I— before we started this session, Makayla, I was just— I had a training with these girls the other day, and I was telling them about how I'm obsessed with cucumber water right now because I just feel like, I feel like cucumber water is the thing that makes me feel like a next level bitch.
And oh, it's a vibe.
Yeah, it's a vibe. It's a vibe. Like it's beyond lemon. It's like the next echelon.
Beyond lemon. I know, right?
How do you make your water next level? So it made me think about asking you what are some of your practices or something that's present for you right now? That gets you into that vibe of like feeling like you're just on your next level shit? Because I know you have your rituals and things that work for you, but I'm wondering what's current for you right now that's really like making you feel bougie.
Totally. Well, hi everybody, I'm super excited to be here. My name is Mikayla. Just mini intro about me, I'm a content creator. I own an online spiritual education company where I teach manifestation, mindset, all that. I also have my own clothing line, which this year is actually turning into its own fitness company. So we have a lot of things going on in my world, but hello, happy to be here. Okay, love the cucumber water thing. It's so funny you bring that up because when I still lived in Nebraska, my favorite sushi place in the whole world serves cucumber water and I always thought it was so bougie. My favorite kind of like bougie water is orange water in a wine glass. That's something that I always do. In any of my programs and lives, I'm always holding like orange water in a wine glass. But that's a very bougie thing that I do. I love taking like little day-to-day things in my life and just, you know, up-leveling them a little bit. So that's like whether you get a body scrub and you use that with your bath ritual or you take a shower with like really expensive products or like the Opalex hair products is something I really love or drinking out of a wine glass. And even as small as like I love to cook and so, and I love to host as well. And even when I'm just cooking for myself, I will like set the table and like get out fancy napkins, like all of my like gold matching silverware and all my black plates and bowls just to make it a vibe. And it seems like such a silly little thing, but it's like you're doing it for yourself. And I saw a TikTok recently that was like, maybe I'm not actually a hopeless romantic. I just have been programmed to think that everything's going to be more fun and interesting if someone else is there. And I was like, ooh, that's fascinating. It's like we think only to like clean our house when people are coming over and set the table when we're hosting and like do these cool romantic things when it's with somebody else. But it's like you want to have that kind of relationship with yourself too and go all out for yourself. So it's kind of a tangent, but I'm really, really big on taking little things and making them just an extra bit spicy.
Yeah, it's like making, making things moments. Like making the mundane kind of things that could just like pass you by in your day-to-day life and making it like a moment, like a standout, like, mm, I love that. So yes, even like your breakfast or anything, just, or when you make like, you like always have avocado toast. I'm going to use that as an example, but when I make avocado toast, I want it to be like a work of art. You know, like, I'm not just gonna like smear some avocado on it. I want it to be like, I want it to, I want to drizzle some honey on it. I want to put some crushed red pepper on it. I want to like put some like cilantro flakes on top. Like, I want it to be a moment. And I think there's power in that because it obviously affects our energy and the way that we go about our day and what we attract into our life. So you're the queen of the vibes. So I thought I would ask you about what's going on.
Yeah. Thank you. No, I love that. And like with moments, it's like you can make anything and everything a moment in your life. And we are, a lot of times we're so on autopilot that we pass by all of these things that could have been like really cool moments if we just anchored it in and just like made it extra pretty. And not even like for the 'gram, not even just for business, but for ourselves. And just like loving our lives like 1% more in every moment is so, so important.
Yeah, totally. And something that I've been trying to anchor into a lot lately is that like my energy in my life, part of my life, not just in my business, is the thing that makes my business thrive. And so the more you said, you know, like loving your life, but it's like your life should turn you on. Like your life should make you feel lit up. Like you should have those moments in every day where you're like, Mm, like I love this. Like my life is such a fucking vibe. Because that like, yeah, it ripples out into everything that we do. And I'm sure you've experienced this as well, but it just magnifies everything that you're able to do and create and especially the clients that you're able to attract and the experiences that you're able to attract. When you are in your energy of like feeling like everything is lit up and turned on and life is good, of course more good things are going to flow towards you.
Yeah, definitely. 100% of the time. And one thing I was actually talking about, I was doing like a weekend in my life vlog that's going on my YouTube channel this week. And I was sitting in my office like having a little coffee chat for my video. And I was talking about how I had this moment yesterday. I was coming home from the gym and I was driving my car. For everybody here, I drive a Tesla. I live in Los Angeles and I'm from Nebraska. So living in LA was like a huge dream of mine. Having a Tesla was a dream of mine. Like going to my fancy gym Equinox was a dream of mine. And like getting coffee every single day, not feeling bad about spending $6 on it was like a dream of mine. And so I had this moment where I'm like post-gym with my coffee in my car, looking at like literally the street driving home is like just lined with palm trees. And I was like, wow, holy shit. Like I did that. And when you can have these moments of like, oh my God, my life is such a vibe. And like I created this intentionally, whether it's in like a big dreams kind of way or just the smallest little things of like, loving the decor in your home and loving how you set up your kitchen table for dinner. From that, you're inspired by yourself. And this is something I was talking about in my vlog where it's like you want your desires to be born from a place of gratitude. Because when we can put our desires, like when we can plant those seeds in a pot of like love and excitement, that plant's gonna grow a lot faster versus like, I hate my body, so I need to work out. I'm going broke, so I need money. I hate where I live, I have to move, right? That's so like, it works. You can like come from a place of like ickiness and still get your shit done. We've all been there. I've definitely done that before. But things work in a lot more flow-based way, in a lot more vibey way when you're coming from this place of gratitude of holy shit, my life is amazing. And that's where that magnetism that you're talking about, Sam, really kicks in.
Yeah.
So I want to talk about the transition a little bit from Nebraska to LA. I mean, obviously, it was a huge uplevel for you and your life. And the conversation that we're kind of having is about environment also and how your environment impacts so much of who you are and how you show up and everything that's going to flow towards you in life. So I'm sure that when you moved to LA, it was like a massive uplevel of, okay, this is who I am now. This is the level that I have to play at. Like, this just has to work. But what I'm really interested to hear you talk about, because we have a lot of women in this group that are a little bit earlier on in their business journey, is how did you kind of make things work when you were in an environment like Nebraska, which I know you weren't like loving and crushing?
