's when I like upleveled my life, then fell in love with this, and then had the idea that I should teach this, and then just kind of snowboard from that. Um, but ultimately What I know now about that experience is outgrowing a dream is only making space for a new one. Even though it's an ending of something you love, an ending of an identity, it really is who you were in that identity— the skills, the talent, the, the jobs, the expertise, the experience— it's not ended there. Like, so much of that life is why I'm a really good mentor, and it is what I bring to the table in my business.. And when I started my business, I actually tried to separate that. I was like, Tanya the dancer is dead. Like, leave her out of this. Like, she's gone. And then I was like, that made me feel like shit. I was like, I have no confidence. I'm starting from scratch. Um, I don't know what I'm doing. And I was like, that's such a lie. Like, why don't I use my decade-long career as like a leg up and bring that knowledge to my business and make it my edge? And, uh, that is like what I share with anyone going through this season, is that even though it's, it's a closing of a door or a closing of a chapter, everything you learned there truly prepared you for this next season, and it's just about to get better.
Yeah, it's like the cliché saying of like, you're not starting from zero, you're starting from experience.
Exactly.
And really trusting like the evolution of your path. And then it wasn't— even if it— these two things seem so unrelated, like they're not random. Like obviously you were meant to do that for a reason, get tired of it for a reason, have the new thing revealed to you for a reason. Like that you can always kind of connect those dots. Sometimes it's easier looking back than when you're in the moment of being like, what the fuck? This is like so unrelated, or like, who am I to do this? But then you kind of go, oh no, like, that was really preparing me for that. And this, this was just part of that kind of like divine path. So I want to talk about the principles of Success Energetics because this is such a big thing that helped you shift your mindset, the way that you were seeing, um, even when you were still dancing, right? Like, looking jobs and just like letting go of that like constant feeling of like struggle and strife and having to like sacrifice and hustle for your success to actually becoming more magnetic to it and being able to enjoy that journey. You've, you know, built a multi-six-figure business in under 3 years. Like, you've crossed half a million. You know, you hosted your first live event in Vegas when you were in Top Tier, which is so cool. Like, you, you continue to do these cool things. We were just talking about how you completely revamped one of your signature spaces, and like, there's all these iterations and evolutions, and you've done so much in such a short time frame. Utilizing what you teach around Success Energetics. So I mean, give us the tea, like what are the secrets? What are some of those main principles that we can dive into? Like, she's like stretching, stretching out her neck, cracking her knuckles.
Oh my God, okay, I'm so excited. So this work truly changed my life, clearly. Um, and basically the principle of Success Energetics and the way that I explain Success Energetics is this is upgrading the way you think feel and see yourself. So we're upgrading the thoughts, we're upgrading the belief system, and we're upgrading the self-image. And obviously this is like Manifestation 101, but where it goes a layer deeper is we really do focus on the energetic stamina and your emotional intelligence so you can have a different experience of your journey in pursuing your success. So in those moments in between, how to actually handle, like, how you see yourself when things aren't popping off in those moments when maybe your sales aren't skyrocketing, how you're able to lead yourself through that moment still holding the energy of the million-dollar woman, the multi-million dollar woman, whatever it is that you're desiring. So this is really the work that I do, but where it stemmed from is my realization of— and this big aha moment I had of like, why can I be the most skilled person in the room and still not book the job? Or why can I be the most talented person in the room and still not book the job? Why can I follow the strategy to a T, like I am doing the checklist, like I'm doing the damn thing, I've posted fucking 75 times today, like I'm doing it, and why does the results not get guaranteed for my hard work? Something isn't even here. And that's where I had the realization that there's something way bigger that's impacting my results. And when I started to lean into that, it started to uncover how much my identity, my energy, how I see myself, the internal narrative that I'm telling myself every fucking day, how much that is actually creating all, all of my results. And the doing and the action and the tasks that I do are just the cherry on top. When it's infused in this energy of, I know