Yeah, like, I want to get the fuck out of here. Yeah, that's such a good question because when I lived in Nebraska, so for everybody here, like I've been running my business for 3 and a half years. I moved to LA in May of 2020. So I ran my business in Nebraska for like 2 and a half years while I was studying in college full-time. And I used to sit in my closet before class and cry every single day because I hated school. I hated living there so much. And that made me more motivated to work on my business because I wanted to get the fuck out of there. Again, those are like the seeds planted in the icky bucket. They work, but it's like you'd rather do the flow-based way. And so what I would do to get myself in that flow-based energy is I really, really relied on my rituals because it's like if you, if you can't focus or can't change your environment right now, what you can change is your vibration. What you can change is how you feel and how you're looking at things. And so something I would do, like let's say you're in a 9 to 5 and you really want to quit and go full-time in your business. But you know, that's just not like what you can do right now. What can you take away from your 9 to 5 that you can bring into your business? Every week at the end of my school week, I would sit down and I'd be like, what did I learn in university this week that I can apply to my business? Whether it was a concept that I learned in a class, maybe it's just consistency, discipline, like it could be anything, connecting with humans, anything goes, but I would find at least 3 things that I could take from school and apply it to my business. And that really helped me see through through until I did end up dropping out. And that was like, that's something that I could do. And it wasn't always easy to find those things, especially after a shitty week. And I was a French major. It's not like I was a business major and it was super applicable. Like I was studying French and fashion. But finding those things really helped me. And so finding the things to make your current environment more comfortable, really relying on your rituals and not only just like in the morning, but sprinkling them in throughout your day and again, like making everything a moment. I used to make like my coffee runs a ritual and I had this affirmation I would always tell myself and I would say, the universe is working for me while I'm getting my daily Starbucks. So every day when I would go to get coffee, that's what I was telling myself. And it's like when you can tune in and clean up your energy multiple times a day, your life will quantum leap. Like it is absolutely wild. And that's actually my like word of the year, like vibe of the year is me times 3, like doing everything times 3, going 3 times bigger, 3 times more of myself and checking in with my energy 3 times a day. That doesn't look like a full 10-page journal session 3 times a day, but it is like, OK, maybe we journal in the morning. In the afternoon, I am checking in. I am like, how do I feel? How do I want to feel? Step into that energy. In the evening, maybe more journaling, maybe meditation, right? So, it is checking in frequently. To shift that energy. And when you're in a really icky place, that's super powerful because it's very easy to fall like victim or get upset about your environment when you're so wrapped up in it. So those are like my best hacks for that.
Okay. So I have something I think you're really going to love and your business is going to love it even more. Do you want to steal the strategy I've been using to seduce premium buyers and sell out my offers on Instagram stories? Chances are you're already posting, you're already making sales, but if your Instagram stories aren't working as hard as you are, you're leaving money on the table. Sold Out Stories is going to teach you exactly how to change that so that you can sell out any offer at any price point. And even high-caliber coaches miss this because selling on stories isn't about how much you post or how frequently you show up face to camera. It's about psychological sequencing and the way you're posting right now might be giving the premium buyers in your audience The ick. Documenting your day and hoping it builds trust. Posting look-at-me content and calling it authority. Sharing client wins as soon as they drop in instead of strategically weaving them into a story selling sequence designed to drive demand and convert sales. We both know that you're not here to learn how to show up more. You're here because you know your content could be converting faster and more effectively. Sold Out Stories is gonna give you 5 high-converting story selling frameworks built specifically for premium buyer psychology. Inside, you'll get over 6 hours of deep dive video trainings, real IG story breakdowns, and live walkthroughs that show you exactly how to elevate your slides from authority building all the way to offer flow in less than 10 slides. My clients have already been using these frameworks to pull 5-figure sales days while posting less. One client generated 14 premium leads from a single story sequence. Another sold out her event in under 6 hours with just 8 strategic story slides. No sales calls, no paid ads, just the right frameworks. You'll walk away knowing how to sequence for desire, transition into your offer seamlessly, and sell daily without ever feeling salesy. You already know your offer is incredible, so now it's just time for your stories to sell it like it is. Grab Sold Out Stories today and turn 10 slides or less into your highest converting content. Let's make your next story your most profitable one yet. Click the link in the show notes below and I'll see you inside.
Yeah, always checking in with your energy. I think we can get— especially when you're in the early stages of building a business, there's so much to do, and you are like a one-man team, and you are wearing all the hats and taking care of absolutely everything, and also maybe studying or working full-time, right? So like what you and I were talking about is like you're holding a lot of energy. So I'd love for you to speak on that for, for the girls.
Yeah.
What is your idea around what happens when you can start to hold more energy and what that does for you?
Mm, I just love talking about this so much. I'm like getting excited thinking about it. Okay, so I have this concept that I talk about a lot with my clients and in my programs, and it's the idea of holding energy. Now we are already doing this. You have a capacity for how much energy you can have right now, and you can literally count on your fingers like how much that is. So everything that you're handling in your life is something that goes into your energetic capacity. So that could be work, that could be kids, having a partner, having a social life, going to the gym, meal prepping, like everything that you do, like every big thing is the amount of energy you can hold. Now, I like to count these monthly, quarterly and check in with myself. And I think the last time I did this for myself, I was like handling 13 different things. Everybody's number is going to be different. And the goal is we want to expand our energy to hold more and more and more and more. And it doesn't mean you're doing more, it means you can hold more. And so then after a while you might be doing less, but you're like holding more clients and you're managing more money and you're managing a like very intense level of training in the gym. So this, that's the idea of holding energy. And how we get good at this is watching our reactions to things. Because let's say you're at your 9 to 5 and your boss is being an asshole one day and it just takes you out and you're just pissed the rest of the day. Your energy is spoiled. It's like you're not gonna be able to hold a lot of energy in other places because you just let your energy go to zero in that moment. So this is about being really hyper self-aware in your reactions around certain things. And this is very difficult to do, but it's so worth it when you can get very good at it. So it's like, let's say you're doing a launch in your business. It's not going as fast or as well as you want it to, watch your reaction to that. The more you can put yourself in a neutral place, the more your energy is going to expand because you're not letting external things fuck with how you feel. And that's huge. So it's like, what are the things in your life right now? This is how I like to evaluate it. What are the things right now taking up your energy? That's going to be like your list of how much you're handling. What— which of those What do you love? For me, I am really, really big into health and fitness. I work out with a trainer 3 times a week. I love that. It takes up a lot of my energy. It is exhausting, but that is something I love. What is something that I don't love? Managing my calendar. Great. So then there are things that take up our energy that we don't like that we can then move around and rearrange. So I noticed that and some other things that I didn't like doing in my business that was taking up a lot of my energy. So I just hired a new employee last week, right? And that's like very high level of like, okay, great. I don't want to do it. Here, someone else do it. But you know, there are things we can rearrange, systems that can be put into place. So it's always checking in. What are the things taking up your energy? Which of those do you really love and you can put more energy towards? Which ones do you not like? Can we delegate it? Can we have a system or can we just neutralize how we feel about it? And with neutralizing, again, that's like the example I gave of at the end of the week, finding 3 examples of how like school or work helps you in your business. And really when you can do that, you're gonna save so much energy. You're gonna have a lot more in your business and you're gonna notice the money and the clients and just like your growth of your brand coming in a lot faster.