who I am, I know what I bring to the table, I know what this offer is, I know you want it, and then I go out and sell from that energy, I'm going to get a very different result than sitting in my office when nobody's watching, being like, does anyone care? My algorithms suck. Like, nothing's working. No one's opening my emails. Let me do an IG Live because I'm stressed. Like, that is not going to get you a very good result. Like, you know, and, and you know what, here's the thing, it's like with hustle, because I lived in that energy for a very long time, you will get results if you hustle your ass off and burn yourself to the ground. You're going to get a result, but who you are when you're experiencing that result is going to be someone who's frantic, anxiety-filled, stressed. And that means that level of success that you have worked so hard for is no longer sustainable or likely repeatable, because you will either throw in the towel and be like— and this is what you hear people do all the time— that, that career wasn't worth it, the money's not worth it, it's not worth it for me anymore. It's like, well, the way you're pursuing success, I agree. Like, the way you're sacrificing your happiness, the way you're burning yourself to the ground your limiting beliefs, which is making you feel like if you don't do XYZ, you're not worthy of the money, or you're not worthy of the business or the clients or whatever it is, is burning you out. So this is where I started to really lean into this more and study it for myself and apply it to my life. And it is really about changing who you are on an— from an identity piece to make the level of success that you desire the standard. So I say all the time, like, mindset work and energetics work and this work of like waking up, recommitting to the vision, drowning yourself in podcasts, mentor modules, whatever it is— like, don't do that just because you're in the zone for a month, or you're like, I have a launch, so let me just really revamp, like, vamp myself up. Like, this shit is the lifestyle because the results you want gets to be a standard. That you expect as an average day in your life. But in order for you to experience that kind of effortless flow of money coming in, clients coming in, there's a level of you that's required to hold that. And you have to become that version of you who can think on that level, be on that level, feel on that level, see yourself on that level, and hold that level of identity whether your external reality is popping off or not. Um, and that's really success energy.
Mm. So, so good. Okay, so what are some things that we can do to start to shift? Like anything that you might recommend to anyone who's listening who's like, okay, fuck yeah, I'm fired up. Like I wanna step into my new identity. Like what should I do now? What's the first thing? Like, is there anything I can do on a daily basis that will like really get me starting to feel into that new identity?
Yeah. So it's like, everything you hear in regards to like manifestation of like decide what you want, show up for it, build the confidence, hold the energy, and then like you manifest it. It's like yes, yes, yes. And then it's like, who, who are you every day? What energy are you bringing to your life every day? So I really bring the— what makes the biggest change is when you bring a new level of energy, certainty, confidence, abundance, happiness, bliss, all of that to your day-to-day. And that has to be like a choice. And I say to my clients, you've got to make that choice morning, noon, and night. Like, you're gonna— you have to wake up, and it's going to be so easy to let the default setting take over. And if you're, if you're new to this work, or even if you've been doing this work for a long time, like, self-development is like— I can't remember who said this, and I really wish I had the credit. I feel like it was like Jim Rohn or someone in that, in that realm. But he was like, self-development is like a shower. Like, you don't just take one and be like, clean forever. Like, this is me, just smell flawless for the rest of my life. Like, you gotta take showers daily. Like, you've got to like maintain your hygiene. And it's like energetic hygiene, you hear people speak like that. Same thing with your self-development, with your energetics. Especially if you have a big goal, especially if you're pursuing a dream, there are going to be limiting beliefs, there are going to be fears, there are going to be doubts. Doubts, they're coming for you. Like they're coming, brace yourself. But it's like, like I say this all the time because I love making that shit no big deal. It's like, duh, of course I'm scared. Duh, of course I'm doubting myself. I'm trying to do something at a level that I've never been at before in a way that I've never done it before. It would be weird if I was just like, hm, that was easy. If I felt like that, I'd be like, I'm not playing big enough. So what's the next level? Because there's no stretch here. There's no growth here. So what I will say for anyone who's really ready to go all in on like that 10x life, business, and bank account, you ready to upgrade it all, is like really get clear on who you are and how you live your life in micro moments. Like how are you, and not just when you're selling and not just when you're creating, but like at the end of the day, are you able to relax and watch TV or are you like the mind chatter's going on and be like, I should be doing more, baby, I should be doing that. Am I, is my real like, like all of that shit. You're not doing that when you're at 7 figures or multi-7 figures, or you don't want to be. You know, like, I'm sure there's plenty of people at all levels of success, but the point is you want your next level because you feel like there's going to be a sense of certainty, calm energy, this like, ah, I done it, at that level. And that only comes when you just— when you change who you are on the journey there. So when you actually get there, you're that version of you who can sustain that level of success. So I would say get clear on that and about being in that energy on a daily basis. And then know the fear, doubt, and limiting beliefs are coming for you. Get in— hi, the mentor— get in the containers, set yourself up with the support to slay that shit quick and fast and keep moving. Don't make it a big deal. Of course you're scared, we all are. Like, join the club, it's all good, you're gonna be fine. Um, slay that shit, move on. Um, I always say like, fear, doubt, limiting beliefs, they're going to be in the car with you the entire journey. Just don't let them in the driver's seat. Like, don't let them in the driver's seat blasting heavy metal music. Like, put them in the back— unless you like heavy metal music, then totally. Then, you know, don't let them be leading the car. Don't let them be leading your life. You want to be the leading energy of that. They're going to be there, they're going to pop up, but can you still lead yourself in the energy as the identity of who you want to be? And then the last thing I'll say is is don't accept every thought that comes into your mind as truth. Like, you're gonna have so many thoughts a day, and it's almost like when you're looking at the sky, the clouds are going by. Like, there's, there's clouds going by. You can be like, oh, there's a cloud blocking the sun, it's over. Or you can be like, and the cloud's gonna keep moving. Or, you know, I'm just gonna wait a few minutes until that cloud moves and the next cloud's gonna come, or it'll clear up. The thoughts that you're thinking they're not you, they're not truth, they're not real unless you grab that thought and you now assign that meaning as that is true for me. So a thought coming in around you can't do this, or it's not working, or you should be further ahead, or blah blah blah, feel that it may come in but be like, next, fucking next, I don't have time for that shit, bye. Like, and it's not that you don't have time, but it's like we don't have time to get in our heads because we don't want to. It. Like, you don't want to be in your head, so stop being like a god of your mind.

Yeah, I remember us speaking about this at the immersion, and I was just kind of saying how for me, obviously doubt and imposter syndrome and fear and things like still come up, as they should, like you're saying, at every new level. It would be weird if you didn't feel like a little bit uncertain. It's a, it's a totally uncertain territory when you're going to do something new, when you are stepping into a new level, when you're exploring something that you've never, never done before, creating a new type of offer that you've never sold before, uh, speaking on a stage if you've never done that before. Like, all these things, it would be weird if you didn't have a hang-up or a fear or an uncertainty around it. And I think the main thing is, like, first understanding that that's part of— for me, like, I always say imposter syndrome is a sign of growth. It's a sign that you are willing to go and push past the edge of your comfort zone and dance with fear, doubt, and uncertainty, but you just keep going anyways, right? Instead of letting it stop you in your tracks and be like, oh no, maybe I'm not qualified for this, maybe it means that I shouldn't do this, you go, oh, this actually means like I'm pushing myself, I'm meeting the edge of my comfort zone, like fuck, okay, but like I'm gonna do it anyway and see what happens. And it's exactly what you spoke about, like how I was saying to you guys, like the— if you stop entertaining the thoughts, they don't go as far. So it's like a rabbit you know, like the thought comes across that's like, oh my gosh, no one's gonna buy this, or you're, you're gonna fuck up. Like, you don't, you don't know how to speak on a corporate stage. Like, you can't do that. I felt that a lot when I like got asked to speak at Abercrombie Fitch. I was like, oh my God, I quit corporate. Like, what is the message?
Like, I don't know how to talk to these people. Like, I, I'm like, I don't know your experience, your life.