Yeah, I love that. I think the girls are really loving that message in the chat too about creating that kind of like more neutral energy because you're right. Like we can't always, just delegate. Once you get to a certain level, you're like, okay, fuck it. Like, somebody else do this.
Take it off. Right.
Yes. But when you don't have the ability to delegate, you still have to take responsibility for how you feel about it and how you're reacting to it. Cause that's going to then kind of fuck with the rest of the things that you have to do for the day or for your business. If you've just let that task completely drain your energy or overwhelm you or send you into like a spiral of like, oh my gosh, this is so hard. I can't do this.
Right?
Right. So yeah, I think that's really important. And I wanted to ask you today also about what you feel, what your perception in your experience or maybe even in your clients' experience, because I know you work with business clients as well, is like the biggest block to online business growth when you're first starting. So when you are still like a solopreneur, if you like remember in your experience, before you ever hired anybody, like, and you were kind of, you know, trying to make it on social, trying to build an audience, like gain traction, getting some of your first clients trickling in, what were some of the things that maybe were roadblocks for you or that you would've done differently now that you know better?
Ooh, this is so good. Okay. Thinking of a couple of different things. So one of the first things that pops up for me is like in the beginning of your business, one of the most important things and the scariest thing is you have to be yourself. You have to be so much of yourself because what people are looking for before they work with you is they want to like, know, and trust you subconsciously. They need to know because they're putting their, you know, they're putting their time, their energy, their money into working with you. And so they want to know that it's a sound investment. So you have to be so unapologetically yourself, and that can be really scary. A lot of people hate being on camera. I love it. I love attention. I could talk all day. Like it's no biggie for me, but I have a lot of clients who struggle with this and they struggle with like sharing their life and whatever. And you are so allowed to have boundaries around what you do and what you don't share, but you need to share yourself. This is something that I tell everybody who's starting out in their business because that's what makes people resonate with you. You know, Sam, one thing that I love that you do is you just like always dancing on your Instagram stories and in like reels and stuff. Like, that is fun. And there are people out there that are like, I want to be with like a mentor, a coach who's like dancing and just being herself and doesn't give a fuck, you know. That attracts the right people.
There will also be people that think it's really cringy.
Yeah, there are. And they can go be boring somewhere else. Not our problem, right? And so it's so important to be yourself. And like, one thing that kind of scared me at first with sharing on social media is I'm from Nebraska. It's conservative, it's pretty religious. People aren't covered in tattoos and talk about manifestation where I'm from. And I am very bougie. If you can't tell by the fucking Chanel bags in the background, like that's just my vibe. And I was nervous about sharing that. I was nervous people would judge me, misunderstand me, whatever. But I knew that if they didn't get it, they weren't my ideal audience. And I have a lot of, like I said, I have a lot of clients who get a little bit worried about this. What are people going to think? And like blah, blah, blah. And it's like you have to throw that out the window. Not take it personally because the right people will find you because of what they're vibing with. So that's a huge thing. There is a lot of things that I was doing that I felt like I had to do. There are, because there are so many people in online business and there are so many examples of things you can do. Just because there's an example of what you can do does not mean you have to do it. Okay? I, at one point, felt super burnt out in my business because I was going to school full-time. I was traveling, like in 2019, I was traveling every month, sometimes twice a month. I was hosting retreats all over the world. I was speaking at events, also in school, also coaching clients, doing all of the things. I felt so burnt out. And then I was doing launches on top of it because, you know, I love the shit that I sell, so I'm going to keep selling it. And I felt like I had to launch in a certain way. I felt like I had to do the mini course, 3 days launch, email funnel. I felt like I had to have it set up and automated before. I felt like I had to have discovery and sales calls, and it just filled my calendar with a bunch of shit I honestly didn't want to do. Like I just wanted to sit down on live video or even just get on my Instagram stories, talk about what I was selling and send people links. But I didn't think I could do that because other people were telling me, or not even telling me, but I was looking at so many people who were doing it a certain way and I thought I had to do that. And same thing during that phase, it was like I was taking coaching calls. They were always an hour. The coaching calls I do with my clients are only 30 minutes now. And I was like, I have to do an hour or people aren't going to find the value in it. But the thing is, it's like you can get right to the juice in 30 minutes and like they can have such profound breakthroughs because you're not going through a lot of fluff. It's like straight to the point, straight to the game plan, whatever. You can have your fluff and your like fun little chats in like Voxer afterwards. I felt like I had to do an hour. That takes up a ton of your fucking time. And then so it was like there are lots of things that I felt like I ended up bottlenecking myself in a time way. So I want you guys to think about what are some of the things you feel like you have to do in your business and ask yourself why you feel that way. You know, like, is it because you're looking at people online who are doing it that way? Is somebody telling you to? Are you just saying I can't be successful unless I do this? And that's a huge limiting belief. So take a look at all of that and ask yourself, what do you want to be doing? Like, what is it that you actually want to be doing? How do you want to sell? How do you want to show up online? Not what you think you have to, but what do you genuinely want to do? And then when you're doing that, you're playing more in a desire vibe because you're actually following what's authentic to you. Yeah.
So I want you guys to maybe think of some of those because we can maybe talk about them or work through them.
So if you want to drop some of those in the chat, that would be awesome.
Things that you feel like you have to do, but you're like, because you see other people doing it and you see it working for them, because I think that's the biggest thing that kind of tricks your mind is you see that it's working. So you're like, that's working, then they obviously know what they're doing and they know better than me, so I should follow that path, right? It's kind of like they made out the path and so I would be dumb if I didn't like, you know, successfully—
Yeah.
But yeah, I think I'm learning this also in the phase that I'm in, in my business right now of just how do I want to launch things moving forward? Because I think that's a really big one. It's like, everybody's going to end up launching in a really unique way, but there are some really kind of standard processes that the whole coaching industry kind of knows and has done for a long time. So it can be hard to like break that mold and be like, you know what, fuck it. I'm just going to like talk about it on stories or go live every day and have a chat and then be like, it's for sale, go buy it, rather than— Yeah.