Like, I literally had one corporate internship and like, bye, I'm moving to Spain, I can't do this. Um, so I was like, oh my gosh, like, why, why me? Like, am I the right person for this? Those things are going to come up, but you just— it— if you, like you said, next, and kind of like move on, shift your focus, what you focus on becomes your reality, right? And so when you grab onto that thought and you go, oh my God, fuck, I am gonna be like bad at this, they are gonna think I'm an imposter, this is not gonna go well, then a new thought opens up, and you entertain that thought, and it drops open a new thought, and you go deeper and deeper and deeper down that rabbit hole. And then before you know it, you feel like that's your truth. So, um, totally agree with you on that. I feel like that's such an underrated hack, and I think people make it harder than it has to be. They're like, but how? Like, just fucking do it. Just shift your focus. Think about something else. Like, move the fuck on. Like, tell yourself— be like, I forgive myself for thinking this, like, shitty thought. I don't actually choose to believe that. I'm not choosing to engage. I choose to believe or think that whatever, like, choose the thoughts that you want to perpetuate and kind of like move into it. But what I'm hearing you speak about mostly is the fact that it's not just the big moments, it's not just those acceleration moments where you're like, okay, I'm gearing up for this big thing, gotta like be my best self now. It's, it's really like the mundane, like you were saying, the in-between moments, like who are you when no one's watching kind of energy. Like when you wake up every day What is the energy that you're jumping out of bed with? What are you doing in the morning? Like, how are you leading yourself through the day when you have a really busy day or something like a fire that you have to put out in your business or something irritating is happening behind the scenes? You have personal life stuff going on. How are you leading yourself through that and really being the embodiment of that next level identity? And like you said, it's a choice that you have to make over and over and over and over again. There's nothing that we can do just right now to be like, this is my identity, because you have to choose that identity over and over and over again until it's like natural, and then it's like breathing and you don't even think about it anymore.
Yeah, no, totally. And that is like something that I'm so passionate about helping high achieving women do and master and succeed at, is really figuring out how to embrace and create that quality of life, that dream quality of life, no matter where you're at. Um, like even when I first started my business, when I was going in 2022 from zero to six figures in my first year, like, I was living the life that I wanted. I was like in my apartment complex at the time in that hot tub all day long. Like, I even joked that I like built my six-figure business from a hot tub because I was like, I don't want to keep sacrificing. I've done that. I've been there. I've done that. And I know, sure, it works, but I also know, because I'd been playing with these energies for a while, I also know there's a better way that works way faster and gives me way better results if I am actually in a good place with myself on a day-to-day basis. If I'm able to maintain, like, my new default setting energetically is on a way higher frequency, I'm going to be a match to way bigger opportunities way more of the time, just as a setting of an expectation, a standard of how I live my life. And it's not just about, like, hitting the next milestone or getting a next successful launch or, or having one good year or one good month, like. And when you're focused on life in that way, you, you may get great results, but at what cost? Like, that's where you start— the burnout kicks in, and you eventually have to take your foot off the gas because you're mentally fatigued. You're like at that point where you're like, I— it's too much to hold now. And I don't want that for you. I don't want that for anyone. Like, we don't— when there, when there's, when there is a better way, we get to have the extraordinary success and have an extraordinary quality of life. But in order for that to happen, we have to start operating under a different set of rules. And rules that we've been programmed and conditioned of, like, you know, do this and then do that, and you play this, like, logical game, and you climb this ladder personally for yourself, and you have everything attached to your worth. And unless you're exhausted by the end of the day, then did you even do anything today? Like, all this shit. So we've got to start unsubscribing from that. And I, like, say all the time, I unsubscribe from the hustle. And what that means for me is it's not that I don't work. Like, I work a lot. I, I— you can't stop me from talking. I was saying this