Process. Oh, I have so much to say about that too, because I have gone through so many transitions of things I've changed that like they were, and some of them still are, industry standards. But I realized at a certain point that was no longer authentic to me and what I wanted to do and like how I wanted to be spending my time. And the thing is, is when you decide, okay, all these people are doing discovery calls, all these people are doing webinars, all of them are doing the email funnels, I don't want to do that. I want to pop on live, sell my shit, remind people on Insta Stories, and that's that. Here's the link. When you are in that transition, it's very scary. So I just want to say that because I think a lot of people go through this and they're like, you know what, I'm gonna do it my way. Nobody talks about how scary that is because there is like this transition time where maybe you did it like everybody else in the past and it worked, and now you are trying something new and we don't necessarily know if it is going to work. So, there are more fears and there are more doubts that come up, and that is so normal. The beautiful thing about this is it shows you your limiting beliefs that you need to work on. It shows you what you think is required of you. And it shows you where you don't believe in yourself as much. So that allows us to do, again, like I said, like my me times 3. It's like, I want to do everything differently this year just to know more of my limiting beliefs and to clear them out. It's going to be scary, but if you're willing to do it your way and see it through to the end, like see it through your whole launch period, doing the launch your way, see it through the whole coaching package, doing 30-minute calls and see how your client feels at the end, see it through. And I would say 99% of the time it's going to work out and it's gonna work out even better because you're willing to. A lot of my clients who we start to go on this path and they're like, oh, I have to do this. I'm like, no, you don't. Throw it out the window. I have to do that. No, you don't. Fuck that. I have to do it. No, I'm sorry.
Nope.
Oh, I'm halfway through my launch. It's not working. Maybe I should go back. No, uh-uh. See it through. Don't drop the ball halfway because again, if you're dropping the ball halfway, You're talking about energetic capacity that we're talking about. You're learning in this process to hold space for yourself and for what you want. And it's very important that you see it through to the end. And so yeah, with launches, it can be scary, but you're allowed to do things differently. It almost always works out because it's what's aligned for you and you're gonna have way more fun. I promise. Yeah.
And I feel like the reason that it works is exactly what we were talking about at the very beginning about you being in your energy, you being in your Yeah. Is like, of course that's gonna like come through and create that level of magnetism because you're doing things the way that you want to do them. If you're showing up because you feel like you have to, there's gonna be a totally different energy behind that post or that caption or that live or that reel.
Yeah.
And if you were like, I feel really excited about showing up in this way, like it just translates so much differently on an energetic level. So I love that, but it is scary and I'll let you guys know, know that like I'm about to launch the last round of my signature program. And I just decided, like I'm moving. So I was like, I want to get rid of the belief that like I have to be fully on and prepared and at my desk every day in order to do a launch. Like I want to test the belief that like I get to make money even more when I'm just like living. And like being myself, yummy, moving through my manifestations. And like, let's— okay, so let's see how much— let's see how much we do. Let's see how many clients we can call in. Let's see how much money we can generate in this launch. I don't fucking know, but I'm also kind of like, I also don't fucking care.
Like, I just wanna—
I wanna test it. Like, I wanna see how it goes. So I will let you guys know how that pans out in the next couple of weeks. But that's an example that's coming up for me in real time right now is like, yeah, I'm just going to like not do things the way that I used to. Like I would always do a masterclass and then from that there would be emails and, and that works. And I love that for certain things, but for this specific program in this specific time in my life, I'm like, that doesn't feel right. So I'm not going to do that. Yeah.
Oh, you talking about that reminded me of something I wanted to say earlier. It's like, When it comes to this kind of stuff, when you're doing something new or with the things that we don't like doing and making them neutral, make it a game. That's exactly what you're doing. You're like, let's see how much money we can make. Let's see how many lives we can impact. Let's see how this goes. It's like same thing with me being in school. I'm like, let's see how far I can take this school thing and how it works with my business. Let's see how far, you know, whatever, make it a game. If you hate working on a website, but you can't afford to delegate it right now, let's see how fun we can make coding a website. Let's see how fun we can make making our own graphics. Let's see how fun, how much fun we can have editing a podcast episode by ourselves, like learning and doing all the things. Make it a game. And this goes back to that magnetism. It goes back to excitement. It goes back to like this ease energy of like we're just not going to take things so fucking seriously so we can actually have fun in the process.
Yeah, and making those things moments. Like, yeah, make editing a podcast a moment. Like, get yourself a coffee or a cucumber water or an orange water or something. Like, yeah, put on some like binaural beats. Like, make it like a vibe or something, you know? Make those, those things moments so that it's more of a process where your energy is actually in a good place because that's going to ripple out. So I just wanted to read off some of the things that the girls have said in the chat, like they have to do, um, because it's what's in— reaching out to people every day, posting on Instagram every day, one-on-one clients.
Oh, throw one-on-one out the window. I've done that so many times. And then when you feel called, bring it back. I do that all the time. Who cares? Who cares? Who cares? It's your business, babe.
I think there's a time and a place for everything. And sometimes you will feel inspired to like work one-on-one with people, maybe if it's in a business capacity. And like, that's what's happening for me right now in my world is like, I love being one-on-one with my business clients because it's where we get to really dig in and it lights me up and it feels expansive and exciting. But I'm not taking one-on-one clients for life coaching anymore because I don't feel like it right now. So it's just, I like, nope, it's out. I'm sorry. And I had to let you guys know that you have permission to do what you want in your business. That's part of you being the boss and the founder and CEO of your company is that you get to call the shots. And so there were people that applied to work one-on-one with me with life coaching. And I just had to have my assistant like send them an email and let them know that it's no longer something I'm doing at this time. And obviously do it in a really nice way. But like, you know, I think a lot of us can sometimes get caught in that space of I should be doing this or people expected this, so now I have to. Like if you said you were going to do a masterclass or you were going to host something or you were going to go live and then it's not, it's not in the energy for you, like you get to course correct? Yeah.
Oh, I have so much to say about all of this. I'm like, oh my God. Yeah, tear it all down. I did a live about this a couple of weeks ago. If you hate it, tear it all down. I don't care. Tear it all down. And with like, especially with one-on-one, if you're not vibing with it, please, for the love of God, don't do it. Because one-on-one, you really have to show up for people, you know, you really need— that's like the closest way to work with somebody. And so if it's not a vibe, your clients aren't going to get the best results. And you know, if you feel like one-to-one is something you enjoy, but maybe you're feeling a little bit burnt out, double your prices. Double your prices. You don't want to do it anyways. And so if you find a client who's going to pay double, then you're going to be excited about it. I promise you, because that's exactly what I did. I was like, I didn't do it for a while. I did it. It was, it was all right. I wasn't super into it. Doubled my prices, had 3 people join. I was like, this is fun again. I like this because then you call in a different caliber of person who is really ready to step up to the plate in that way. And that's going to spark the interest. Um, so yeah, throw it out the window if you don't want to do it. If you still want it available, like on your website, double the price, because I can guarantee when you see that person who's like, yeah, I'll pay that, you're going to be like, oh, you are a fun client. Hello, come into my world. Let's do it again. You know? Yes. Yes.