to you right before we started. I was like, you can't stop me from talking about my offers even if you try. Like, I am obsessed with this shit, and I love what I do so much. I want to work, I want to show up, I want to create, I want to teach, I want to sell, I want to do all this stuff, and I do it. But I work very intentionally versus hustling. And for me, what concept means is hustling to prove a point, hustling to receive validation, has a— it reeks of desperate energy. It reeks of you not feeling good enough from the get-go. From the soon as you started the race, you already don't feel like you should be in that room. And that's going to be a hard race to run when you're already half-gassed when you start. And that is what hustle felt like for me in my dance career. And knowing that, it's fascinating that I booked anything and had a successful career when I knew how I was operating. But I would go in pockets with this, like I would live like that and feel like that until I got fed up with that. And it was almost like I could see when I was dancing the cycle. It would be like hustle, hustle, hustle, push. I'm not doing enough. My self-worth was low, so I was trying to overcompensate by doing more, taking more action. I would eventually get myself to this point of burnout. And I would be like, it's not working. I don't know what else to do. I'm just gonna take a break for a second. I just need to like pause. I would slow down. I would prioritize my joy. And then an opportunity would come in and then I would book a job and it'd be on a high and it's like, yes. And then I would prepare for the downfall and this cycle just kept going. So that was my career in hustling and then intentional work and holding this new standard of how I lead and live my life, in between enjoying my evenings with my husband, enjoying my mornings, um, when sales are flying in or not. I know where I'm going. I know what I bring to the table. I'm not questioning or second-guessing myself every 2 seconds. And that takes work, that takes a choice every day, that takes making this shit a lifestyle, that takes being unavailable for the thoughts. Like, I feel them I see them, they come at me. I mean, you were my mentor last year, like, they were there, you know? Like, it's not like I don't feel that, but I'm so unavailable. Like, I— my tolerance for it is so low. I'm like, I don't want to feel like that. So I will strengthen myself energetically to be like, I feel that, but it can't take me out anymore. It can't sting. I just taps and I flick it off like a fly.
That's Yeah, yeah. And I think that's honestly the, the key is, yeah, it doesn't matter if it's coming up for you, whatever it's— a fear, limiting belief, doubt, uncertainty, imposter syndrome, any of the things that everyone always complains about and feels like is the reason that they're not as successful as they want to be or as they could be or as they should be. And I really think that it's as simple as that. Like, it does not matter if those things are showing up for you. What matters is what you do next. What matters is like the meaning that you assign to that and the action that you choose to take after that. Like, do you let it take you out, or do you decide that that's not your story and you take an action that's a direct contradiction to that? It's that simple. Like, and I think people allow themselves to get too far into the victimhood of— also, you know, I was just talking about this with a friend, like the healing trap of constantly looking for things that are wrong with us or looking for things that we need to fix because we love this personal development work so much. But I think sometimes people can get really addicted to the healing in the sense that anytime a fear or a doubt or a limiting belief pops up for them, they go, oh my gosh, I just realized I have a major block around whatever, whatever. Whoa, okay, is that the story that we're going with now, that you have a major block around X and that that's why you haven't been able to succeed, or you're— it's not going faster, or your videos aren't popping off or whatever is not working. Like, I think that's also dangerous and unhelpful to chronically feel like there are more things to fix. And I think it gets perpetuated in this industry a lot by, you know, people saying like the work is never done and we're always working on ourselves, which is true, but like there's nuance to it. Do you know what I mean? And this feeling of like when people are like, if you think that you don't have a limiting belief, that's your limiting belief. Like, go find one. I don't, I don't wanna be looking for shit that's wrong with me. I don't wanna be searching for the next thing to heal. I was just saying this, this past weekend at an event with a bunch of girls. I was like, you know what's a fun belief to try on? There's nothing wrong with me and I have nothing to fix.
Like, whoa, like, give it a whirl.
Yeah, give it a whirl.
No, totally. And like, it— anytime you're catching that, it's like your self-sabotaging pattern. And people do that with what you're saying around like the healing thing. Like, that may be a pattern that when things are getting good, when they're building that momentum, when they're reaching that next level and about to pop off or are popping off or whatever phase is there— we all have these like self-sabotaging moments that we come in that is self-protection mode, and we've just got to be aware of it. And something that is really, really important when you are like just serious as fuck about the goal and like about where you're going is like you have to have the awareness of what is actually disconnecting you from your power. So if that is something that you're noticing comes up but it takes you out of the game, you're not able to like lean into that heel and keep walking and keep leading and keep making money and keep growing your business? Because you get to hold the duality of it all. You don't have to, like, you know, not heal. Like, you get to do whatever you need, but can you keep going? And what is actually disconnecting you from your power or disconnecting you from your certainty in where you're going? And one that used to happen to me, and also I see this a lot in my clients, but it was one of those things that I was like, I'm noticing Every time I do this one thing, my power just goes in the toilet, like just fucking gone. Like it's out, like I'm out for like days. Like it's just out of there. And I like kept noticing it happen. And honestly, I wasn't aware of it for like the first few years of my business. And last year I was like, I'm noticing every time I check in and add a timeline that I feel like I should be, but it's nearly the end of the year. And I said I wanted to make how much money by the end of the year? And it doesn't look like that's gonna happen. So now there's a problem. Problem. And every time I checked in with the timeline that is human-made by God knows who, that I'm looking on a calendar that means jack shit to really anything, I made that mean I'm behind, or I'm not where I need to be, or there's a problem that needs my attention. I now need to fix this problem that is not a problem. And so I realized that every time I do this, I disconnect from my power. So I stopped fucking checking in. I literally was like, I'll play with timelines if it makes me feel excited. So I'll play with like, oh, let's make— let's go for this cash goal for the month. I'll play with that if it feels exciting for me to get into the energy of what life would be at, like, at that level. If that feels fun and exciting for me to play in, I'll have at it. But as soon as, like, as soon as that pendulum goes to the other side and it's like, it's the 20th of April, Oh, where am I at? What's going on? Um, well, if I was meant to hit that goal, it's not happening yet. As soon as it goes there, I'm like—
I like the micromanaging energy.
Yes, I'm like, no, you— I lost that privilege. Like, take that off. But it's not that I don't do anything, it's that no more timelines for you. No more timelines. I expand the timeline. I'll play with a short-term timeline if it feels fun.
And I remember you— I remember you taught about this in our— in your, um, Zone of Genius session and talked here, and the girls loved it. Yeah, yes, talk about that really quickly, expanding the timeline, because that was like really helpful for a lot of the women.
It's been a game changer for the way that I hold my energy when things are going up or down or anything in between. And not just in business, like in my relationship or with life or with family, with friends. Like, life is life all the time, but me being able to hold myself at a certain level of a standard with the way that I expect things, say things, whatever, feel has been really helpful by expanding the context that I hold my life in. So my dream goal— if my dream goal is to become a 7-figure woman and that's the context I'm holding for my life, I'm not saying I need to make 7 figures by Friday. And that would be the equivalent of a very small context. When you have a small context like that, you're checking in 24/7 and there's only two options. You're either succeeding or you're failing. When you're like, is it working now? Yes or no? I'm either slaying or I suck. Okay, it's not working. No, I suck. Energy dips. Is it working now? Nope. Okay, so energy dips. And when your context that you're holding your goal or your dream in is so small, meaning today, this week, this month, this launch, this quarter, it's so like you're not even giving yourself room to play with like quantum energy. You're not even giving yourself room to experience momentum build, to to experience a quantum leap in success, finances, life, whatever it may be. So the context has to expand to be able to support you in the dream. So an example of what I was saying with like that timeline, I'll play with the month if it feels fun and exciting, and I'm like waking up every day literally in the energy of like, if I was already at this level for this month, or my business was at this level this month, like how would I feel? How would I write content? How would I vibe? What am I putting on today? Like doing that whole identity shit, like that feels fun, I'm gonna but as soon as it swings to the other side, I go to that expanded context. Because at the end of the day, when I can ground into with so much certainty of— there is no doubt in my mind that I'm not going to become a 7-figure woman. That's happening. Whether it happens today, this month, or this quarter is irrelevant. It's a done deal. And there's going to be many high-cash months on the journey there. So whether it's this month or it's next month, it doesn't matter. It's happening eventually. So it's able to help me sustain a level of certainty, be so grounded whether or not I'm hitting the specific goal for the month or the week or the launch. It's irrelevant because the context that I hold myself in and that supports me with the vision is holding me in those moments. Is that making sense?