I love that. I've, gotten that advice many times in my life. It's like, if you don't wanna do something, make, at least make sure you're getting paid a really exciting amount to do it. Because not only is it gonna make you more motivated, but like you said, it's gonna be a different type of client that shows up at that price. Exactly. So it is actually going to be fun because it's gonna be a new caliber of experience and person that you get to work with. So the reason maybe that it wasn't feeling good for you is because it wasn't expansive anymore, right? Sometimes we get bored of things and we have to uplevel. And in order for us to uplevel, we kind of have to bring our clientele with us. And so in order to call in a next level client, you have to have a next level price or something next level about the package or the offer that's going to bring a new client forward compared to maybe the old way that you were doing things to the old type of clients that you were working with. And I think that sometimes, again, is a thing that's scary for people when you get to a transitional place in your business where you're like, I've been teaching this one thing for a long time. Let's say like manifestation. I've been teaching manifestation for a long time. It's like my main thing. It's what people know me for. But you're like, I'm kind of like, we know this already. You know? Like, duh. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Like I'm fucking bored.
Right?
So then Like, what do you do then? You have to shift, you have to change or else you're gonna get watered down in your offers and your energy and it's just not gonna be there.
Mm-hmm. Yeah. And you're allowed to make those transitions, you know? And it's like when you make that transition, you're gonna be more magnetic, you're more excited. It's a new evolution of you. When I was doing, I actually just taught a masterclass about this like a week ago, called Next Level Content Creation, talking about like how to take your content this year and make it next level. Because everything online, I'm so sorry, is so fucking boring. Like everybody, especially in the coaching space, like so many people are rinse and repeating the same kind of shit. And like, my coaching business, my education company is only one of my businesses. I'm also a content creator. And so infusing that just automatically makes my stuff way more interesting and exciting. But it's like, you just make your transition. So anyways, I was teaching, teaching this class on social media, and I'm like, what would be game-changing? Like, what would be super exciting for you to talk about online that maybe you're not talking about right now? And it's like, when you get into that energy, you're going to be so much more excited, so much more creative, and you're allowed to make those transitions.

Okay, so I was going to ask you about podcasting, but I feel like we should, I feel like we should give some content creation tips then if this is like—
Yeah. Oh my gosh, I know. It's been so— to spill the tea, tell us.
I'm like, how do we be less fucking boring?
Less boring. Oh my God. So honestly, like, one of the things that I immediately talked to my girls about in this masterclass was like, what do you see online that you're just like, oh my God, snooze. I'm bored. Like, this is just not a vibe anymore. Like, for me, and it's no shade to people who are doing this, right? You're allowed to just have your own preferences. So for me, again, coming back to the launch thing, like doing like the 3-day mini course, the fucking workbook sign-up, boring. I'm bored. Good night. Like, I don't want to do that anymore. So what I do now and what I just started doing is I launch documentaries. With my programs. I just launched my very first documentary. It's on my YouTube channel for one of my programs. And it was literally like a 45-minute movie explaining the concept behind the program, what that looks like in my real life, telling my story about the program, like all of these things. That's way more interesting than a 3-fucking-part mini course that like 17,000 other people are doing. So it's like, what do you find? Here I have my notes. Like what do you find boring nowadays? And what do you find that is really interesting? And if you're struggling with finding what's interesting, I highly suggest you follow people that are doing things that are wildly different than you. Like follow like Tesla, follow artists, follow like these other companies in different industries and see what they're doing, because that's going to inspire you to have different ideas. And you know, something that I'm doing this year, we're so gonna be like so ridiculous and fun, I'm just gonna share with you guys, is I'm gonna make like some like music videos for my programs. Like, I'm not gonna sing, but it'll be like, like, for example, there's this Iggy Azalea. Are you gonna dance? I'm gonna dance for sure. We're gonna dance. It's gonna be a vibe. I love Iggy Azalea. She is like from dirt poor nothing to like being like this amazing international pop star now. Um, and she has this one music video where she's like wearing this suit and the fabric is like $100 bills. I'm like, I'm buying that suit. We're remaking this music video and I'm going to do like a 1-minute clip of it. So it'll have her music in the background, but I'm going to do the music video my way and it's going to sell my money program. Like how fun, right? Like, so you can take things from like music and art and culture and tech and like all of these different industries and figure out how to program it into your life now. I have a friend online who currently, she's okay, so she's obsessed with The Matrix movies and she's teaching a masterclass actually about lessons from The Matrix. And so she has like her graphics to sell the program is like her on like The Matrix like art from the movie. And I don't remember what the title is, but she was like, "Lessons from The Matrix, like take the red pill or something." Like, that's so interesting. So we can take info from all of these things. And then one thing that I want to talk about with social media that I think is really, really important that everybody needs to understand this year is that the newbies, so if you're new in business, you're new in content creators or content creation, like you have such an advantage. People who have like 100,000 followers and more, they worked really hard to build that and then they get lazy and then they fall off because they have all these followers. They don't need to show up as much now. And that's where they lose. Newbies, when you're getting your business up and off the ground, you're willing to go live more, you're willing to post more, you're willing to do more. And people are nosy. Like people are so fucking nosy nowadays. Like they want to see what you're doing. And when I think about my favorite content creators who don't post as much, I'm like, what are you doing all day? I don't care if it's just a walk, Pilates, coffee, grocery shopping. I wanna see it, like show the people all of the things. And it's like the more you can show of your life in a way that feels aligned for you, right? I'm not saying you need to hustle and work all fucking day, but the more you can show, the more you're gonna keep people engaged because the people with the big followings are going to lose this year being lazy. That's really, really important. So it's like, stop doing the shit that's boring. Start being interesting. Like I told the girls in this masterclass, I'm like, it's your fucking job to be interesting. Like point, period, blank. It's your job to be interesting. Get inspo from other places and like show the fuck out of your life. And this goes perfectly what we talked about earlier with creating moments. Like if you're consciously creating all of these moments, you're gonna have so much content to share. Like every time I go to my gym and I like take a shower, I always wanna take a photo because like the showers there are so nice. I always wanna film in the gym, lighting is good and we have really nice equipment. And like when I go to the coffee shop I go to every day, like I'm best friends with the baristas because I'm there every day. So I always want to take like a little picture of them or like whatever they made me, you know? So it's very easy to do this when you're constantly making your life a moment. Full circle.
Yeah, exactly. Full circle. Well, I love that you mentioned that because I talk about that all the time. This is what I call the reality TV effect. About people being— yes, it's like people watch an hour of The Kardashians like just sitting on their couch like talking and literally staring at their phones and eating a salad. And like, that is like prime entertainment. So about it being your job to be interesting, I think some people get held back because they think, oh, but my life is boring, or I'm not that interesting. But it's like you said, everybody's just nosy as fuck. We just want to know what you're doing. Like, just share all the stuff that you are comfortable enough to share about your day-to-day life. Like, I sometimes have to remind myself that it's really important for me to let people into those, like, behind the scenes.
Yeah.
Because when you are a business owner, you can get into that energy of, like, being in your business a lot. And then, like you said, you're kind of, like, slacking of, like, letting people in and showing people your life and inviting them into the behind the behind the scenes of everything. And that's what people love. And that's what they thrive on. And that's how you build that like, know, and trust. So yeah, bringing it completely full circle.
Exactly. And like when you, all you need to do is decide that you're interesting, decide everything you're working on is interesting, you are interesting, your life is interesting, and share all the little things. You know, sometimes I post on my Insta stories like every day that I get coffee, every day everyone knows I go to the gym every morning, like every day I'm sitting in my office, Every day I make like this fucking protein smoothie and I still get questions about it. So it's like you can post the same stuff over and over and over again too. That's how nosy people are. And when you have this innate belief that you're interesting, you know that people are always going to be interested. And I love the like repetitive side of things because like somebody, a blogger I love, the Skinny Confidential, Lauren Bostic, she posts the same shit all the time. She's like, I'm ice rolling, I'm on a plane, I'm reading. This is my little Kindle reader. These are the books that I love. This is like my breathwork. I take a cold shower. Same shit she's been posting for like 3 years, but every time I'm like, ooh, what's Laura doing today? It's the same thing, but I'm still interested, right? And so then you start to associate those things with her brand, ice rolling skincare. Now she can sell her own ice roller, her own facial oil, her own little skincare fridge. Everybody buys it because it's associated with her. If I were to launch a coffee brand tomorrow, it would sell out because I post my coffee every day. If I were to launch a fitness program, it would sell out because I work every day or work out every day. So these are amazing elements to add to your brand. And yeah, just decide you're interesting.
This is called, I think this is called omnipresence, like in terms of marketing, it's called omnipresence. And it's like when you talk about something or share something a lot, then when people see that thing, they think of you. And this happens to me a lot because I'm always sharing angel numbers because I see them everywhere, as we all do. But like, I, oh, I make a point to like always post it to my stories. So now so many people are always in my DMs being like, oh my God, I saw 444 today, like I thought of you. Or they'll like tag me and stuff that's like angel number stuff. And that's like not even like a part of like my business or my brand. Like, yeah, about angel numbers, it's just like part of my life and something that happens to me and that I like to share. But yeah, it's awesome when you start to kind of— the more that you share, the more that you will be in people's minds and lives. You're becoming a character in their life, essentially.
Yeah.
When you look and you love the characters, or when you watch a TV show, like the reality TV thing, it's like you're becoming a character in that person's life. And they are invested in knowing what's going on with you. And so they want to click, like, you're stories thing every day. They want to stay up to date with you because you're a character in their life that they care about.
Yeah. And they love to consume that content. And like one last thing I really want to share on like the social media content creation side of things is that there, this is a concept I taught in my masterclass. It's like, it's the vibe versus the juice. And this is going to be really, really, really important as you're sharing all this stuff. Your vibe is the end result of what you're selling. So for me, like the pillars of my brand are mindset, spirituality, manifestation, luxury living, and travel, okay? So like the mindset, spirituality, manifestation, all I do a lot of that work so I can live this really bougie life. And I do all that work so I can have confidence. And I do all that work so I can be fully present in my life. I do all that work so I can make good money and buy bougie things, right? So the end result is being confident, is showing the luxury living, is showing my bougie lifestyle, showing my shopping sprees, all that. That's the vibe you're putting out on social media. So if you were to look in and have no idea who I am, I come across as this luxury lifestyle content creator. And then the juice is talking about the mindset, talking about the spirituality, talking about manifestation. And that's what gets people to stay. So you're bringing them in because they're like, oh, this girl is like bougie and she's traveling all the time and like her apartment is really fucking nice and she drives a Tesla and like blah, blah, blah, like she has all these nice things. That's cool. I want to follow her. She's a vibe. How does she do that? And that's where you deliver that value in any lives that you do, in your captions, in your talking Insta Stories and podcast episodes and stuff. That's the how, and that's where you're going to hook people. So I want you guys to think about for this year, what's really interesting to create. It's not doing like 50 Insta Stories of just text. That's not interesting. And like you need people You want to hook people so then they care. So then they read that stuff. So focus on your vibe, the end result, and then give them the juice in the captions, in your programs, in your coaching. That also is going to tie people in because they see that you're actually living what you're selling. So it's like people see that— Yeah, exactly. People see that I have designer bags and it's not about the material stuff. It's just an easy example, right? Like they see I have all these designer bags. They're like, oh, so she like is actually bougie. She's not just using that for her marketing. They trust you more because it's embodiment. You're just like living what you're teaching. So you want to show them the vibe and then you want to deliver the juice.
Yes. I love that. So good. It's like the, the energy of your life and then it's the teachings that got you there.
Yes, exactly.
Love that. Okay. I'm gonna let you guys ask Mikayla any questions. That you have. I saw you guys chatting, excuse me, in the chat a little bit about maybe getting clients or not wanting to do one-on-ones or feeling weird about your prices. So any of that stuff, like, you have me all the time. Like, let's have a new perspective. Ask Michaela your questions.
Hi! Hello! I'm so good.
My question is about when you are, like Sam was talking about earlier, where you're kind of doing all the things in your business at the beginning, you're wearing all the hats and doing all the things. At what point is like the right point to begin to like hire help for your business? And like, how do you kind of decide like where you get like what that person is going to do? Because for me, I'm like, oh, I need somebody to do this and this and this, but one, one person can't do all of these different things. Like, that's like 3 or 4 people. So like, how do you kind of like decide like where, like, you know, where your first kind of employee comes in?