Yeah, yeah. Okay, cool. Expanding, expanding the timeline. Yeah. What is— what does this mean kind of logistically in your business when, let's say, you are launching something and there is, you know, a timeline on the calendar of like the open cart period is going to be X amount of days. Does that mean that you prefer longer time periods, or does it just mean that you don't set these kind of like big goals for that time period and you just look at like the larger picture?
Yeah, I set time frames, and I actually prefer short launches mainly because energetically, like, after like 7 days, I don't want to talk about anymore. Like, I'm over it. I'm over it. Like, I don't want to like be in that energy. So I know that about myself, and I've played with different things, and that's what works for me, and I get to own you know, and I'm like, that's where I do my best work. That's where I bring it. Um, the best is in that window. So that's the window and it is what it is. And if I wanna play with more, great. If I don't, whatever. Um, so I prefer shorter launches, but I set the goal for the launch and I bring it like my life depends on it. And if I don't hit the goal, I'm waking up the next day ready for the next launch. Like nothing is missing me off path because the context is so big. It's like, this launch— okay, let's say I wanted—
the launch is just one piece of like a much larger puzzle.
Yes, exactly. So I still set really high goals because why not? Like, why not aim high? Like, the only reason why you wouldn't set big goals is because you, you don't want to feel disappointed, but you, you're stronger than that.
You can— because the timeline is flexible, you can set the really big like fuck-off goal because you're not like so obsessed with it having to happen in the next 7 days.
100%. If it doesn't happen within 7 days, so what? By day 8, I'm back and I'm preparing the next vibe. And I'm like, okay, because I'm so— I, I really intentionally spend time and energy grounding into the vision. I know where I'm going, and I really make sure I'm— I know where I'm going, and I'm— my belief system, my identity, the Success Energetics work is aligning to where I'm going. Every day as much as possible. Like, that's where I'm going. What's happening right now is irrelevant because I know where I'm going. If it's working, woo! If it's not, I know where I'm going. Like, if I'm popping off, yes. If it's not, learn, get the feedback, refine, tweak, upgrade. I know where I'm going. I know where I'm going to end up. And that— I said this, um, to a client the other day because she was talking about when you're in the unknown and you feel so much fear in the unknown. And there's— and we all navigate this, like, when you are reaching that new level or You're in the middle of a launch and you're just like holding the vibes like a fucking Jedi master. Like, I, I'm feeling like this is gonna work, you know? And you're, there's nothing to hold onto. Maybe there really is no physical evidence and you can feel the fear, the doubt, limiting beliefs going from backseat, trying to be a front seat rider in that moment. Like it's happening. It happens to all of us. It's fine. But in that moment, it's like, I remind myself, fear is only loud when I haven't decided where I'm going. If I know where I'm going and I'm in the unknown, what's to fear? Like, I know where I— I know I'm gonna eventually land where I'm going.
Like, when you're, you know, when you're like driving somewhere and you have no idea where the fuck you are, but like you got— you have the GPS and you like fully trust the GPS, so you're like, it's gonna be fine. Like, I'm on a random road, like it looks kind of sketchy, but like I— and I don't know like where I am exactly, but like I have the end destination and like I trust that the GPS is taking me there. I feel like that's the exact vibe that you're speaking to. Like, you could be in that random place, the void, the unknown, whatever. But you're like, but the GPS is set, and like, I know the destination, like, surely we're gonna get there, so it's gonna be fine.
No, totally. And when you are noticing fear starting to become the leading energy of that moment, or that unknown moment, or you're mid-launch, or you're mid-something, or you're waiting for that promotion, or you're waiting for that date, or that guy, whatever it is, and you're in that unknown period, the reason why fear is starting to become the leading energy is because you have one foot in, one foot out. You're now entertaining another reality. You're, you've, you're not clear on like— it's almost like you get like spun and you're spinning and you're like, I don't know where center is, like I don't know what's happening. It's like, just come back.