Right. I love this question because I literally just hired my first full-time employee last week. So this is very, this is so perfect. I, a couple of months ago, had been doing some journaling and I was like, oh my God, I'm doing so fucking much. I'm doing so much. I want help. I don't want to be doing all of this. And I journal about all the things I don't want to do. And when I did that, I was like, okay, this is a couple of different people. This is a couple of different roles. I was like, this is a business manager role. This is a content manager role. And this is like a personal assistant. And then I decided, okay, well, I'm just gonna have to find a unicorn who does all of it because I don't wanna manage 3 different people. I want one unicorn. So I had to do a lot of like journaling on my limiting beliefs around that because I was like, oh God, like what person is going to be able to do all of this for me? So I journaled and shifted those beliefs. And then in that timeframe found the perfect person who loves to do all of that stuff. Now what actually set me over the edge to decide decide to hire, because like I said, I had that thought like months ago and I just hired her last week. What really put me over the edge is I was doing all my planning for 2022, like the different channels that me and my team are going to be working on. Like I'm on Instagram, I'm a TikToker, I'm starting up YouTube again, I have a podcast, like the courses, I'm going to be running a fitness company, like all the different things. And I was like, okay, what do I want to work on in these? And what has to get done. And if there's like the things I want to work on and what has to get done are wildly different, that's how I decided to bring somebody in. Because I was like, I don't want to do all the things that have to get done that I don't want to do because the energy is going to be off. So for me, it was just this moment of like, I'm either going to have to pause some of these projects because I just genuinely don't want to do that stuff, or I have to bring somebody on and we're just gonna go with it, you know, and then we're just really gonna full send for the year. And it's scary. It's scary to hire people. It's scary to pay people. It's scary to train people. It's scary to trust people. But for me, I was like, okay, if I bring this person on, I'm gonna be able to make more content. We're gonna impact more people. We're gonna get more shit done. We're gonna create a lot more. And for me, that is so worth spending the money, going through the training process and learning to trust a new human in my business. So you have to decide if it's worth it for you right now.
Thank you so much. Yeah, I agree. And it's, it's about finding that unicorn, right? Because at the moment, like, yeah, that hit deep when you said like that's a limiting belief where I'm like, that, that means that's like 4 different people. One person can't do that.
I was the same way, you know. And I'm, I, as soon as you said that, I was like, oh, you sound like me. Like, I did so much journaling and I'm like Especially like for me, one of the big things I needed was a content manager because I'm like, think about all the content, like 2 YouTube videos a week, 2 podcast episodes a week, 2 TikToks a day, Instagram, like write all these things. And I'm like, oh my God, I'm like a content manager managing all that and working on my brand deals for me and pitching me to speak and, you know, be featured in magazines and stuff. I'm like, that's a whole job in itself. And then I need this, this, and that. But I was like, fuck it, I want one unicorn. One, and the universe always delivers. Nothing is impossible. So I had to put my own practices to work. I was like, alright, limiting beliefs, here we go. Shadow work, here we go. I'm gonna pay one person. They're gonna be my unicorn. They're gonna be with me long term. And later on, if we do decide that's too much, she can have her own assistant. But she's gonna be like a copy of me, a carbon copy of me, know how I make decisions and know how my business runs. And then she decides she needs a person, we'll bring her on and that will be her problem, her thing to manage, right? So find your unicorn. Trust that she or he or them are out there and I promise you they're going to show up at the perfect time.
Amazing.
And just one last question. Do you have any advice on like how to go about finding that unicorn? Like, and like where to look for that unicorn? I have no idea where to start.
Yeah, it was— it's the exact question I had for so long. I hire people I personally know. Um, so I had an assistant for a while at the beginning of my business that was just one of my friends who wanted to make some extra cash. I had some things I could pass off to him to do, so I hired somebody I knew. And then when I was in this search for somebody full-time, I was actually looking like in Facebook groups. So I live in Los Angeles, so I would— I joined a couple Facebook groups, people looking for work, and they would like post what they're good at. And so I kind of looked in there You can also post to your social media, like if you can have somebody virtual, like somebody in your audience is really great because they already get you and they get the vibe. But I love hiring people I personally know because I like having my employees in person. And it really helps with the trust factor, right? So not the best answer for you because I like to hire people I know. But you can— I think social media is great. I get messages all the time, people in my audience were like, if you ever want a virtual employee, I'm going to I'm like, great, send it. We'll keep it on file in case I need somebody, you know? Yeah.
Well, I was gonna, I'll say something about that, Anya. I think it's hard. It is hard to know where to find the unicorn, but just to be like another version of the fact that this is available. My assistant, I only have one because I only wanted one and she does everything for me. She does PR, she pitches me to podcasts, she does my podcast editing. She like organizes social media. She, she does so much. So it is possible. She's also someone that I know. She's a past client of mine. She's been through all of my programs, which is awesome because she knows exactly what I do and the results that we get and all of that. But the first person that I actually hired was not her. And so I put it out there on social media that I was looking for someone and people sent through applications and resumes. I created an application application process. And I had a couple of, you know, Zoom interviews with people, which is weird when you're like the person interviewing someone. And I hired someone and it was totally fine. But I think what we have to remember is that the universe will come through for you and have a plan, which is that piece of trust of like, you're not meant to know where the unicorn is coming from. Because I would have never thought to hire Lori, who's my assistant now. It just kind of like fell into my lap through this weird, divine, random way. And then I transitioned to having her as my full-time, one and only assistant. So also just like be open, like take the action steps, put it out there in whatever way feels good, but then know that like the universe will provide for you.
Never get too tripped up in the how. Take the steps that you feel inspired to take. Maybe if there are some people in your life that you're like, oh, they could do some part-time work, just put out some feelers and see what happens.
Thank you, that's exactly what I needed.
Yay, I'm so happy. You're welcome.
Go to Crystal, I think she was next, and then to Jen.
Hi, I'm really excited that you were able to— your story is incredible, that you basically started from, from nothing, created this. Yeah. And I think that a lot of us starting out, we just have a hard time, like, I guess it would be imposter syndrome in the classic sense, but I feel uncomfortable charging prices that are what I guess would even be what the industry standard would be for coaching, because I just feel like who would pay me? Because I don't have any social proof yet. Like, I see why people would want to pay you because you're like, oh yeah, I drive a Tesla, I've built up an empire. But what about somebody who's just starting out? And so I ask those questions for advice, but also maybe when in your journey did you finally feel like you had kind of arrived and you had the confidence, you had to just proceed with your business in this forceful way?
Yeah, that's so good. So I remember at the beginning of my business, like charging $2,500 for my very first program, it was 3 months long, and it had like one-on-one coaching with me included. And I, I thought I was like, this is crazy, like is somebody gonna pay me for this? But how I kind of got over that is I was like, well, I know this is going to change their life. And so if you can go in and sell your offers knowing it's going to make an impact, I don't care if it's financial, I don't care I don't care if it has to do with relationships. Like all it matters to me is that my clients have these profound mindset shifts. And I know for a fact that they're going to get that when they work with me. And I knew that from the very beginning because what I was teaching them is exactly what I did to do that for myself. So at the beginning of my business, what led me to launch my company is I have been studying mindset and manifestation for about 9 months. And when I felt like I finally got it and had seen the results and had my whole life and personality changed, I had this moment where I was like, holy shit, I have to teach people this because it changed my life. And like, if it can change my life, I know it can change their life. And so I gave them basically copy and paste every journal prompt I did, every like lesson and takeaway I had, every exercise I did. The crystals I bought, like anything and everything, I gave them that blueprint. And when you do that, you know you're being so authentic and you're coming from this place of like, I'm giving you literally what worked for me and not just like pulling shit out of your ass, right? Like when we just throw out random information that we're not embodying, it's a little bit harder to sell because you don't feel as confident. So if you feel wobbly in charging certain prices around programs, get really clear on the deliverables again, and just being like, what really works for me? What do I really love to do for my practices? How has that changed and impacted my life? And, you know, do a whole journal session on how that's been really powerful for you, how you know it's going to powerfully impact your clients, and then sell from that energy. That was really, really powerful for me, and that's how I got through like my first launch. I was just like, I'm like, it can't, it can't not work because I did it myself.
Yeah, that's super helpful. And then at first, had you always had a large following or like, you know, when you first were doing your first launches, like who were the people that bought your product?
Oh my gosh, you know, I started when I launched my business, I didn't even have 1,000 followers on Instagram. Now I have 11K that I've built organically over the last 3 years. Um, and when I sold my first program, I had been a blogger before. Um, so I had been blogging about just like travel, lifestyle, motivation, kind of getting your shit together. I did one series of like 4 blog posts about manifesting, but that was about it. And my first, one of my, in my first group program, I had 4 people. One of them was one of my friends. She wanted to join. One of them was my mom who saw the changes I made and she wanted to join. And they all paid me. Another one was a girl who read my blog, who found me through Pinterest, and she had just been along for the whole journey. And another was like a random girl who had found me on Instagram. Those 4 in my very first group program. Yeah, I had like maybe 900 followers at the time. Yeah. And I was worried. I was like, where the fuck are these clients gonna come from? You know, like I don't have that many followers on Instagram. There's a lot of people I just knew personally, but it's not my business where they come from. It's not my business of like how much money they do or don't have. And that was something I wanted to say about the pricing too. It's like a lot of times when we're selling something, we're thinking, oh my God, like who can afford this? Like, can my people afford it? One thing that I've reminded myself throughout the years is like, it's not my job to assume what people's financial situations are. And so I have this belief that if people slide into my DMs to work with me, I just trust that they have the money to jump in. And if they don't, that's cool. And if they say, okay, I'm gonna manifest it, I'm gonna come back, I'm like, great. See you in a few months. Can't wait. You know, and I just open up this energy of like, I trust that they know what's right for them and that they can make it work if they want to. And if it's a few months down the line, that's fine too. But I really am become very neutral about people's financial situations. That was something I wanted to say about the money thing.
Okay. Super helpful. Thank you very much.
Yay. You're welcome, Crystal.
Go ahead, Jen.
Hi. Hi.
Just so excited that like I can't believe I'm on this call like learning from you and from Sam and all these gorgeous— oh my God, this is so amazing!
I'm sitting in my little room in Dublin being like, oh my God, you're in Dublin! Oh, I want to visit!
Come visit, I'll show you around.
I would love that.
Um, so I would love to know, because I'm in this big like rebirth phase of my business now, so I've been coaching for couple of years. And what I originally started out doing is still there as a baseline, but it's very much grown. So I'm moving into this like beautiful next stage and have been birthing this new group program over the past couple of months. And I'm so excited about it. But I would love to know, how do you go about like, do you have any little rituals for like when you're creating something new and then launching it? Or like, you know, that moment of like, oh shit, nobody's gonna buy this, like 'It's completely different from what I've used to offer. I'm terrified of asking for these prices.' Like, how do you get yourself in the right mindset for when you're making these changes?
Mm, so good. Okay, so I always remind myself that the universe doesn't give me a desire I'm not meant to have. So if you have a desire to charge a certain price, to launch a certain program, to do anything in your business and your life, it's like you're meant to do that. So I come back to this deep trust in myself of like I trust myself, and I trust that this thing I want to create and that needs to be birthed into the world, then I'm gonna do it. And then I trust that with the universe, like, this is a co-creation, you know. A lot of times when I get on like lives, like live videos and things like this, I will hop off the live and my boyfriend will be like, how was it? And I'm like, I have no idea, I just blacked out the whole time. I just channeled every single thing I said. I'm like, I have no fucking clue. Um, So I trust that everything is a co-creation of the universe. There's a reason why you want to launch the new and different thing. You get to trust that. And this reminds me of what we were talking about earlier. It's like when you're going from like what you used to do or what's industry standard versus what you want to do, there's that wiggle room that's super uncomfortable of doing something new and different. It comes back to trusting yourself. So I love to write affirmations of I trust myself, I trust my decisions, I trust the universe. Everything's going to be okay and come back into that energy. I love to do like meditations of seeing myself run the new programs or working with those kinds of clients, because then you can really assume that energy and feel a lot better about it. But in those wiggle periods, it's very, very important you start with those rituals before you go out and sell, because you wanna make sure that energy is super clean and clear of like, I journaled, I trust myself, I meditated, I saw that. Version of myself, I feel the vibes of that version of me, then show up in that energy. It's gonna be super powerful. And we all have those thoughts of like, is this not gonna sell? But like, just remind yourself, like, your job— this is one of my favorite affirmations— my only job every day is to tell the people how to pay me. So it's like, I just, I have to show up and tell the people how they can pay me that day because they want to pay me, they want to work with you. And yeah, it's going to be uncomfortable. Yeah, it might be different, but it's literally my job to tell people where they can pay me. And when I do that, it's very point blank and that helps a lot.
I love that.
Thank you so much. You're welcome. Oh, I love you.