Or you've like, you've like opened a crack for, for it to not work. Yeah, you've like opened a crack for it to like not happen or for you to not get to the destination. And so then more like fears and doubts can like flood in. And like you said, then you're in the one foot in, one foot out energy where it's like, well well, maybe I— maybe, maybe he's not going to text me back, or like, maybe I'm not going to get the promotion, maybe I shouldn't have gone for that, I should start looking for another job, I should apply here. Like, you start entertaining those other realities that don't involve the, like, goal and outcome that you were committed to, but now you're wavering.
100%. And what that ends up doing to you is you end up giving your power away to everything around you. So if you're mid-launch and you've disconnected from that and fear is now the leading energy and you forgot just in that moment that where you're going and you forgot who you are and you forgot, you're having a moment where you forgot, you're now letting this launch tell you whether you're gonna be a good coach or not. You're now letting the next client dictate whether you did a good job in your masterclass instead of being like, I know I, I'm deciding I did a good job in my masterclass. I'm deciding this launch will be successful, period, the end. And if it's not this one, it's the next one. Like, we're now at the mercy of being influenced by everything else and waiting for validation, which is a very disempowering place to be, which is why you feel like shit. So anytime you're feeling like that, it's like fear's— fear's taking over. It's fine, happens to everyone, but get her in the back seat and decide the outcome. Decide the outcome, and instantly you will feel a shift of a wave of certainty come over you, a wave of confidence, but ultimately just a new level of trust, faith, and belief that that you're going to be okay no matter what. So you're no longer as influenced or as overwhelmed by your external reality. You're able to really hold energetic stamina in that moment.
Yeah, like really being the creator of your internal world, and so that, that internal world can be the thing that creates your external, rather than waiting for the external results or things to happen so that you can feel okay, so that you can feel confident again, so that you can feel validated. But we all forget, like you said, you you just forgot in that moment. Literally. But that's okay. I mean, even like, that makes me think of like in Top Tier how we have some of those activations and the one is just called literally Remember Who the Fuck You Are. Yes. Because we all go through those moments where it's like, hang on, I just need to like fresh really quickly.
I need to remember who the fuck I am.
Totally. You know, my power, like where I'm going. And it like, you can just bring it back. You can just bring it back to center so quickly. And it really does change so much. So this is such an amazing conversation. Thank you so much, Tanya, for coming on and sharing everything. I love hearing about you, your life, your crazy stories, all the things. Um, it was such a joy to get to work with you two in Top Tier, like so much fun spending time together in that container and just like seeing you flourish and keeping up with all the changes that you're making now in your business and sense. And I just always feel such a— yeah, I just feel such a, um, what's the, the word that I want to describe the energy as? Do you remember when like we all got together in person and everyone was like, uh, sharing how we perceived each other in person different than, like, slightly different than how we perceived each other online. Um, and it was so funny because, like, I think everyone thought that you were going to be so much more, like, loud and, like, center stage in person than, than you actually were, because the— you give off such, like, a convicted, you know, genuinely, like, excited energy, and I love that so much about you. But what's cool about meeting you in person is that because you are so convicted and genuinely excited about everything that you're doing, you don't have to be the loudest person in the room. You don't have to be in the center stage because there's no proving energy. So I just wanted to reflect that back to you because I love that. Like, online, like, you definitely— I see you and I'm like, I love it. Like, like, it makes me like fired up because I can feel how genuinely excited you are. Like you were saying about your offers, like, you can't stop me from selling my stuff, I'm so obsessed but like, that energy is real and people can feel it. Um, but it's not this kind of like fake, like, I have to prove myself energy. It really is just like the quiet confidence of, of the knowing and loving what you do genuinely from the inside out and letting that kind of like be perceived. So I love you.
Oh my God, best compliment ever! I love you. I'm gonna repeat that for myself, play it on those days where inferiority is loud. I'm like, Sam said I have self-confidence, remember that.
Quiet confidence. You know who you are. You don't need to prove— you don't need to prove it all. Um, I'm sure you guys love this conversation, but Tanya, can you let everyone know where they can find you, follow you, work with you, all the things?
